I bought one string machine about 20 years ago. Still working. I also bought strings and grips. They all good.

Horrible Customer Service! I purchased a Smart 6000 from Eagnas and motor got messed up really fast, I called them to ask them for help on how to remove the messed up part to send it to them for repair and they wear super rude and didnt seem the least interested in trying to help me out! Never buy anything from this company!

I picked up a Flex 100 stringing machine in 2008 which still functions well after 11years. The machine needs a little adjustments and they work well. Today 26th Sept 2019 I picked up a Hawk 20 stringing machine from this warehouse. The owner seems nice to me.

I have been using a Flex 940 since 2011 (October 2017 now), taught a friend who is a High School coach how to string on it, he bought a Flex 920 2-3 years ago, and neither of us have had issues. Its not the best stringing machine out there, but it has done the job for a long time, has done it well, and came at a reasonable price. Im not sure what more I could have asked for. The Poly Nova 17 string is my favorite string, even after playing tennis in college and having access to more expensive and name brand string sets at that time.

He is thief. Dont get attracted by flashy price. Bought a machine from him and that was piece of junk wasted my $650. Junkie blocked my number. Went to couple of times to his place always closed. Stay away

If I could given them a zero I would. Ordered a stringer, it broke while stringing my 2nd racquet. Sent back the defective parts, which were returned without being repaired. Sent back the defective parts again, which are still under warranty, and now they are refusing to either repair the defective parts, replace the stringer or give me a credit towards a new stringer. This is a terrible business, with lousy to non-existent customer. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL BE SORRY.

I was reading the bad reviews and I was shocked? I purchased a stringing machine from them 20 years ago.It paid for itself in three months . Are used to coach high school tennis and stung over 1000 tennis rackets. Never had any problems until now over 20 years later . Things must’ve changed .

Do NOT buy from here. Sadly my boyfriend doesnt read reviews so now I have to call the bank and label them as fraud. They told me I could Return my item, said they received it and never refunded my money. Its been a month now. I hope they go out of business seeing as they are a scam.

I bought a stringing machine from this company . When i received the machine it was broken and missing parts . After much hassle i was told i could return the machine only to have the company refuse to refund me ! I still dont have my money and NO machine ! They are thiefs DONT buy anything from this company ! VERY SHADY BEWARE
