Im pretty disappointed with Tire warehouse its such a gamble if theyre busy the work is shoddy I dont know if Im gonna ever go back to one of these chain tire warehouses ever again I will go to a localy owned shop capable of doing a proper alignment and stick with them for everything. These guys just dont have any accountability or credibility.

This location was great! I had started in the Fitchburg location and after they couldn’t find a hole in the tire, a few days later it was low again. So I came over to the Gardner location and they took me right away and were so apologetic and kind the whole time. I will be sure to continue coming to this location in the future!

I have purchased my tires here in the past and never had a problem.Have never been told that appointments are serviced first,which is fine but tell people that or at least have a sign. I called the day before and asked about making an appointment and was told I didn’t need one(wasn’t told it was recommended and I would have to wait for appointment vehicles to be done).Then I was told that they tell everyone that,except I was there for two and a half hours and the two people answering phones never once said that to anyone,so they straight up lied to me.Then I was never quoted a price,I wasn’t too worried because I was buying one tire and having it w switched with the spare,so didn’t expect it to be to much,time to pay and I show my phone with a competitors price and the guy gets aggravated,says I was supposed to show him this before,again the only signs say they will beat any price,doesn’t say it has to be presented ahead of time,also one sign says you have till the next day to show a price.So I can come in the next day with a better price but today I was supposed to show it up front??? Very disappointed,unprofessional,will not be back. I own my own business,the customer is the backbone of your business,be upfront with small details and don’t act like the customer is wrong when they are unaware of your policies.Be upfront about how your operation works.It takes nothing to be upfront and honest

The manager is great. But the techs are slow. Waited for my tires for over an hour to be put back on my vehicle.

We have been using the Tire Warehouse in Gardner for years. They are always friendly. Do the jobs quickly and are reasonably priced.

Very nice people working here and they dont charge you for random things you dont need. Great work done at a solid timeframe and price point.

I brought my car to have an alignment done. I was told that they couldn’t do it because my tierod was bad. Picked up the tierod and pulled my tire off turns out my tierods were completely fine. I have a bad ball joint and a bad cv axle. There was no mention of this. Tyler is the person who looked at it. I will never bring another car here. They wasted my time. I’m not even mad because it’s clearly just ignorance or lack of intelligence.

I called multiple places some in Woburn where I work, some in Gardner where I live. Most laughed and said no we have nothing in stock for winter tires this time of year for your size. Well I tried tire warehouse in Gardner and not only did they say yes, but they drove to another state and got them and had them installed on my suv by 10am the next day. Good quality tires not something from a garbage stock. So if your looking for a company that will say yes and help you in a pinch well you found them.

I swung in when I hit a pothole and these guys were great! The place was decently busy but well managed. I worked with Matt, who was great. Rather than just trying to sell me a new tire he ran through my options including patching, replacing one tire (because my tires new enough not to require replacing the pair), or replacing the pair and replacing my spare with the good remaining tire. I ended up with a patch and an alignment and will definitely be back in the future. Great place!

Love this place. Best deals on tires in the area. One member of staff was not wearing a face mask, stayed away from him. Right now R hey are working on appointment only, which is an excellent idea.

Ive gone to town fair tire and other tire shops before. This just blows all others out of the water with the service and speed. Matt looked up my tires before I arrived ordered one that was special order and replaced two others that were in stock in about 35 minutes. Left one rim for them to put the special order tire on. I wont be going anywhere other than here for tires again.

Great service. I had an end of day emergency. The man Rich answering phones squeezed me in, but I had to rush down.Turns out, more was wrong with my rims/tires then originally thought. These guys stayed probably 2 hours late to accommodate me and get my car fixed up right. I would have been totally screwed going into the weekend without getting these fixes.Second time this place has gone above and beyond.

Rich and his crew are fantastic. My trailer full of sheep on route to a show had a flat. They got it fixed and back on the road in just a few minutes. They checked all my air pressures before sending me off. Always a pleasant easy group but today was great to get me in and out as fast as they did with a load of critters on.

The service is always fantastic at the Gardner location. Im thankful they made time for me on Thursday because I got there with 20 minutes to spare before closing time. They were more than happy to help as I was because I was using a smaller size spare.

Tire warehouse is the only place to buy tires. The gardner store is one of the best. The staff is awesome and rich the manager is super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend location for any tire needs!

It was a Super busy afternoon at TW in Gardner. However, their man Robert found me a parking spot right when I got down there... in the midst of seeming chaos he was friendly and forthwith! Then despite the busyness he got me in a bay to get my tires re torqued and topped off with Nitrogen and I was happily on my way. He was a real pro at prioritizing the customers their... as someone less aware and less caring might have queued me way back in the herd!!!... but luckily Robert was Awesome!!!! DO NOT go here i went to get an alignment and litterly the first time i drove the car i went on the highway mind you i had my daughter in the car my tire flew off caused alot of damage to my car called them to tell them what happened no help what so ever very upset incident could have been alot worse DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Came in the day of the first snowstorm. My tires where worn out. They where short handed and still did a fantastic job. Got me back on the road asap.

Lets face it, buying tires isnt on anyones list of fun things to do. These guys make a necessary nuisance as positive an experience as possible. They addressed my needs professionally and politely. I was in and out in less than an hour with 4 quality tires at a very fair price. Ive been going to another local tire shop for years but from now on this will be where I go for all of my tire needs.

If I could put negative stars I would!!! Start to finish this was a horrible experience and a danger to my safety!! Had to get corporate involved!!! Theres a set of brothers who work here that no one should let touch there car. Im not saying everyone who works here is at fault but those 2 guys are a danger to have working on cars. I have to go to another tire warehouse to get my new tires remounted, rebalanced and aligned bc when i go over 65 the wheels shake. They broke the middle piece of one of my rims right off, list my air valve cap, has my car teetering on 3 jacks....like I said HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE

I would give SIX stars, but Im limited to five.I was in town over the Memorial Day weekend and had a blowout. Without going into needless detail, these guy bent over backwards for me. Not only was the tire replaced INCREDIBLY quickly, but they also let me know that the impact had made tiny cracks in my rim and would require me to keep filling the tire up every time the low indicator came on.This was NOT their first choice, but it was 6 PM on Saturday evening of Memorial Day and there was not going to be anywhere to get the rim I needed until the following Tuesday, and I had to leave for Washington DC (to go home) on Monday. They tried for me right up to the end, but nothing was available anywhere around.Their prices were so reasonable, that I went ahead and got a second drive wheel so that my drive tires matched... THEY DID NOT suggest this to me or try to upsell me. I suggested it and they said they were happy to do so if thats what I wanted, and even though it was last minute in the extreme, they had it changed and balanced/mounted in about 15 minutes.Just an aside... I was standing there at about 5:58PM (they close at 6PM sharp) when a call came in. A guy had a flat and needed a new tire. Amazingly, the Boss (Rich?) told the guy to come in, and then he sent his staff home and said hed take care of the customer himself!GREAT service, great staff, UNBELIEVABLE management.... if this place was in Washingtion DC, Id NEVER go anywhere else.Thanks Guys... I followed your advice, just kept an eye on the low air messages and made it home. Ive also taken your advice to go to a rim place that could weld the crack, which is where the wheel is right now.

Dropped my car off at 930am was told it would be a 5 hour wait i get there was snow in the forcast and there busy thats fine dropped car off and left however after 7.5 hours go buy i try to call to check status of the car no answer 14 calls and no answer then proceed to drive there car hasnt been touched and im told it will be another hour i understand it was busy but dont lie to customers and over book yourself when you know it wont get done this will be my last time with tire warehouse me as well as at least 6 others all lied to not cool

Great service and people, made a point to ask about torquing the lug nuts and to be careful not to scratch the rims. Would recommend them to anyone in the area for sure. Thanks guys

They are great price. However they are the slowest. Made a pointment for 2:30. There were two vehicles in the bays. 3 bays 4 guys working. It is now 3:40 and I finally have two tires on my truck. Im getting four. I used to work at a tire garage. This is outrageous. Should not have taken this long.

When I discovered I had an almost completely flat tire nearly 2 hrs from home I stopped by this tire shop. I soon found out the tire was not repairable. Being so far from home I could not leave the car for repairs, the folks here were kind enough to toss on the spare tire for me and get me going again, they also did it free of charge. I would recommend thier service, and if I lived closer would have been leaving my car there for repairs.

Ive always received outstanding service and product here. Rich takes time with each customer to evaluate the need, fit the price range and quality and hes always looking for the best deal to give.

Bought a used tire and a used rim, brought it to TW to get mounted and balanced. Walked out with a brand new TPMS valve stem for 6.99 and another 6.00 in labor to attach it to the wheel. Total 35.00. No one asked me about TPMS they just did it... the car it goes on doesnt even have TPMS! Yesterday was my last visit to TW.

They left the lug nuts loose on 2 of my tires and my wife could have been killed when the tire flew off while she was driving! Theyve done NOTHING to rectify this and have passed me and my problem off to their insurance company for repairs. Ive lost over 15 hours to this issue and they have demonstrated they couldnt care less. I WILL be taking them to Small Claims court.

Called 8 hours ahead of time to have Two tires mounted (pretty simple job), other places in town have had me in and out in 30 minutes no appointment. Not Tire Warehouse! I wasnt out of there until 4 hours later when they closed for the night and the cherry on top was the manager telling me should be ready when you get back when I left for the first hour. Unbelievably insulting on top of the slowest service Ive ever received. Do yourself a favor, save half a day and go Anywhere but this place.
