Really great and kind staff! These guys really took their time explaining everything to me about the device and the installation took about 30 minutes.The place was a little tricky to find and looks run down, however the great staff made up for it all.

The Staff was so nice and super quick to install on my car. They took their time showing me how it works and I was out of there in less than a hour. I definitely recommend anyone to pick this location.

I showed up early for my appointment and they didn’t hesitate to help me right away. Every member of the staff was friendly, respectful and communicated everything very clearly. Staff was very professional.

For a first timer and having no clue what I was getting into, the staff broke everything down as far as to any questions I had. I didn’t feel judged there and was a great experience and wont come back again😜 I would recommend this to anyone new to this!

The staff here are always extremely nice and helpful, I think most people are giving bad reviews just cause they’re mad at the system. These guys are great and really do their best to make sure you know everything you need to know and are in and out as quickly as possible.

I prefer this facility over the Terrell,TX shop. Although traffic in the area is typical Dallas A holes. Staff here was easier to interact with compared to my visit in Terrell. They are going Cashless as of April 1 2018. Cash is history. The end is near. Plan on an hour or more wait time in line to recalibrate. ** This program and equipment is something to avoid. *** New ** Texas sales tax will bring recalibration to over $80 per month.

I am reviewing this for a friend. They have Zero customer service skills...you can wait in line for two+ hours and if they STILL cant get to you by 5pm you are just out of luck they will turn you away. There may be 3+ people there working, but only one actually working at a time. People who have these units are basically captive customers and are treated as such.

This place is excellent if you are in need of a breathalyzer. I have had Intoxalock and Drager and this beats it BY FAR. The humming may take time to get used to but once done properly works like a charm. Friendly staff. If you need a breathalyzer this one is highly recommended. A bit hard to find though, located at the back of the lot.

I wonder if these guys are trying to be intentionally slow... I waited and entire hour for a calibration and ended up having to leave.

This place is filthy! Its also very difficult to locate and my installation took about an hour. The employee who waited on me was professional.
