Don’t believe the good reviews they had online. I chose to do business with them because the good reviews they received. Turns out to be very bad and disappointing experience.I was new to the business regarding door, found them online. So I initially trying to get a match fire door for the commercial project I had, I have no previous experience ordering commercial fire door. So I thought I need find a expert like “ USA Fire Door”, The one that helped me is Savannah, she’s okay when I first ordering, I asked her to add “ all the necessary things “ for me to install a new commercial fire door and since it’s customized door, it need wait 1-2 months according to them. I waited 1-2 months, my order arrived.Then turns out they didn’t help me order the door frame which surprised me since I did ask “all the necessary things” for me install a door into a brand new entry. so after couple times to going back forth them. I accepted the result as of accidental mistake and choose to order the door frame with them.Savannah then asking me everything regarding the door frame measurement and door hinges measurement, and I provided everything she asked in order to door frame for the customized door I ordered.Then my second order with them arrived, turns out the door frame is way bigger than the door entry I had. So I personally went to the office location to see if we can find a solution to this order since the door installation has been delayed more than a month.This is when the argument came, Savannah seems very impatient about me and my order. I was there to ask how come I gave you every measurement she asked and you guys still made a mistake and it is possible for them to help me solve the issue of having oversized door frame. She strongly stated this order can’t be returned and ask me to wait. Then a guy that’s around 170 cm with glasses came out, maybe it’s the manager. Not sure cause he didn’t introduce his name to me.At first, he seems willing to help me to resolve this problem. So I lead him to my car where the door frame is, then he’s starting asking question and trying to blame me as customer for this oversized door frame. So I got mad, because the conversation seems not going into the right direction.Then he said: stop yelling at me, I am not suppose to be here to help you.I was shocked he will say that to a customer just because I already paid and got the product they made even though it’s completely not useable for me and they blamed me for the mistakes.Maybe i’m not expert for the door, but as a customer to a business. I don’t believe I should be treat this way.Blaming the customer for the wrong measurement that they asked me to measure. I choose to do business with them because I thought they are expert and will help me for my project regarding the door.Turns out I spent almost $2000 and still not be able to install the door and even got insulted by them in front of their office building.I don’t believe this the right way to do business.I personally don’t recommend you go to them if you are not expert cause their salesman is not professional enough to help you and once you ordered and paid for it. They will take no responsibility for the order and the way they treating their customer is just not acceptable in anyway. I feel very disrespected as a customer.TO RESPONSE to Owners response:I am not out of nowhere, I showed up on the same day after my worker picked up the frame and realized the size its too big. I drove over 40 miles to your office to solve the issue before you guys close at 4PM. Your reply doesnt show you guys as a responsible business, saying I am acted like a child. Even if I am a child, its still a customer to you guys. I feel very discriminated when I saw the comment you made. And I didnt demand anything from you guys, I asked if is possible to return or get a replacement. In any of our conversation, did I demand you to do anything? Please be mindful of your wording. Base on your reply to me, other customers can see from that how unprofessional you guys are toward un-satisfied orders.

But my windo glass was lost in Shipping after I waited 7 weeks for the door and then waited another month for a replacement glass. My customer was not happy! I am a GM for a newly purchased hotel which will go under renovation. We ran into roadblock with a Door vendor when going through the process of purchasing new doors for our hotel. Somehow, USA Fire Door came up as a possible last minute option. They say, things happen for a reason. We are so glad we ran into a roadblock with our former Door vendor. Because that gave us the chance to work with USA Fire Door. We started the initial process at the end of March 2021, and by the end of April we were closing our purchase process with them. I dont usually write reviews however, I felt compelled to let it be known that my experience with USA Door was phenomenal. Savannah LoVerde made all the difference, she stayed with me through out the whole process, my knowledge in this field was limited and she expanded my horizon. I was surprised to see that the door was made in China and I was confused that I paid extra to have a smaller delivery truck bring it to my house with a lift gate when in fact it wasnt. But I got the door and it looks great and all is good.

I needed two tall 9’ fire doors so I found USA Fire Door online and spoke with Tracy Ramsouer.I knew this wasn’t going to be easy to order because the new doors not only needed to fit but the hinges, strikes, closer etc. all needed to fit.Tracy helped me to get him the right measurements even looked at my pictures to make sure I was measuring right. We needed to put some windows in our band practice room doors at the High School where I work. We knew nothing about the regulations for fire doors so we called USA. Michael was very helpful with the details and we ordered two windows. The price was reasonable, less than I expected, installation was very easy and they look wonderful. We just ordered two more windows for storage rooms in the same area. The only problem we are having is the Students are upset, we can now monitor them without opening the doors.

I needed a Fire Rated Steel Door. Michael Sinaga helped me out and he did a great job understanding what I needed and even helped me fill in some blanks that I would have never thought of. Michael sent me a quote within an hour of speaking with him along with manufacturing documentation of every part I ordered (door handles, glass window, self closer, etc.). I needed to add an additional door in my office but had not done the TIs initially but needed to match the existing doors. From the Timely sticker on the door frame I found out that the door came from USA Fire Door. I called and spoke to Michael who was able to help me identify the door, frame, handle, hinges - everything - of my existing doors and order the additional door I needed. As a knowledge business person, but certainly not in the construction trade, I really appreciated the time Michael spent to make sure I ordered the exact door (and associated parts) I needed.
