I really like this store, its small but they always what I need. The employees are nice and very helpful. I have shopped here since they opened.

Very friendly cashier. Small checkout area. Looks like any hardware store with your supplies there. Parking is a little weird. Theres a side parking lot and one in front. They dont connect. I recommend online ordering if you know what u want bc they are fast at bringing your order out.

Over the years, they consistently provide excellent customer service. You can always find an employee and they are happy to help.

Ace always has those items that the big orange and blue stores dont. This one has a petty good selection and plays some good rock music through the store speakers. Helpful staff. Organized well.

Generally Ace has what I need but today it didnt have this (blue) wrench to uncap my faucet (in any color). I need one to install a Universal Splash Filter Faucet Head that wasnt include it in the package. The only reason 4 out of 5 stars.

The guys were so nice and helpful just like the commercial said. They helped me out big time with my vacuum.

Ace hardware in Gardena is in the process of becoming an awesome place. Three star is only because i can envision their end game but they have a way to go. I noticed several shelves of oopsie paint, of which I just love and miscellaneous discounted items about the store. Very few items were individually priced or prices listed on their corresponding shelves. Again, work in progress as Covid has hindered us all. I love ACE hardware because visiting them is like going to a pop up county fair whereas visiting a competitor is like a day at Disneyland. All depends on how far ya wanna walk.

Far less crowded than home depot where social distancing is at best a minimum among customers. Smaller store size is more convenient in addition to good service. Subtracted 1 star because prices tend to be higher compared to alternative retailers.

I love to go to ace but I keep finding that the prices are forever going up. I just went for some bungee cords. No ne of them were in a pack you have to buy them as singles. Also c clamps are to much.

I went to get a transmitter for my carport, not only was Lila very helpful and checked me out quickly, she offered to set the code for me and did it, Excellent service, its so refreshing to go to a hardware store and actually get good help, not like the other big names where the employees are not very helpful or not around when you need them.

Super helpful staff clean store

Very good visit, they opened up the screw area, which was painfully only available when accompanied by an employee, as a coronavirus measure. Opening it up was a great move!👍

Watch out for refunds from this place! In small print you have exactly 30 days to return item purchased. Dont be a minute late you wont get a refund. I will not be returning to this place! Stick with Home Depot or local hardware stores.

This store barely had any inventory. Super small and hard to get customer service.

An employee showed me a nut, bolt, and washer I needed was located. I could have found them on my own, didnt even ask for help, she offered. I wish I remembered her name, so I could give her props. I went to 2 home depots in the area, neither had this basic standard size hardware, and no help lol!!!

Not as big of a selection as other big boxers, but was asked twice if I needed help with something. Thats a valuable commodity in todays knit whit, money chasing developer economy. Thank you!

This was my first time at ACE HARDWARE and I was greeted by a very nice young lady and she knew exactly what she was doing. ACE beats Lowes and Home Depot. When you go to Lowes or HD, NO ONE ask do you need help. You can ask someone at either store which has ALL MEN and they dont know NOTHING. Like the commercial say ACE IS THE PLACE...Im a customer for life.

Went there to get brake line fitting which they didnt stock. But they directed me to a store where I was able to purchase what I needed. Good looking out.

Walked in and a woman named Danna helped me throughout my whole visit. She and other staff were very knowledgeable about their products and offered solutions to my needs.

I have to say they beat the other two major home improvement stores hands down. They keep their merchandise organized and well stocked. No searching 12 different bins trying to the fitting you need to finish you plumbing job. Plus you get asked at least three or four times if you need help. Unlike the other stores where employees seem to run if you even look like you need help withsomething. The prices may be a tad more but for me its worth the good service and being sure they will have the item you are looking for. The also have astore club you can join and will send you several coupons a month that are actually a good deal.

I dont know much about plumming or hardware, so I always as for help. Every experience I had at ACE hardware store has been great, everyone is so helpful and friendly. I go in and walked out happy finding everything I need. My mosy recent experience was went in to find a tube pipe for under the sink to install a water filter drain hose, the agent help find one and gave tips on my project, two days later i went back bc the tube was the wrong one, the other agent help me find the correct one, i asked for help installing the clap he did that too, cut the pipe the correct size too. I made it home plug in hose. Amazing customer service everyday! THANK YOU!
