I have found United Rentals to have very well-maintained equipment that always performs, and United Rental employees to be professional and courteous.

The price that i paid for the rental was different than the price i was quoted on the phone when i called to check the pricing on the equipment

Great Equipment rental store. Had everything I needed and kept it on will call for me when I got there. All brand new equipment new air compressor. Cool staff always to take care of you and your guys when they get there. Probably the best place to rent from in the area.

Great experience

Im really disappointed in this business. I rented a piece of equipment for a week and paid the week rate. They left it over the Christmas holiday while they were closed and couldnt pick it up and now I owe them for 2 weeks rental. I offered them another days rent but they insist on the week. The guy identified as the General Manager was not nice to me at all. Kind of a Jerk. I think Ill try some other rental place from now on. If you rent from them, good luck.
