The customer service was good, theyre polite and helpful, but theyre being really laxed when it comes to disinfecting and cleaning especially in between customers. I would definitely wear gloves especially when you have to deal with the copying area and definitely sanitize your hands with your own sanitizer, they do sell hand sanitizer there from small pocket size to huge bottles if you need it.

I agree with other reviewers that they could up their level of sanitation. If you need office supplies staples has them. Other than that if you are returning items through their mail service be sure to get a receipt from them in case the package gets lost. Sometimes theres good deals, and they have giant bottles of hand sanitizer which is not something you find everywhere these days.

A review for the copy/print staff... awesome work. Matt and his staff were consistent technically and professionally from multiple projects for my wife and I. The quality was amazing and the teamwork and notification were spot on and timely.

Assistant Manager Rob was a huge help during this visit. Always a fun time for me at Staples with a couple of exceptions. Employees are knowledgeable and admit their limitations but find the answers elsewhere.

Super neat, clean, and organized! They have a huge selection of items, and one of their workers, Ariana, is an amazing employee, she has great customer service and is super nice and helpful! Staples should be glad to have an employee like her!

The Gardner store is top notch. I use their printing services often and they do a great job. Overall a terrific store and wonderful staff.

Went to drop off a package and the attendant was very helpful and friendly.

Robert was very professional and was able to give me clear answers on the acer laptops. He also gave me great ideas and tips on what kind of virus protection I should have for the laptop that I buy while im in school. Gabriel was also polite and kind enough to ask if i wanted a bag for my other purchases. This is the best store I have been to in this area in awhile.

Ive never found a Staples I really enjoy walking into, but this one is on par with others and I was able to find what I was looking for. It seemed a bit pricy to me, but they did have a large selection of things.
