First, the massage chair (Hybrid Supreme) is fantastic! I havent need a chiropractor in months since I got the chair. Helps after workouts and golf to keep me from getting sore the next day.Second, the customer service has been excellent. The delivery guys were studs who worked tirelessly to get the chair down a flight of narrow stairs. When the zipper on the foot component broke, customer service responded immediately. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional, fixing the problem right away.I highly recommend the chair and the company.
Had a wonderful experience with Masako (manager) here. She was incredibly kind and patient and set my wife and I up with a lovely chair at a great price. Were grateful our research led us to this Daiwa warehouse - I had no idea it was there and accessible before starting my chair research - and particularly grateful to find a manager as thoughtful and caring as Masako, who made the process a delightful one.

Apparently theres a character restriction on Google reviews so the following is an addtion to my review posted as Red.Update on 09-09-2020:I called Kimberly again on 09-01-2020 because I had emailed her 2 days prior indicating that she never sent me photos of the 2nd remote prior to shipping it so that I could confirm it is the correct model first and that she also never emailed me the tracking # like she had promised. She apologized a whole bunch of times for not getting back to me but never provided her excuse. She said she never read the email I sent and actually started to read it while I was on the phone with her. She said that the remote was shipped on 08-28-2020 which would be 8 days after I had last spoken with her even though she said it would be shipped the same day or next day. She then said she would text me the photo (a bit pointless now since its already been shipped) and that she would email me the tracking number now. I said my thank you and hung up. Well I never received the tracking number so I had to call her AGAIN on 09-08-2020 which was yesterday. Someone else answered and offered to take a message since Kimberly was assisting another customer. I declined and said I would try back a little later since she has not once ever, returned any of my phone calls or provided me with a follow up status even though she said she would every single time. I finally got ahold of her and again. After another apology, she confirmed my fathers address she had on file which is in Nevada. So tonight, 09-09-2020, I go to track the package and it says it was shipped on 09-02-2020 (CONTRARY to the date of 08-28-2020 per what Kimberly had said) and that it was delivered today, 09-09-2020, to TENNESSEE!! Either Kimberly gave me some other poor customers Tracking # or they shipped it to the WRONG address. Unbelievable! Im still trying to wrap my brain around how many other possible ways this can continue to go wrong. Its time to get a Manager and the BBB involved.
Purchased conpact Daiwa hand massager acu palm recently . It works really great and strong air massage feels Good through my finger tip to wrist. It can switch 3 levels of pressure so you can control way you wanted. Recommend this great item whoever use their hands all the time . This massager can use with or without power cord so able to take anywhere even to your work .
Ive been in contact with the company since April 2020 (its now late Aug 2020) with regards to resolving a remote controller issue. My father had a tech come out to fix the issue with the remote to his massage chair just before the start of COVID-19. The tech ended up giving my father a replacement remote which worked for only a short period time and then one of the buttons died. So in April, I phoned US Jaclean about having a replacement remote sent to my father. The girl who answered said she would work on getting one sent but there would be delays due to COVID-19. I understood and waited approximately 1 month before calling again and receiving the same answer. She mentioned in this call and subsequent calls that she was trying to get in contact with their WA location to get a remote sent since their CA didnt have any. Fast forward a few months and several more calls, still no remote. The girl had no clue why the WA wasnt answering her. So she initiated a shipping label anyway to see if that would expedite things. Another month passes and still no updates. I called her again and she still has zero clue as to what is going on. So she tells me she wants my father to ship his remote back to them and they will try to repair it. If they cant repair it, then theyll send out a replacement. Well they ended up sending out a replacement to my father but it was the WRONG remote! Its missing a button that his original remote has and it wont even power up when he plugs it in. So I called the girl AGAIN and I explained to her what the issue wad and she tells me, Well the ticket is already closed. Seriously? It doesnt matter that its closed, the issue still isnt resolved. She directed me to email them with photos of the wrong remote and they would investigate this and get back to me. Luckily my father still had the original remote (that died) that came with the massage chair. We emailed them photos of the original remote and the wrong remote that they sent. I emailed the photos over this past Fri 8-14-2020 right after I spoke with the girl who had been handling this issue for the last 4 months now. I had expected a reply by sometime Monday. Nope, no call back or email. I waited till later in the day on Tues and still nothing. So I called them and a different girl answered and told me, Kim, the original girl handling my issue was away handling some other issue. She would leave a note for Kim to call me back that evening. She also noted that I initiated a second ticket but I didnt know that another ticket would be issued simply by me sending them an email at their request! In any case, the following day 8-19-20, still no reply from anyone regarding this open issue. I really dont have time to call them again since I was on hold for over 10 minutes after trying 2 phone numbers in hopes that someone would answer even though it wasnt after hours for them. Im very annoyed that I have to keep following up to get a very simple issue resolved which is to please send a WORKING NEW NON-refurbished and CORRECT model remote controller to my father. He is extremely frustrated that he spent so much on a massage chair and he cant even use it now. Why is your company so unresponsive?!Update on 08-30-2020I called them back on 08-20-2020 and spoke with Kim. She indicated that she was not the one I spoke with regarding sending photos over of the wrong remote. She apologized for the delay and read up on the email I had previously sent with the photos. She said she would contact their Texas site to send out the correct remote either the same day or next day and promised to contact me back by email. Well it is now 10 days later and I still have yet to receive a call back from them. I checked in with my father and he still has not received the correct remote yet. I will be sending them yet another email and calling them again. We are now approaching September, so it will have been 5 months with no resolution on a replacement remote.
Let me start by saying that their customer service is one of the best. They work hard, respond fast to keep their customers satisfied.

They are super clean like a brand new, packed in the original box, works like brand new at home or office. (Plus it comes with 90 days warranty in case if you still worry.)I will give 5 stars not only for the products, for their customer service too.
Terrible chair I got. The chair isn’t designed correctly. There’s a groove your head sits in. I’m 5’11 and my head is forced forward as the hump placement is incorrect. I called Noriko my salesperson. She drove to my house and did in fact see where the issue with the chair is. She stated she would speak to the owner of the company to swap the chair for a different model. She emailed me a week later telling me the owner was out of the country and will speak to him when he gets back. Well that never happened. My chair now has a left arm deflation issue. I called both numbers for this company and it appears both numbers are disconnected.
Great place
This place is unprofessional, all the product stored in the whare house is dirty. Most of the stuff has been sitting there for moths or years all they do is open old products and replace the broken or rusted parts, and send it out. They dont care about any customers and would tell you anything to sell you product. The massage chairs fail after a few months but they will never tell you. I worked there before the people running the place are very careless. I wouldnt order anything from this company.
Great parking and easy to locate
I purchased a foot massage instrument. My legs always hurt from standing work, so I thought there was something good, and when I went to the company to buy a foot massage instrument that Ichiro would take whenever I went, it was a demo product I bought a product that instantly sold my feet and calves, so I felt very comfortable when I tried it. Although the price is a little expensive, I think that you can relax your tired legs and dont have to go massage somewhere. It was good to purchase this massager.
