I have been considering a x-trainer for the home for a while. My strong preference was for my favorite gym model which is a Precor open stride but couldnt pull the trigger due to cost for new ones. Web search and reviews took me to Mastery Fitness and Im delighted I did. Kevin and his team were great to work with from Q&A, ordering, delivery and installation. The machine looks and operates like new and after three initial workouts I am delighted and having saved significant cost of course! Fully recommend
I would be happy to share my experience with this company! We are avid gym goers and have created an elaborate home gym over the years. With the recent shut downs of 2020, including gyms, we decided to expand our arsenal of equipment so we can always have a place for our workout needs. Throughout 2020 and 2021, we made various purchases. Each company had produced either extended delays with no explanation or fail in their customer service. I can say without a doubt, Mastery Fitness was by far the best company to purchase from. Kevin was always prompt and professional with replies. The equipment was completed in the time frame promised and was in great condition upon arrival. There were no surprise fees or extra charges of any kind. The delivery was smooth and they placed the equipment exactly where I wanted it. We even had a minor electrical issue on our piece of cardio equipment and within 2 days of reaching out to Kevin, a tech was at my house repairing the issue quickly. I would love to do business with them again and will definitely refer any friends or family here! They are doing things right!!
Kevin was outstanding. He is exceptionally professional and skilled at what he does. He took time to answer all my questions regarding purchasing an elliptical. I felt very comfortable with my purchase after talking with him. The elliptical was delivered in amazing condition and is working great! I highly recommend working with him and Mastery Fitness Group!
Excellent experience with Mastery Fitness. Having left gyms permanently, I needed two Arc Trainers for my primary and beach homes. I came across Mastery on Ebay, and was able to connect with them one-on-one. They took all kinds of time to help with issues such as model type, size of unit, etc. and could not have been more patient. Everything went exactly as promised from purchase to delivery, all at a fair price.The kicker ....- I live in PA, not in CA, so these had to be shipped via freight carrier 3,000 miles! It was as if I was in the L.A. area, and they made the transactions seamless. Kudos to Mastery for great customer service!
After contemplating buying home fitness equipment for some time, COVID-19 persuaded me to purchase an ARC trainer (something I have used for over a decade at my local gym). I searched numerous sites and equipment for months and kept coming back to Mastery Fitness for their prices and their warranties. I called and spoke with Kevin who was incredibly knowledgeable about the ARC and the warranty policies. He reviewed the available equipment with me and sent me pictures including the usage log on the machine. The customer service I experienced from dealing with Kevin was exceptional. The unit was shipped the day after I purchased it (without shipping charges!). Unfortunately, the shipping company lost the equipment and after several days of trying to track it down I was asked to provide photos to the shipping company. I reached out to Mastery Fitness for assistance in tracking the ARC. Not only did they work on their end with the shipping company, but they had pictures of it packed and ready to ship to assist in locating the equipment! Tracking my lost equipment from the pictures and their assistance quickly resulted in delivery. Daphne was instrumental in working with the transportation company and communicating with me on a regular basis. She even called me after hours for updates, gave me her personal cell phone number, and called me when she saw it arrived in my city so I could arrange delivery the next day. I cant say enough about the professional, responsive customer service I received. My ARC is exactly as described - in perfect condition. Im happy to know I have a 1 yr warranty where a certified technician in my area will be arranged to service the equipment. You cannot go wrong with purchasing from Mastery Fitness!
Mastery Fitness delivered a Precor AMT to me. They were very responsive to my emails and extremely professional. They had already assembled it, so the installation only took 15 minutes! The delivery crew made sure that I tried out the machine and was completely satisfied before they left. Mastery Fitness did a great job, I’d definitely use them again!
I’m not a wealthy man, so when I decided to purchase a Step Mill I new it was going to be an investment that represented a significant amount of money for me. I would be lying if I said that I was not afraid of losing my money, so when this transaction was complete I breathed a lot easier. What you need to know is that these guys delivered way more than I could have hoped for. The equipment is 1000% better than I expected AND they delivered on time. I am extremely grateful to have my Stairmaster and have no reservations whatsoever in doing business with them again, I can’t give a higher recommendation.
To Kevin Chu, Matt Roth, & Kal Chu:I purchased a remanufactured Life Fitness CLST as a pandemic treadmill for my living room. Matt kindly handled my questions about the business and the sales transaction. Kevin, the actual craftsman of the organization, handled all my technical questions and delivery schedule. Since Kevin was rolling out about a dozen of these simultaneously, it took about 18 days for mine to be shipped, but it was well worth the wait: the quality was SUPERB! No small detail, right down to belt alignment, new powdered silver paint job, or original decal restored was overlooked by Kevin Chu, the perfectionist! It looks and functions like a new machine, and Ive been absolutely gratified and absolutely loving it!In addition, the shipper broke an external switch during transport, and Kal Chu, Kevins father, got me a replacement switch delivered within 48 hours, and they paid for both part & labor, so a local technician could complete the repair. Down to earth, reasonable prices and a quality product with a warranty. I did quite a bit of research prior to buying a stepmill...and you should, too. Some of this equipment is expensive, and you want to get what youre paying for. Mastery Fitness sells new or refurbished equipment. By refurbished, they mean completely stripped to the frame, and then put together with new parts. Read up on what others are calling remanufactured and compare. Check warranties, and remember, if the company isnt there, the warranty isnt worth much. I am extremely pleased with the professional service, the price, and the value of my equipment from Mastery. These guys are legit, and I would recommend them without reservation. Whether you need one piece or a complete gym, these guys will take care of you like you are family. And listen to this, I asked if I should have them come out to service the machine like once a year or so, and was told: No, as long as you keep it clean and dry, you wont need to have it serviced. If you develop some odd noise or have trouble, give us a call, but you wont need any type of regular service. Thats what I like to hear!
My Precor EFX 835 elliptical was installed today by Mastery Fitness. It is a very heavy machine and 4 people were at my house to install it up two flights of stairs with u-turns being negotiated. From the very beginning I was impressed with their thoroughness in protecting my floors, staircases, etc. It seemed a difficult install but they handled it with no problem at all. It was set up in about 30 minutes and works perfectly. I was VERY impressed and I highly recommend their service!!!
I spent 3K on a Precor machine, it looked great when it arrived but a few months later I had a electronic board break. The customer service was great and they fixed me up right away by sending out a professional to my house. Im very happy.
I purchased a Precor 835 elliptical in May 20 with a 1 year parts & labor warranty from Kevin. Within 3 months a loud clicking noise developed which was not resolved after 2 tech visits and replacement of a part that Kevin sent. On the last visit, the service tech advised that Kevin was unwilling to send more parts and that he was recommending that the pedal arm and wheel be replaced. Kevin advised that per the warranty, wearables (including the stair arm) were not covered and that Id have to pay $808 for parts to proceed, Kevin in turn would pick up the $165 tech visit charge. What a joke. I wont be purchasing from Mastery Fitness again, buyer beware!
I purchased the PreCore EFX from Mastery Fitness. When it needed repair the wonderful Customer Service, assured us that it was covered by their 1 year in-house warranty. They immediately arranged for a local company for a technician to come to our home. When 3 trips by the local technicians failed to solve the problems, the owner quickly arranged to exchange our unit by replacing it with another machine, which was delivered, installed and is functioning beautifully. I have never experienced the personal customer service like this...trust me, they stand by their products, and go out of their way to please their customers. This is a top notch company. Do not hesitate to purchase their restored exercise equipment. Kudos to Kevin Chu!
