I had my CAT stolen. The problem was finding a place that could work on a 31 foot motorhome. I contacted many places and asked if they would or could work on my RV. Most didnt call back. Western Muffler is a professionally run business. The paperwork was completly filled out and my insurance company had no issues at all. There was plenty of room to pull in and out. From the time I was called to inform me that a check had arrived from my insurance company I would say that my new CAT was installed in less than an hour including my drive time. Western Muffler knew that they would be doing the work, was in contact with me, had the CAT in stock and made the process as painless as it could be.Any of you RVrs out there wondering where to get quality work done on your exhaust system need not look any further!

Fast service and a very nice job they did on installing the muffler i brought to them. The mechanic asked us right away to what we needed. Very good customer service. The quality of work done is prestine. I would recommend this place when you need done anything on your exhaust system. I would go back to this place for repairs or installation.

The two-man crew here are professional. They worked on my vehicle like it was their own vehicle. They took their time and made all the necessary adjustments. I will be going to them from now on.

Does good work reasonably priced

Just wanted them to weld a couple pieces together but the owner was like I dont want to do it because he had a problem with a different customer that kept coming back because it wasnt right. But what does that have to do with me. IJS

It was a pleasure coming into this muffler shop my brother accidentally took my truck to another muffler shop and it was just too loud so when I found the time I took the truck into Western muffler shop they took care of me right away and put the right type of mufflers so my truck doesnt make too much noise it sounds perfect thanks again Western muffler I highly recommend this muffler shop

Dont even bother coming here unless you want bad welding done and overoriced service. The owner always insists on new piping even if your pipes are not that old and nothing wrong with them. Took an older car they did all the piping got exhausts leaks. And when you take a new car owner raises price for the smallest things took a bolt on exhaust its 4 bolts owner said $185 dont waste your money here not honest owners

I replaced the muffler here. The lady boss told me the price and after the job the boss came and asked me to raise the price higher. I wasted time. Do not go here. Its a terrible place. If you do not want to ruin your muffler, do not go. Terrible welding.

The technicians work very quick. And can identify exhaust issues in a matter of minutes. I had an issue with the gaskets on my exhaust. The problem was identify and repaired on my 2013 Genesis coupe 2.0T. And the cost was extremely affordable. Repaired in less than 30 minutes. I recommend this place to anyone with exhaust issues. I came from the Northeast where the salted roads cause exhausts to rust and leak. I came and in about 30 minutes, the owner and the technicians were able to diagnose exactly where my exhaust was leaking, make parts, and professionally weld them for an airtight seal all for a very reasonable price. I walked out feeling like my exhaust was almost new. Great workmanship in a timely manner for a reasonable price!

Got recommended here and it was just bad service plus prices are way to high! I was quoted 350 for my setup. Ended up going to my normal muffler shop and was quoted 200. Never again will I visit here! Old guy was trying to make some side money or something.

These guys are great. I used to go to them at their old location. Current location is bigger but same grea service. Esteban office manager/ owner is great guy and the guys there are good people and work hard. Brought them several cars over the years from small issues to removing broken manifold studs. Always happy!!
