Worse curbside pick up service! Your basically better off getting out of the car and get yourself, not sure what’s then purpose on getting an email saying my order is ready for pick up if I still have to wait 15 minutes but 20 minutes later still waiting. Worse part is that I’m the only car here on a trying to pick up on Tuesday afternoon.
The sales personal was very nice and helpful. Went to buy a laptop and needed help. I have few knowledge of electronic stuff. I wish I caught the sales guys name he was so knowledgeable and very helpful. I am very pleased to have a guild that made it easier to purchase my laptop. I love it!
Not helpful. Dont buy a phone their if they have to order a case and protect shield. They wont fix your phone. I found a good place on my own.
I unfortunately bought the wrong variation of a product and needed to make a return/exchange. The customer service representative I interacted with was cordial and able to help me quickly and efficiently. The exchange was quick and painless. I will be going back to this Best Buy location in the future because of the knowledgeable employees and friendly faces.
Assistance on the floor was okay. I would recommend doing your homework on what you want before going to buy. Checking out was a bit of a hassle waiting in line as well
Customer Service is solid but not great. I see the selective behavior in associates which I observed and was a witness to the pick and choose behavior at times. When you are able to engage an associate normally they are as helpful as they can be. I did not realize how depleted the inner stores for best buy are from a stock perspective. Two very evident reason sales have shifted to online.

This 5 star review is concerning a exchange due to a manufacturer defect. The customer service at this location is terrible. Originally I spoke with que who is supposedly a Manager however the less then exceptional customer service she provided would advise against hiring her as a manager. I spoke with Scott the assistant manager a very professional, respectful individual with above exceptional customer service skills. He helped me with my exchange and was kind through the whole process. Now I have my working LG back on the wall mount. Thanks to Scott!
This is a great Best Buy location. I live near several locations, and this is my favorite, though most locations are great. I usually do curbside pickup, and Ive never waited longer than 5 minutes from pulling into the stall and leaving with my merchandise.
Andrew was very helpful and went above and beyond in his customer service. Reminded me what great customer service feels like.

Every company needs a Preston. I’ve been dealing with a bestbuy.com issue (a $300 Best Buy gift card) for 1 month now. I have called 6 times and followed everything I was told to do and nothing worked. I was promised many thing and it always fell short. Finally the corporate office sent me an email saying go to a store; show this email and maybe they will give you a give card. Well it wasn’t that simple. I spoke to Preston and he called the corporate office and got transferred 5 times. Trying to get the issue responded for me. Although this is not how a company should be run, they did something right and hired Preston who made sure I wouldn’t have to deal with this issue a day longer. No matter where I live I will be coming to the Best Buy in garland because they care about customers here.
They have plenty of electronics and i found what i needed but the store has no clear layout and feels disorganized. Staff was friendly though.

Its decent, but compared to other Best Buys like the Denton one, this store really needed a touch up with tags on the floors and associates putting in a little more effort locating product, idk if I just got a new guy helping me but it was a little pathetic.

So, since COVID, Amazon has been my go-to place to purchase most things, with the exception of Best Buy. I still love coming here for large electronics, appliances and phone accessories. When I need someone to apply a screen protector on my phone or smart watch l, they do a great job for a fair price. Ive dropped them from a 5 star to a 4 star because its getting harder to find someone to help you when you need it. Aside from that, Best Buy is my favorite local place to shop

Area outside of front door was so dirty with trash & dead birds it made wife & I question if we should enter. Once inside store was ok but empty spaces on shelves are in all departments. Guess they are on the same path as Circuit City. Real would like more options than Amazon & Walmart.

The geek squad here is great and Justin is very professional with great customer service. The 4 star is due to the selection. They dont have as much as other locations Ive been too. Ive never seen so many empty shelves. I went to buy a printer twice and they still dont have any and could not tell me when to expect them. Maybe this is covid related, but Amazon has them so I dont understand why Best buy cant get any in stock.
I would have rated this place a lot lower yesterday because an employee who was supposed to be helping us just walked away and refused to listen to us when we tried to tell him our pickup order was an old display model so it might not be with the others. When we went back today the person helping us was very nice and when I spoke to the general manager about our previous experience she was visibly upset and was understanding when we asked that they please speak with the employee because my husband nearly cancelled our very expensive order. We only went back because he really needed it for work. The manager we talked to was very nice about it and listened respectfully so they get most points back.
Hard to get an associate to help you, but when you eventually do they are nice and professional and would do anything to make sure you have a pleasant experience.

A couple months ago I went in to get information about credit card promotions and I asked at least 3 times to do this without opening a card and he opened a $1000 card anyway without being clear about the information he was asking from me. My credit score dropped 35 points according to Credit Journey on my banking app. I explained to the to the manager and when her coworker came up to help her look up my information I heard the manager say she didnt want to and ended up walking away from me.
Staff friendly, accommodating, allowed me to go in and purchase lots of stuff I cant afford. My toddler even peed there. A+

Horrible service, Im so disappointed, I went in looking for a fathers day gift and looked around for help till I found an employee, I asked if he would help me locate a certain item, he spent about 5 minutes explaining to me why he couldnt help me,according to him,you have to write your name down till an associate is available to assist you, then another employee was passing by I believe he called her lilli and asked her if she had time to help, I was amazed that the girl rolled up her eyes, I told her not to bother and went looking for a store manager,this employees have to understand that we spend plenty of money in that store and thanks to that fact they have a job, terrible service
I have been calling for 2 days!!! No one will answer the phone!! How do you get customers if you won’t answer?? After being on hold for 17 mins finally someone picked up the phone and then left it off the hook! Terrible experience! I placed an order for an item at this Garland store because it said it would arrive more quickly, however I have a delayed order, no one will answer the phone and I have an hour drive to get to this store! Ridiculous

Terrible customer service. Asked for help to look for merchandise on the ps4 controller. Absolutely no help. One employee (lady, blonde, short hair cut) basically gave me a k thx bye attitude and the guy employee (long ish hair, blonde, bleached, combed up) just gave me a basic answer. Didnt even remotely offered to help or offered to see if another store carried the product, or even offered to help order it online. Guess bestbuy breeches are so big that they dont need to upsell their own product or do anything to get you to spend money. One of those bad best buy locations. AVOID THIS BRANCH. will be following up calling the store to speak with a manager, branch manager and contacting corporate about this lack of experience.

The #1 place in the country to go, to touch things you plan on buying on Amazon. You can also tell when a district or regional manager is in town, because the workers suddenly want to assist you, without you asking. Otherwise, you would likely find them congregating in small circles throughout the store, intentionally avoiding any acknowledgment of potential customers. Its unfortunate. Likely soon to go the way of Circuit City... Its not lost on me that I can also say the same thing about Frys Electronics, verbatim. Gadget geeks are special bunch, I guess. Oh well. Understaffed??? It took a while to find someone to help me. I dont know if its because I was there at 6:30 and they closed at 7 pm, but it took a good minute for anyone to help me out. No one was in the laptop section, so I had to flag someone down from the front. I was trying to spend almost $3,500 and they almost lost my business.

I went in to get a new cell phone. I was greeted by a young man named Ramiro. I let him know the amount that I wanted to spend, and the phone needed to be unlocked. He was a very good-natured, and went over and beyond to assist me. In addition, he let me know what to do about my old phone. I was very pleased with my service.
Bought $600 8 series Samsung tv on 04/21/21. Turned it on 05/15/21. Picture was jacked. Talked to online customer service rep. Devon said we could instantly return for an exchange. Loaded up tv and took back to original store, and they tried to say there was impact damage and nothing they could do. Well, there’s something I can do, and that is to let everyone know not to purchase from Best Buy if you want a quality product. Save your money. I am a new homeowner and was going to make several large appliance purchases from Best Buy, but I will be spending my money elsewhere now. Anywhere besides Best Buy. I’ll also be canceling my store card. Do better, Best Buy. Acknowledge when you’re in the wrong and do right by your customers. You may have gotten away with my $600 tv, but one of your competitors will now be getting all of my business for a state-of-the-art refrigerator, oven, home security system, and everything else we want for our new home. You win short term, but competitor wins long term. Hope you guys tank as fast as Blockbuster did with your foolish business practices. Thank you for wasting my time loading the tv and taking back to store after the online representative said we could. The cashier was nothing short of accusatory and disrespectful as well. After employing staff like that, you soon won’t have any business left. This was my 2nd location to visit, this visit was only marginally better. I was looking at a Samsung Galaxy watch. I had questions about this item, but they pointed it out and couldnt wait to walk away, I quess they thought they did their job. I am going to purchase this item but now it wont be from BEST BUY.Update: Bought the Galaxy 3 from Amazon, at least there i dont expect to have assistance from a Sales person
Had an issue buying earbuds online with best buy so went to the store. I was able to find them fairly quickly and there was only one other person ahead of me in line. Ive shopped this location several times and havent had any major issues

I call and wait for 8 to 10 minutes to get a call back and when i ask them if the item im looking for is in stock they tell me yes so i go to this best buy and when i irrive they tell me they were never in stock of the item of the item im looking for, im not even mad about the waiting but about how this happen to me 3 times if the people who are answering the call not know about the items in their store just tell me that you dont know if u have it then ill go to another store
Its sad to see managers like the one here after trying to return a laptop that i bought a month before that ended up stop working with the receipt the manager told me he could not return it b/c it was 1 day over a month. I told him i had covid and i couldnt leave the house for 2 weeks and that i had proof of that too. He basicly told me i should have brought it back anyways and shouldnt have worried about getting any employees or other customers sick. It was clear that other peoples health was not his worry at all! It is sad to see manager like this. He said he could give me store credit like he was doing me a favor??? The laptop is not working!!!! So how are you doing me a favor? Its sad b/c companies like best buy are wanting to know why they are failing??? Its your great management cant you see that? Never again will i or anyone in my family buy anything from best buy again!

If you want to buy a phone, dont come here.The first time I came, I was very happy to meet Josh, he is very nice and was help fullThen I bought a phone at Best Buy in Dallas ( Samsung Galaxy Z FLIP 5G because they dont have the color I like) and I came back here to transfer all my information of the old phone to the phone I bought at Best Buy in Dallas, i went to the phone sales area and talk to the LADY who works there (she is older and a Mexican) she yells at me and tells me if I want they will do it for 40 bucks.I would understand if I had bought that phone somewhere else but I bought it at Best Buy in Dallas yesterday. I spent $ 1400 to buy the phone there and they treat me like a trash.
I took my phone to geek squad because my phone wasnt charging the way it used to. I explain to the guy that I felt like something was stuck in the charging port but I couldnt get it out. He said I would need a new charging port. When I asked how much he said its not worth it. I asked him to please check inside and see if theres any pocket lint thats preventing it from charging. He took it to the back and said he stuck a camera in there and nothing was there. I left and went to my local cellphone store and they took the pocket lint out In 2 minutes and didnt charge a dime
