I had my event on September when booking everything went well as I spoke to Jack. The day of my event I had a very rude waitress beer was very foamy and hot I complained about it and the waitress responded with “is not my problem that’s just how the beer is “ I also had a bartender who was very polite in the begging but his drinks were not the best none of his drinks were mixed or shaken. I had complaints from them all night and I was unable to enjoy my party. Waitress was over all rude to all my family and friends everything she did was with an attitude .I was also given a quote of a 100 dollars for an additional hour but bartender charged me 150 I tried contacting jack in regards but he never responded till this day. I payed 20 percent just for gratuity over 400 dollars to be exact and feel is very unprofessional from the venues part . Liquor was cheap material and over priced but the worst were how the drinks were made. I give this 0 stars and I would recommend people be cautious when booking with this venue they will promise you anything to get the money but have 0 customer service skills once they have your money they you mean nothing to them.

I like this level of professionalism. Hes visible. So to speak the result on the face. This is my personal opinion

First time at BJ MY car got towed from West orange and brought to peak towing at 67 Lanza Ave 😠🗯😡😾 but I had a an hour before pickup So I was looking for a bar THE OWNER WAS NICE I JUST HAD A CORONA WITH A FRIEND WHILE WATCHING A LITTLE TV Selection of alcohol very bare minimum but Im guessing whatever they have is based on the area

I had an event at the BJ-Polonia last month. Everything went wonderfully. The place is gorgeous. I got tons of compliments from family and friends. Everybody was impressed. The staff was very helpful. Especially the management. They were very patient and took their time to answer all my questions at every appointment. I hella recommend this place. I love the service is amazing.

Threw my dad a really nice party here. Jack is very helpful and accommodating. We didnt cater with them, but Ive heard the food is very good.

Just had my baby shower at this venue in June. Customer service was amazing, and the hall was set up the day prior which made decorating the day of so much easier. I would definitely have another event here!
