I have been with another big-name storage unit for 2yrs and I am moving in the neighborhood so I am changing to this StorQuest. Compared to the old storage unit, this place is much more well kept, construction is metal and concrete, and it doesnt smell!! (The old storage unit had hole in the ceiling, made out of wood panels, and it smelled bad). Destiny was thorough in her briefing and very sweet!

This company raised RENT 30% and when I told the manager I thought that was excessive she said You can move out anytime. SO I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH STORQUEST NOT JUST THIS LOCATION.This was not my first bad experience 😒 I updated my contact information earlier this year IN WRITING. Last month I had an issue and asked for the manager to call me. I asked her what number she had on file and she says the old number and mentions there was no update in the system 🧐check my file 🤯 Surprise my contact info was put in the file and never updated in the system.

Units are clean, well monitored and accessible. The lobby was clean and professional.But Destiny was the reason why I rented. Her knowledge of the facility and storage options were communicated in a non-pressure and helpful manner.She instills confidence in what already seems like a good location, and expertly answered any and all questions I had for her.

Its good to know theres another storage close by. That means I can easily access. Its 9am to 6pm now but will be 6am-6pm once they get they key locks. The facility is brand new and alot cleaner than public storage nearby, which I have a unit already. will transfer here when i have time.

It has been nothing but a pleasure to have the courtesy and customer service of the staff at Storquest. Its been a difficult move for myself and it was helpful to make everything seamless and have friendly faces and helpful people to help me through the transition.

The site is impeccably clean, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The building is new, and access is convenient. My one main complaint is the payment system, not about this location itself. Instead of having a payment portal on the website, they send you a payment link via text. If you are late, which I have due to job loss because of the pandemic, you have to go into the office to make a payment. I dont know any businesses that still operate like this, especially when we are trying to reduce in-person contact. I had to make several calls to escalate this issue, then sign and fax a form to get permission to pay over the phone...in 2020. StorQuest really needs to update its payment system.

Never have I been to a more clean storage unit, from walking into the front office area, walking the premise and all the units that where shown to me.
