Just got my bike delivered in perfect condition. Got here quick even through a snowstorm. So impressed right now.

I purchased a Comerade 650 UTV in July and it was delivered to my farm in August for use by my farm workers covering the 59 acres delivering hay to horses in the fields. In early March the men reported that they could no longer steer the vehicle because a small piece had worn. They took pictures of the part and even a short video to explain the problem. I sent these on to the customer care and was referred to the parts dept. Apparently they were not going to communicate internally on my behalf but wanted me to raise the issue with that dept. When I called I was told they only deal by email. When I emailed I was told to call. I have never dealt with a company that is so difficult to reach. A $6700 vehicle should last longer than 6 months! I would never recommend this company and am taking my complaints up the organization!

Ordered and paid for a 300 XRX in June 2020. Was shipped a 300 XRS-E (a lower trim level worth $1000 less) product arrived damaged in mid September on Tuesday(not upset about the lead time COVID-19 I get it). I immediately contacted the seller to inform them. Wednesday I was told to wrap it back up and put it on the pallet and shipping company would pick it up the next day (Lie#1). I was also told that the new one would ship out in a couple days(Lie#2). Then they said the shipping company didnt have a truck with a lift gate that day so it would be picked up the next day for sure by 5pm(Lie#3). Friday came and went and no shipping confirmation on the correct model shipping out (confirmation of Lie#2). The incorrect go kart is blocking my garage door now through the weekend into Monday. Cant mow my lawn or get my other car out. Monday morning I am told the shipping company will without fail pick up the incorrect go kart today by 5pm (heard that one before Lie#4). Still no shipping confirmation on the correct one (continuation of Lie#2). Tuesday morning 8 days after I received the incorrect, damaged product. Still in my driveway and still no shipping confirmation on the correct model. And Im a repeat customer who bought their most expensive products. Run for the hills and do NOT I repeat DO NOT do business with a company that treats any customer like this!!!! I just want the product I paid for and do not appreciate the finger pointing!Response to BV Powersports response. True, part of this issue has been caused by the shipping company but the entire problem was initiated by BV Powersports failure to read paperwork and you are soley at fault for shipping the incorrect product. Then you were soley resposible for failing to ship out the correct product in a timely manner which is why the bad review was given to you in the first place! When I contacted you the person who answered the phone brushed me off and told me that she couldnt help me and that you had no such communication. The dealership showed me the communication from last week showing they infact did communicate this mistake to you immediatly and you not them failed to take action in a timely manner! That is why you are getting the bad review and not them.

I was looking for a specific scooter, which I eventually found it was provided by this distributor. I found out after speaking with multiple dealers. And getting information from these dealers was like pulling teeth.When I called BV Powersports, I wasnt expecting much. Mostly because of the online dealers. I was wrong in my thought. The gentleman I ended up speaking with was excellent! He was very knowledgeable. Answers he didnt know, he look up. This guy wasnt trying to brush me off or just feed me BS. It was a refreshing experience.Only because of him, I will make sure to purchase a scooter from this distributor carries. I just need to find a dealer thats even a tenth as honest as this guy was.Wish me luck... and I wish BV Powersports luck in finding better dealers for their products!
