Zero information on their site regarding their Textile Jackets. Very poor customer service. I emailed asking about the make and material of these and was answered with:Its a textile material do u have store can u plz send us ur store info along with ur contact number thx.Now as far as I know Textile is not a fabric type. When I asked for clarification and more explicit questions I was answered with:In order to give u all info we need ur store name address ur tax id and contact number plz porvide us that info thx Now horrible spelling, grammar, and punctuation aside I should not have to be a vendor OR provide this much information to get basic information about a product. Below are the questions they refused to answer:All you can tell me is that it is a Textile Material?Are these jackets Kevlar?Are they Cotton?Maybe a Poly-blend?Are the certified?Machine Washable?Have these been tested in any way to be called Motorcycle Jackets?
