Kyle was awesome. Started showing us how they find the best mattress for you and made sure to answer any questions but also let us wander till we found the perfect mattress. He was very friendly and explained the entire delivery process and made it easy to understand.

Great experience. Nice selection of mattresses and the salesman, Kyle, was very helpful and quickly helped us find the one we wanted.

Quick and easy, although one personal was there, he was quick to respond to me, while with other customer, had me fill a quick survey out, for sleep habits/preference, and helped me, as soon as he completed helping the customers before me. Found the bed I wanted, got the paperwork done, and left feeling good.

The young man at the site was tremendous. He showed me many options explaining the benefits of each mattress, encouraging me to lie on them for a general feel. He was also wise enough to let me know that there may be a period of adjustment and that if I was not satisfied or if any pain persisted, other arrangements could be made to acquire the perfect mattress to address the back issues I have. An absolutely professional experience. I think the young mans name is Darius though I am not certain. I mention his name because he should be recognized for his expertise, not only of oroducf knowledge but his keen about to interact with customers like myself.

This is my 6th or 7th mattress I’ve bought from Mattress Firm/Sleep Experts over the past 30 years.I was replacing my king (from them previously) for a queen. Ali was very pleasant, helpful, & knowledgeable about every mattress I tried. Explained differences, pros & cons, of each. No pressure-no trying to up-sell. I was able to get it delivered that evening & slept well that night!

The salesman who helped us was awesome! He walked my daughter thru all the steps to finding the perfect mattress. Even though I didn’t get approved for the mattress firm credit card, we went thru the leasing program and he still made sure she got exactly what she wanted. He ensured it fit our budget! Stephanie was amazing with helping me pick two mattresses (a king and a queen). I went in thinking I wanted one type of mattress, and with her help decided on another. I wanted to wait some time before writing my review to see how well the new mattress would work. They are both amazing! I gave it a couple of weeks to adjust to my body, as it was a memory foam mattress, and I am not disappointed. This was because of Stephanie’s recommendation. I also received the mattress very quickly and to my door!

Lance was amazing! He explained everything in complete detail and was not bothered by the millions of questions my wife and I asked as we went from bed to bed. He knew the ins and outs of each brand and individual mattress and also knew what to recommend us based off of our sleeping style. Its been 5 years since we purchased a new mattress and it was long over due. Lance took complete care of us and we walked out with an amazing bed and two way adjustable bed frame (his explanation of the two way adjustable bed frame changed how we thought of back pain and convinced us to buy one). Lance Taylor was friendly, helpful, answered all my questions and provided me with good insights on mattresses, construction and comfort that enabled me to select the best mattress for a sound nights sleep.I also took advantage of a sales promotion he showed me for a free adjustable base, got the mattress I wanted and saved almost $500.They delivered during my delivery window, got it setup very quickly and hauled away the old mattress and box springs. Was nervous going in with covid-19 restrictions .I needed a new mattress in a desperate way. This location made me feel safe with the cleanliness of the store,hand sanitizer available, they spray the beds down after someone lays on them and gives you a paper pillow guard.Lance was the manager on duty that assisted me and was very helpful and listened to what it was that I needed. Yesterday, a friend and I were on a mission to help another very sick friend find a mattress that would accommodate her special needs for when she is able to return home from a long stay in the hospital. During our visit yesterday we were helped by Ray Driggers. He greeted us upon our arrival, answered the immediate questions we had, but the store was quickly inundated with multiple customers needing his attention. He expressed that he was regretful that he was not able to give us more specialized attention, but we honestly had acquired the information that we needed to go back to our friend and report on our findings. Today we returned to the store with some specific requirements from our sick friend and luckily Ray was uninterrupted by other customers and gave my friend and I some of the best customer service we have ever received. He answered every question, made suggestions, listened to our concerns, made more suggestions and ultimately helped us find what we hope will be the perfect mattress for our friend. This was an incredibly important mission that we were on. Ray made what could have been a difficult decision super easy for us. We both left knowing that we will be Mattress Firm customers for life. Incredible store/ service! I came in last week to look at mattresses for the first time in my own, Ray and Lance were both very busy with multiple customers but did a phenomenal job at balancing their attention and getting me the help i needed. I came in a few days later ready to make a purchase, Ray remembered my name from the week before and got me set up and made the process easy and helped me make a good decision on a mattress. Purchasing a new bed for my son went smoothly. There was notrying to sell me more or a higher priced product.

We were looking to purchase a new mattress and had already done our research online for sometime. When we walked in, we immediately tested the Purple mattress to see if it indeed holds up to their reviews. Lance could tell we needed our space and he just let us know hes available but let us have our time to check out the mattress. We were in a bit of a pickle as our bed frame still needed to be delivered, with another company, and werent sure when it would be delivered. We communicated this with Lance and he was so kind to help us with that problem and gave us a deal on the purple mattress and an adjustable base. We expected that we would need to call and move the delivery date, until we knew when our bed frame was being delivered. Without notice, Lance went ahead and move it for us and called us to let us know he moved the date so that we wouldnt forget to extend the delivery date. The mattress firm delivery was exactly as expected. They did a confirmation call the day before to confirm time, the delivery personnel called while they were on the way, and when they were close. The best experience ever.
