I brought my bow in after buying a new one somewhere else. The other place totally did not set up her tune the bow when I bought it just handed it to me and walked away. Chuck was able to tune it within 15 minutes of me handing him the bow. These guys are amazing. Total lifesaver brought them my bow with the intent to hunt that afternoon. They had me set up ready to go and gave me very knowledgeable advice within an hour and had my bow ready to hunt with confidence. I cannot say enough how much they were able to help me get my bow ready to shoot confidently in the field . These guys truly know their stuff.

This is a GREAT Pro Shop to visit. The guys are super great, informative, and will do whatever it takes to make sure your shooting straight. I have bean here several times, and they have taken care of everything that I have needed done on my bow. Do yourself a huge favor and go check them out for ALL your archery needs.

I am completely new to archery and this was my first stop to get an older bow tuned up. The service I received was as bad as it could get. I was told my bow needed new strings and was told I would receive a call when it was ready. Four weeks later I still had not gotten a call. When I called to check the person on the phone sounded annoyed by my call. I was told it would be ready by the weekend. I called on a Friday to make sure it was ready and to see if I could pick it up on Saturday. I was told yes, and after driving over and sitting in the parking lot for 30 mins only to find out nobody was coming to open the store. Finally I went in and shot and bought arrows. It took 3 days and my peep went out. I drove over the next Saturday and sure enough they werent open again. I went to another shop and the first thing they guys said was you know thats the wrong string for this bow. I wondered why it was drawing back so easily, because the wrong strings were affecting it. Its a 70# bow and they told me it was only a 50#. The other shop did some work on it and got it back up to 65 but that was a close they could get it. So basically I waited for over a month and dropped 300 bucks to get the wrong strings put on my bow. Thanks a lot guys, good introduction to archery. Wow, your response reflects the service I was provided (terrible). Thanks for addressing the long wait time (over a month) and bad customer service, not to mention being lied to about being open the next day. Dont worry I am in good hands with a shop who is honest and open to the hours listed on their website. Also, yes the wrong strings were put on. I have confirmed this from not only my new bow shop in Texas but also the one in Illinois. Good try though...

I just walked out... got my 1st (used) bow yesterday. Looked online for an actual archery store. I assumed that Id get a more personal and educated experience.Wrong! Walked in, no one said hi, what do you need? Nothing. I stood back at the tech area the two guys never looked up so I milled around, I need a new release, arrows and the rope thing that helps you to not drop your bow. I other words, money burning a hole in my my pocket. Stood around with my bow in my hands for 15 minutes. Nothing. There were customers, but not many. If someone would have said - hey man, give me 10 minutes and ill be with you or go get a Coke and come back in an hr. Fine. I own a business. Not sure how this one stays open.

We had a great experience outfitting our son with a new bow at Outdoor Pro Shop. Steve, along with the rest of the staff, were very helpful and knowledgeable. Several of the staff, including the owner, played a roll in setting him up. I left there feeling like part of the family. Customer service at it’s best! Great job!

This is the place to go if youre new and want to get a bow. They walked my dad through the whole process of explaining differences between bows and testing them out. After that, they went to pick out the add ons for the bow. While they were doing that, the craftsman changed my peep sight and D-loop and let me shoot the entire time while my dad was getting his bow together. They made the bow right in front of us and let us try it out and sight it in at 20 yards. It was a great experience and we will be going there next time we need to fix/buy a bow.

My time with Outdoor Pro Shop since Ive been going there for the past few years has always been a great experience. Everyone there (Owner, Employees and even the regulars) are always willing to help with whatever you need and love what they do and just enjoy the sport of archery and know what they are doing. They also have the top of the line equipment.

GREAT Experience. I went in to buy a crossbow and walked out with a fantastic compound bow. The customer service was great. They fit it for me, cut the arrows down, sighted it in and gave me about a 30 minute lesson. I will buy all my gear here. Thanks Everett!

Great place! I took my hunting bow, that I purchased online from an individual, up to this shop to get looked over. The person that helped me was the owner. I didnt know that at the time but the guy spends over a hour with us telling me more about my bow and checking it all out. He doesnt even charge me. My brother just bought his first Mathews there and same experience. These guys are professionals and are very knowledgeable.

These guys are awesome. Great service. Helped me out with a fishing rod problem since its made of the same thing as arrows, and they used their arrow saw to cut off the broken piece and fix the guide. Great guys for sure. Best in the area for sure.

I bought and ordered my daughter a bow here which required a few different trips to the store. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a business owner before. It was as if I wasnt worthy of being in their establishment. The contempt by both the older gentlemen in the back and the hateful lady on the floor has made me tell everyone I know that they should avoid this place with all cost. I live about 10 minutes from this location but will happily drive all the way to Canton to the archery place there over ever giving these people another penny of my money or a second of my time.

I never write reviews, but this time I had to. I went to take a class this morning, August 27th, 2014 and I can say that it is one of the best classes on any subject that I have taken bar none. Chuck was extremely helpful and spot on with his advice; as a result I drastically improved my shooting in less than one hour. I will definitely go back for more classes and as long as they provide such an excellent service, Ill keep returning.

Took 30 minutes for Chuck (owner) to acknowledge I was there. After that, he talked to a woman in there to drop off a Christmas gift for the next 20 minutes. So, 50 minutes in, nothing done and the store wasn’t busy. All I needed was mods changed out on a bow. The entire time he acted like he was pissed to be working on it, cursing often throughout. Very unprofessional. Then, he charged me $43 for something that should have taken him 15 minutes to do, but took him 45 minutes. Terrible all around experience.

Outstanding store and staff. I went in to see if I needed a new string and cable on an older bow my son wanted to shoot. Chuck looked it over, saw that it was strung incorrectly, and fixed it right there, charging me nothing. He could have sold me a new string and I wouldnt have known the difference. The next time I need anything archery related, Im going straight back to Outdoor Pro Shops. Thanks!!
