Very poor customer service...took my Microwave oven for repair...3 days after i called find out its not fixed and they suggested me to throw a way my microwave. I had to pay the diagnostic fee for it. When I called for come and pick up the oven I was put on hold for a long time and got disconnected after few min...call back again din not get answer. So I had to drive to the store for pickup my microwave...when I picking up my microwave I noticed screw missing. When I tell them they show a dont care attitude. It was my 1st visit in this Business. Overall experience very 👎....dont go there...even if you go. Make sure you take pictures of your product. Safety issues detected.

For my stove install, the total price was not communicated accurately beforehand, so be extra diligent to understand so you are not surprised by the bill.

I needed a timer for my washer.they they supplied the timer faster than ordering on the internet. This was a Maytag part

Great application with great low prices

Needed a replacement clothes washer and bought a used one here to save money. It worked fine for 2 months then it started to leak water from the bottom. They offer a 30 day warranty but obviously the items they sale dont hold up much longer past that. Do not purchase any appliances here. Theyre all junk!

I had an older kegerator that wasnt working. I called them and was told it would be a free- estimate. They called back later that day and left me an estimate on my voice mail. When I called back the following day they gave me a different (more expensive) estimate. While the initial quote seemed fair for what they claimed needed to be repaired (compressor), it was more than I was willing to spend. I told them I would swing by to pick it up and they then told me it would be twenty dollars to get it back and that the free estimate was only free if they performed the repair. I wasnt interested to take it somewhere else to repair or to even attempt fixing it myself. I just figured I would offer it to someone free as parts who might be more inclined to fix it. Definitely not a free estimate and would think twice about trusting.

This place is horrible. Sold me parts to fix a dryer. I installed them. Did one load and they stopped working. I went back for a refund and of course he insulted my intelligence and said I did something wrong. Save your money. Order from amazon. 50$ cheaper too. Parts I ordered from amazon are still working.

Went in to buy dishwasher heating element and they tested it good. Told me what to do to check the rest of the components and based on other issues I was having determined it was probably control board . Dishwasher was 15 years old so bought a nice used one there for the price of the control board.Selection wasnt great but I got stainless steel front and tub, top panel fridgidaire that looks and works like new. Its so quiet that I check it often to make sure its working....I have to stop doing that.Used appliances are like used cars....you spend your money you takes your chances. They are up front about warranty so dont know about the crying when it stops working after the warranty they offer.

I went in to buy a part for my washing machine and the owner very helpful and extremely nice. They even showed me how to put the part on the washing machine so I didnt have to struggle or even look up videos on how to fix the washing machine would definitely recommend it to friends and coworkers.

The reviews are all over the place.My experience was good.I needed a part for my dryer and they had it in stock.I could have ordered it from Amazon for $15 but I would have had to pay another $10 shipping to get it same day.They charged $25 in the store so it was a wash.Since I knew what I needed I guess I didnt really try out their customer service but both the man and the woman were happy and friendly.I would buy parts here again.

Gave them a call looking for an appliance thermostat and they told me $5.95 over the phone, but once I got there to pick it up the price jumped to $19.39. While its not a lot of the money the principal is upsetting. I dont know if this is a common practice to everyone, but sure left a bad taste in my mouth. The part worked as expected.

The old Vietnamese lady named Sarah knows every aspect of the repair to appliances and also has most all the parts in the store, if they dont have it she can order it for me fast. Ive been doing very well making money on the side to supplement my income repairing appliances. And if I get in over my head on a repair their technical staff also does repairs at a very decent price. All Appliances my go to place!!!

FYI, I plan to leave this review on Yelp as well.My husband and I were moving into a rental that didnt have a refrigerator and just wanted to pick up something that worked and fit into the space of the new rental. We plan on buying a home next year so wanted to save money on a newer fridge when the time came. We bought the cheapest fridge there that would fit.STORE: Dont expect too much from the looks of the store. None of the appliances are plugged in so you dont know if its actually working. They also dont turn on the A/C so if you go on a hot day, expect to remain hot.QUALITY: Again, dont expect too much. While they had several to choose from, dont expect anything top of the line in here.SERVICE: Lackluster at best. They tried to go back on their word.EXPERIENCE: We picked up the fridge a week after we bought it and brought it home. We plugged it in the wall and it didnt work. It didnt cool at all. Which was really upsetting since we had food that need to be refrigerated and was now spoiling. After 2 days, I call them back and inform them that the refrigerator doesnt work. The woman I spoke to said to bring the fridge back and we could exchange for another fridge. This was not an easy feat as we had to rent another truck and pick up the broken fridge to be exchanged. My husband had to do this on his own because I couldnt take off work. The next day, when my husband gets there with the broken fridge, they now say that they dont want to exchange it, but now repair the fridge instead.UNACCEPTABLE!!!I had to argue with the woman on the phone about what she said the day before regarding exchanging for another fridge. Ultimately, they gave us another fridge and my husband brought it home. Im only giving this play 2 stars because we were able to get another fridge. Otherwise, it would be 1 star all the way. I will never use this place in the future.

These people are completely wrong. They blamed my son for dropping my appliance. No. That person did. They did us wrong and now they argued with us. Bad place.

I have used All Appliance refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers for all of my rental properties. Over the course of 4 years and a dozen properties not a single issue. You do the math.

The folks working here were very patient with my complicated order. Id recommend this place to all my friends bc they have good prices on parts for the DIY crowd but they also do good repairs when youre out of your depth. Very knowledgeable and helpful
