After looking at many Chevrolet dealerships, I purchased my new Silverado with Jupiter Chevrolet. David was the salesman that helped me. He answered all of questions and beat the prices from all of the other dealerships. Shortly after my purchase I had a small run in with a trash can. Zach and Andy, from the paint and body shop, went out of their way to accommodate me throughout the repair process. I also feel the repair cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Jupiter Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new/used car or paint and body work.Thank you Jupiter Chevrolet.

The only GM dealer in town that refused to give a GM employee discount. Then, because they were willing to give a smaller discount wanted to be able to record the sale as a GM employee sale. Took my business to a more ethical dealer that values the work done by the employees making the cars that they are selling.

Car taken to this establishment 3 times each time service totals extensive. I am told best service options were provided to the tune if 1800.00 yet after 1st repair didnt get home before check engine light on again..vehicle returned to service department...again was informed new codes didnt show up 1st time these are new problems. New bill 1500.00 drive home only to have check engine light come on again after 48 hours. Upon arrival 3rd time while waiting to pick up repaired vehicle I hear service advisor female inform a tech that problem of other vehicle is this but I sold them on that Now I understand the true nature of what I have been dealing with. But I was made to feel like I was provided with the best service options. When an adviser was questioned about why this wasnt addressed on 1 visit they became seemingly upset and stormed off. We didnt miss anything My impression of not missing anything should not take 3 attempts to resolve issues. What a shame businesses are participating in predatory behavior to generate additional revenue. I was warned not to take my vehicle to a dealership. But I trusted that they would be the best to provide the service necessary for accurate repair. How can you be so predictable. Lesson learned buyer beware 3rd bill 650.00Do not fall prey to this bait and switch. All of these visits add up to an amount that is unacceptable. It doesnt matter about the age of the vehicle.its the method or practice used to piece services together

Im am on day 2 of my journey with Jupiter Chevrolet. My truck is in the body shop and will be there for a few days.Andy has been my contact since the afternoon of the accident and he has been on top of my claim, maintained am open line of communication, and has been thoroughly explaining every step of the process and damage/repairs. So far so good. Ill edit this post with updates. 1 star shy of 5 because of all the construction. Hardly Jupiters fault.

I bought my car in May of 2020. Its my first brand new car and with the warranty I had to bring it back to them for all services. I was nervous at first because I havent had much luck with dealerships and getting my past cars serviced, but they are different here. They are kind, understanding, and they answer all your questions, are very helpful, and dont talk down to you. Not only that they put your car through the car wash when its done being serviced! I love that!! Thank you for being so kind and doing great work!

Service department check in was friendly and efficient. They identified a couple other maintenance issues with their drive thru diagnostic machine but there was NO PRESSURE to do it today. Harold was my service agent and he was excellent!My airbag recall was handled quickly, the front end alignment was priced at the low end of the non-dealer shops I priced and the work was done professionally and quickly.The courtesy drive was an excellent driver, very friendly and a great conversationalist.I will definitely go back in the future.

Took my car in for a warranty repair and received it with metal groundings on the entire car. The service director Jason felt it was tree sap and they would clay bar the car. Ive worked in automotive shops for 20 years and owned a performance shop. I recognize when metal is embedded in clear coat. The clay bar didnt work, it only took the metal off the surface. Now Jason is saying they are not liable for the damage to my car, but hes going to sand and buff it as a courtesy. I receive my car back and find swirl marks all over the whole car and the clear coat is burned through on the roof. This service department is a destructive mess. I brought this car in for an exhaust repair and ended up with a ruined paint job on a brand new car. Avoid this place at all costs. They do not assume their own liabilities.

Was one of the better car buying experiences I’ve had. Financing was rushed though and wasn’t offered any additional warranty which I usually opt for since we keep vehicles for a while. Update-I bought another truck from Roman Florez and he had the paperwork ready for me when I got there. It took me less than an hour to trade off my vehicle and leave with the new one. Best car buying experience is ever had. Roman will also deliver to you and pick up your trade. I did not know that until my second purchase but he will do it. Use Roman Florez if you can.

They get things done quickly and do good work. Keep you updated. Wash the car after service. However, they don’t pick you up or take you home when you have to leave your car there or give you a loaner. And payment has to be check or debit card, if paid by credit card they add 3%.

My service experience was great like always, but while I was there the service team took my Tahoe over to the body shop to get an estimate. They told me that someone would reach out to me on Tuesday. I called Tuesday couldnt speak to the gentleman that performed the estimate. Called Wednesday same thing. This wouldnt be bad, but I wife spoke to the body shop 2 weeks prior, with a return message asking if it was alright to communicate via text. She responded YES. 3 weeks now still waiting on any Communications. Again the service dept is always awesome, but the body shop is piss poor. I purchased the vehicle at Jupiter and have ALL my services completed there. Not no more. I need a one stop shop.Was a loyal customer, now searching for a different dealership.

Great service. Service Advisor was informative and courtesy. The estimated time for completing the service was not as accurate as stated but still the service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Although the service provider did not ask if my tires were previously rotated before rotating them, he did offer to rotate them back. I am happy with the service I received.

Im a little annoyed because I didnt know that tire rotation was a party of the oil changed package and it didnt want my tires rotated. I just bought the fronts and cannot seem to get any answer on if they can be put back the way they were. In going to have to pay to get them rotated again somewhere else.

I bought a used car on 8/23. I worked with Brian Martinez and he was great. We got all the numbers figured out before I drove to the dealership to test drive the car, and everything was ready when I got there. Upon arriving to the dealership, I was handed a taped and cracked key that was barely held together. I liked the car and decided to buy it, I was told the new keys should be delivered that day. It ended up taking 2 weeks to get the new keys. I had to follow up with the dealership to get updates, and finally called just to be told the keys had been there and they forgot to tell me. That was not even true. I drove to the dealership to get the keys and was told that I had to go to Volkswagen to get the keys and get them programmed, not a huge deal. I get to VW, they start working on the keys. Jupiter Chevrolet calls to tell me that I now have to go to Carmax to get the keys programmed. They send me the address to the Volkswagen dealership and told me to go there, so I did. I had to fight with them to have them pay VW to do the keys so I didn’t have to drive back and forth. It was a terrible experience. I also noticed the car had a small oil leak, I was told “that’s condensation”. I know the difference between water and oil. I was told the shop didn’t have time to look at it and I would have to come back another day. This is after confirming with my sales person that the car could be looked at upon my arrival that day. Brian said his management team was not supportive in any way to get my situation handled. The car had been at the dealership for 10 days, I truly can’t believe they didn’t order keys as soon as they saw the busted key that was given to them. Jupiter Chevrolet truly turned a great experience into one of the worst I have ever had.

My vehicle was listed on the website as a “sale price.” That price included GM discounts I did not qualify for. So I did pay a little more for my vehicle than I was expecting since I did not qualify. Other than that, the staff was great! My salesman Aubrey was awesome! 2021 SUVs are hard to get your hands on right now. Aubrey was able to fend off any potential buyers while I made the 2.5 hour drive to Jupiter Chevrolet!

I have had problems with my Jupiter before. I got my oil changed last Monday and they didn’t refill my washing fluids. They didn’t reset my tires when they rotated them. Also my car has a shortage and I have a extended warranty on it but they refuse to give me a rental even though I have a extended warranty. Also I believe my car has a oil lead and they haven’t even went over that with me as they did last time. I’m almost done paying this car off and I wanted to buy a new car with them but every time I go to them they never give me good service.

Let me start by saying I never write reviews -I drove to Jupiter Chevrolet after searching online and found the truck I was looking for in the exact trim levels I was searching for. I spotted the truck on the lot and after waiting around for a few minutes a salesperson never approached me, so I went inside to get someone. I told the sales guy this is the truck I wanted, and I had a trade I would like him to look at. The appraisal was quick, and he came back with numbers, then we talked numbers on the new truck. We were about $750 shy of what I initially asked for so I asked for him to meet me in the middle, but he came back and said he could not go $350 lower, I then agreed on the price and practically begged him to add tint to the truck, after asking a manger he agreed. I arrived at 11AM and the deal was done by noon. I did not leave this dealership until nearly 5PM. I was told come back the next day for the tint. The next day I called the sales guy and told him I was an hour out. I arrived at the dealership and asked receptionist to page him. She called his cell but no answer. I brought my laptop in with me to do some work while I wait. Fifteen minutes later there had been a shift change in receptionist, so I asked her to call him as well, no answer. Finally, she gets a lady from the back and apparently, she knew I was coming, I told her keys are in the truck and it is parked right up front. So after being back at the dealership for over an hour now my truck has not moved and I have not seen my sales guy, so I left. I spent all day there buying a truck the day before and it looked like this was going to be the case again. I have never had this issue at Toyota. I had my truck tinted from my own tint guy the same day. I will not return here nor refer them to anyone, horrible services for a $60k+ truck. I made this sell so easy on the sales guy, not even a test drive.

He even arranged to have Juanita come by our house in order to have my wife sign her portion of the paperwork because she was uncomfortable going into the dealership.He was very helpful after the sale also. OUTSTANDING!!!!!I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to about this. I recently purchased a 2021 SUV from Jupiter Chevrolet. We had been to several dealerships that day, only to deal with sales people who either had no incentive to make a sale, rude, or nice but trying to sell you a “new car” at a very pricey “new car price”, that was filthy inside and had dog hair all over.It was in the evening that we ended up at Jupiter Chevrolet to see an SUV I had seen online. Literally, EVERY staff member were so nice!! Much different than what we’d seen all day.Our salesman, Roman Flores was BEYOND AMAZING!!!! I cannot say enough to express how great he was!! He was very welcoming, not pushy and wanted to make sure we were taken care of thru the entire process.Upon looking at the SUV I wanted, he told me about many features it offered and how things worked. He truly knows about what he’s selling. Though I already was in love with the vehicle, based on the features he had shown me, made me love it even more!! Not one single sales person at the other dealerships (and there were many) told me anything more than what was on the window sticker. I can read that myself.Roman was great about working with us on the price. He explained everything in great detail, so we understood everything very clearly. I had my heart set on this SUV and he made sure we were happy with every aspect from the vehicle, to the price, etc.Upon then going in to sign the financial paperwork, we dealt with Humberto Baez, who was also AMAZING!!!! He explained everything so clearly. He advised us of our warranty options and in detail made sure we knew what each portion covered. He was not pushy at all. My overall experience was pleasant. I did not feel pressured or haggled during the actual car buying process which I truly appreciated! The two complaints I have were after the sale was complete. 1- my salesman rushed to show me different features on the car before I drove off. 2- I bought a loaner vehicle & was told I could come back for a detail. When I went back it was nothing but a quick wash & vacuum. Nothing was wiped down in the vehicle. It wasn’t even dried off. My salesman said it would dry when I drove it.

This dealership has mostly been a disappointment. The reason we bought from here is because they were willing to give more for our trade than anywhere else. A friend of ours was the salesperson, thank God, because without him helping this along we probably wouldve withdrawn the sale. The finance person, Humberto, made it nearly impossible for the deal to go through.They have a warranty on the engine but if I take it anywhere else to get an oil change, it voids the warranty. This is unfortunate since I live 45 minutes away from the dealership.This past Friday, I had an appointment to get an oil change. I asked when I made the appointment if I could come earlier than 12:30 and they told me no. I was told to allow 1.5-2 hours for the service. Thats a lot for an oil change but okay. When I arrived I was told 3.5-4 hours because all of the walk-ins were ahead of me. Why wasnt I told that I could walk-in early in the morning and not have to wait until the afternoon? Then my daughter and I waited for 45 minutes outside, in the cold, because they didnt tell us that the shuttle wasnt coming to get us until after they had picked up some other people. When I finally got someone on the phone to find out what was going on, my daughter and I walked back inside and 5 minutes later they were on their way after we were told at least 20 more minutes.Matt was the shuttle driver who stepped in to take us while the other shuttle driver was at lunch and who called me back 5 minutes later to tell me he would come get us so we didnt have to continue waiting. He was the saving grace of this experience just because he actually seemed to care about us as people. He was the only person who apologized for anything even though it wasnt his fault.The real kicker about all of this is that I was supposed to attend my sons district tennis tournament 30 minutes away at 3pm. We didnt leave Garland until 6pm. Over an oil change. Thankfully, the tournament was postponed for weather but if not, I wouldve missed it thanks to Jupiter not having any regard for their customers time.Im very disappointed to have to be in business with this dealership at this point.

We brought our 2015 Impala into service in April due to a check engine light on and the transmission slipping. After a week of “review” we were told thru text message the computer needed to be replaced. We agreed to the replacement. After 2 more weeks picked up our vehicle and paid around $2000. After about 50 miles we felt the SAME transmission slipping while driving and the check engine light was back on. With hesitation we brought our vehicle back to this dealership. After a few days we were told now the rocker arm was stuck and sensor needed to be replaced. Again we agreed and paid for the service. Today, ONLY TWO days later after pickup for the second time and ONLY 20 miles of driving our vehicle is doing the SAME transmission slipping………. We paid a total of around $2400 to get our vehicle “fixed” so that we could sell the vehicle and not have the check engine light on or have issues only to find out today that we can’t even get full offered price for the vehicle BECAUSE THE TRANSMISSION IS SLIPPING after the dealership has done a mechanical evaluation. I am beyond livid and disappointed. This dealerships service center was the only one in a 30 mile radius that had an opening immediately back in April which is why we brought it here in the first place. We normally go to Reliable Chevrolet (where we have had NO ISSUES in the past) but they unfortunately had a few days wait and being a full time employee, full time college student, mom, and wife we didn’t want to wait so we brought it to Jupiter Chevrolet. We basically paid thousands of dollars for subpar service that did NOT fix the problem. My advice… if your employees do not know what they are doing or how to fix the issue that should be stated to the owner of the vehicle and the vehicle should be looked at/moved to another facility where the proper maintenance/service can be done. While $2400 may not be a lot to some people this is a lot of money to just simply be thrown away. Yes we received a new computer and new rocker arm sensor but there is still an issue with the transmission that was not repaired which is obvious upon driving just a few miles down the road.

Horrible customer service waited 2hrs just for a tire change!!! the service manager is the worst!!! He got mad because I was upset about them taking so long and miss placing the case for my tire lock(for a brand new car and had never been open) and then told me to take my car back to were I bought it and slammed my door … I will never take my car back here and will be reporting him! I very recently had all 4 tires replaced on my Chevy Cruze and the service and wait time was excellent. My service tech Caleb waited on me very patiently and very politely. He looked under my car for a small issue I had and said no problem we will get that taken care of. Its pleasing to know that I can count on Jupiter Chevrolet service anytime I need to. Oh did i mention that the cost of 4 tires, balancing and front end alignment was a blessing especially during this time of hardships. Thank you Jupiter Chevrolet.

Customer service horrible. I called the previous 2 days ahead to make sure they had the 3 cars I wanted to look at. And the salesman assured me the cars were there. I was driving about an hour to get there. He called that to see if I was still keeping my appointment and assured me the cars were there. I said Yes. My appointment was at 5. I got there 15 minutes early. I was greeted by another salesman to be told the person helping me was helping another person. I waited 30 minutes for him to be told they dont have the cars there. They loan them out. I walked out. He could of called and told me this. What a waste of time and gas.

Avoid this place for service. Dropped my truck off on Wednesday to fix a problem they had worked on before. Hadnt heard a thing so I called them on Saturday and was told the tech was looking at it. Called again on Tuesday and was told once again the tech was looking at it. Apparently they were unable to diagnose the same problem from 6 months previous. They at least seemed to be trying on my first visit but not this time. A complete lack of any communication whatsoever from Caleb as to the status of my vehicle.

Went in last week and immediately walked out. I saw multiple employees with out face mask. How am I supposed to feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle when they aren’t taking this virus serious. I hope that they will take steps to updating their employee policy.
