Showed up with a cut piece of glass without first measuring as he was supposed to on his first visit. He broke out the existing glass on my storefront, so I was stuck with glass that was pretty narrow. He refused to secure the glass with silicone. He left the glass completely loose in the aluminum frame. I can only hope it is tempered glass.

Nearly caused an accident because he didnt want to wait to turn into traffic
