Honestly, I wish my ppl would be mindful where they shop. If you want to be followed around and watched like a criminal, then thats fine. They also dont greet you upon walking in or when you go to register. Very rude! I will go somewhere else even if it is for 1 item.

This place has been a place that I have gone to for some time now. They prices to vary on products depending on the season. Overall they sell good products but also they do tend to up sell so watch out for that.

If you are coming to Diva Beauty supply to get any thing I will advise you now to start coming because it like one way to my house. The roads are clear and please if you are coming with your bike, you better be mindful of how you pack them because you might not see it again when you walk out of the store. No cap bro because it happened to me.

Not a bad beauty supply. Things are not grouped together where you would expect them to be but its right around the corner from my house. The staff seems friendly enough and its clean.

This store is... Amazing. They literally have anything you need for beauty supplies. The red hair dye we got for my daughters split dye not only had really good pigment... It was very inexpensive. Very nice staff as well... And a clean store. Ill be back for Christmas shopping!

I been going to this beauty supply store for years But after yesterday I will not be going back. I bought some items (lashes) which I didnt look at the price before hand I just picked them up because they were cute but before I left I looked at the reciept and saw that they were $6.99 which wasnt worth it so I turned and ask the cashier could I return them she said No. Isaid i never even walked out the store. She said we only do exchanges no returns. I didnt want anything else so instead of giving me my money back I had to find something else. Thats now how you treat the customers thats giving you business. I never left the store!!! But Ill take my business elsewhere you guys are all about the money and not about pleasing the customers.

Followed around the store in the wig section for no reason. I came in there to spend money, not being chased out like Im going to steal something. I came in town to visit, definitely wont visit this place again.

This place has just about everything. My daughters are having this colored hair phase and this place has tons of colors. From normal to bright even rainbow 🌈 colors. As a dad with little knowledge of All things girl the staff is helpful and prices are good.

Did not want to give me a refund on some extensions I did not wear. Even after I had asked the lady when I purchased what were their store policy on returns she said (as long as their not supper worn) were her exact words.

Im always leery of going into a place with blacked out windows and someone so every corner watching your every mood. Didnt feel safe at all. I found a unit in the color I liked, but the only one they had was on the doll head, they offered $2 off, when others offer at leadt $10 for something thats been constantly touched and tested by patrons. No thank you. There is not a good selection, however, I was in from out of town and had an emergency. So found something that was very over priced. If youre not in a hurry, use Amazon or Sams Beauty.

I just moved to a new area and needed to find a hair store that’s close for immediate beauty needs. Can’t drive 20 miles across town every other few days to go to the supply store I’ve been going to for years. I checked out many possible places. I happened to drive by this place and decided to go in to take a look at what they’re like and what their prices look like. Not bad, but I think some of their wigs are a little over priced being they aren’t the top of the line quality brands. That’s just my opinion, though. They do have a variety of supplies and accessories. They carry the most popular brands and are up to date on what’s trending. As for customer service, they’re polite, friendly, and helpful so that’s a plus in my book. Diva Beauty Supply is now my new choice for beauty needs, for as long as I choose to live in the area. I recommend them.

So I’m looking for some Freetress Waterwave hair in a 1 or 1B. I live in Carrollton and couldn’t find it at any of the beauty supply stores by me. I’ve been to Diva’s a few times and they usually have everything. So I called to make sure they had the hair. The African woman with blonde hair told me yes we have it in all colors. After driving 30 minutes there, they only had the hair in blonde. Then when I told her about my phone call she said “oh that was you.” She tried to give me expressions hair, but that’s not what I need for my style. She was so careless and disregarded my time. I used to like this beauty supply store, but now I’ll never shop here again. Instead of guessing, the woman should’ve actually went and checked.

Those people are too money hungry. They want to charge me for a wig cap just to try on a wig if you dont buy a wig from them. And they want to watch your every move everyone in the world does not steal and I happen to be one who do not steel.

Walked in asked for what I needed was at the Register and my second item was not far from the Register got wha I wanted and left. Nice customer service.

So I go in like I always do to see if I can find this bun &bang hair I seen. This young Chinese guy Ive never seen before seems like he is following me and watching me. Mind ive been coming here for years and I spends money for the kinds of hair I want. Smh I aint going back. They arent up to date with the latest styles anyways and for those reasons u lost a customer.

They never want to help when asking except for the older man. They rush you when about to close when you make it to the store 10 min before closing.

Its ok. They have a ton of stuff, but nothing I wanted lol probably any PRODUCT you want but the hair selection sucked to me. But the people are very nice. Lash section was sufficient but I think they are a tad more than other stores. And theres an ok wig section. So it just depends on what youre looking for.
