We just moved in and discovered mold in our garage closet. We were very nervous and did not have previous experience with mold. From the first phone call, they were wonderful. They described the process for a mold remediation, and we arranged an in-home free consult. The consultant was fantastic! He told us that it was really a small job, and that he and their company was not in the habit of overcharging or price gouging. He told us everything that we needed to do to fix it ourselves! We are so appreciative that we called Breathe Pure and that they practice honest and fair practices. We will 100% use this company for all of our future needs and recommend this company to anyone else with a similar issue. I cant say enough good things about this company. Thank you!

They came out, looked at the issue and sent us an estimate. We decided to go with them and they did an outstanding job. They clean up after themselves, their workers are courteous and respectful. They communicate clearly and keep in touch to let you know how things are going. They do things the right way with no compromise in quality of work. I recently had a small flood in my condo and the plumber who found the leak discovered mold behind the walls. Breathe Pure came out within a day to check it out and give me an estimate. They were able to schedule the work that same week and DAndre came to do the work. He was extremely profesional and thorough. He set up the work site to make sure and contain the area and sealed off all doors and drawers to avoid addition exposure. He removed the contaminated walls and insulation and covered the neighbors back wall with a mold sealant to stop any further growth (since we couldnt remove their walls). He finished, cleaned up and left the air scrubber overnight and came back to check the air quality the next day. He cleaned everything up and even recommended someone that could do the repair work on the wall. I hope never to have to call them again for mold issues but will call them again to do HVAC work for sure! I highly recommend their work!

If you are thinking of using this company please do not. They will talk you into things you do not need and are unresponsive after they have your money. Look elsewhere for your HVAC and mold needs. They replaced our HVAC system and cleared out some mold but a couple months later mold was coming out of our new ducts and it was like pulling teeth to get them to respond then come out. Bottom line is we still have mold around our vents and I will need to call someone reputable to fix this.

We had a small household mold issue that Michael was able to diagnose quickly and come up with a rate for the project. It was a little higher than we expected it to be, to kind of get us back to square one with clean vents and ducts, HVAC systems, and to remove the mold...but Michael worked with us on the price and that went a long way.The guys were super thorough and really got everything cleaned up. Id definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Due to an extensive remodel to our home prior to the purchase, our air ducts were quite dirty since the system was running while the home was being remodeled. I talked to several companies, but what I appreciated about Breath Pure was their certification with NADCA as well as several other agencies. I had done research on what to look for in a company when getting your air ducts cleaned and what to expect. They did exactly what I expected. Michael walked me through the project and showed me the different components of my system that were in need of cleaning. At the end of the job, they cleaned everything up with a HEPA vacuum and showed me the work they did. They covered everything with plastic wrap to minimize any dust during the job as well. They were also very nice and explained everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions. Very pleased.

My wife and I had recently moved into a new house and were bewildered by a smell we couldnt put our fingers on (we thought it would go away with the remodeling we did before moving in). It smelled like cat plus some decades worth of cooking. We tried everything... bought Groupons for Duct Cleaning -- which did nothing -- and had multiple other HVAC companies come out and quote services that just didnt make sense. Breathe Pure were the only ones who pinpoint identified that there was in fact mold running rampant in the coils and ventilation system (and showed us where, too) -- which made a lot of sense given that my wife and I were waking up every day with dry, itchy eyes and scratchy throat... symptoms similar to something youd expect from allergies.Breathe Pure were highly informative, respectful, and quick to inform us of what exactly we needed to do. Given that theyre not simply an HVAC company, and do mold remediation, we felt good about the decision. They suggested a full vent scrubbing, acid wash of the coils, microbial fogger and ran the entire house through HEPA filtration.At first, I couldnt believe I would be invested this much into an HVAC system that worked. It was a big pill to swallow. But the bare neglect of previous owners left me with problems I never paid attention to in my life. After this experience, I can certainly attest that air quality affects the quality of life. I HIGHLY recommend Breathe Pure if you are going through anything similar.

I had a mold issue that was compounded with a broken hvac. My hvac company would not look at it because of the mold.While assessing the mold, I mentioned the hvac and they took a quick look and found a blown fuse. It may have been just a blown fuse, but taking the time to check got one thing off my mind. It was get mold fixed and hope the ac is fixible, but after their initial visit it was just the mold issue.They were very professional, and worked with me on paying over a few weeks since I did not have enough funds to cover the remediation and rebuild at the same time.Priced fair from my other estimates from companies, and was also able to handle the hvac removal and replacement during remediation.
