Very bad service, I went in looking for a specific item and the lady working there named leslie and was rude, and beyond disrespectful. Never going back. She rolled her eyes and looked me up and down as in a way of mocking me. I don’t suggest anyone should support this store. I ended up going to sally’s and found exactly what i was looking for. If you want good service just go directly to sally’s don’t waste your time here. If i could give this place no stars i would.

Ive been going to this store for over 20 years. I love Tim and probably wouldnt go there if it wasnt for him. All the workers are nice but Tim has became a very good friend. He always has a smile and usually tells me about a sale and of course sells me on it..I give this store 5 stars because of TimThanks buddy for being there for me when I didnt have a clue what I was doing!!🙏❤

Even though there is a closer location, I prefer going to this one solely because of Tim and the exceptional customer service he provides. This location is very convenient for me to get my salon products. Specially Tim is very nice guy to cheerful & help me with my orders. Save time and he knew inside out where all the products located Thanks Tim for all of your helps in the last 20 yrs. It’s hard to come in the store with out you.🥰. Tim is very organized, hard worker, and knew how to speed up the orders.

My mother and I have done business at this store for over 15 years, and the attention to detail we get when we come here is always the best. We have seen different people come and go but the consistency and dedication Tim provides and is dedicated to this location like updating us on sales and educational events, makes this store beyond best from the others! (And theres another location near us) Tim has kept our business for years through which I cannot express from other locations of Armstrong MCall. If he were to ever leave or retire, I think we would probably do business elsewhere just because Tim is the one to keep the store stocked with the best products.

Tim is the person to go to when I arrive at the store. He is very knowledgeable with the products and gives me honest reviews. A friendly smile and customer service is what I needed to always be coming back to purchase. If you go look for Tim he will point you in the right direction with products.

I went in for some of my favorite products and when i couldn’t find the shampoo/conditioner set I usually get, Tim did a very good job at helping me find a good alternative. He was very patient with me and I really like his recommendation!

Have been shopping here for a little while now, Tim is always so helpful during my visits and soo kind! There is a Armstrong McCall near my area but much better want to drive 20 extra minutes just to receive amazing service from him.

My mom loves shopping here, and it’s all thanks to Tim. He helps her with everything, and he is so polite, she’s said if he isn’t working there, she would go to a different location. Thats how important Tim is to the location.

The Manager saw my previous post, call me immediately. Found out the transaction I made in 7/2/16, for some reason it did not go through until 9/9/16. Knowing that date I did not go there. it raised my concern because my credit card numbers were stolen many times. The manager did not aware of this either. Some error from the credit card.The manager was very nice, willing to help me to solve the problem. That is great. I can come here again with confident.
