We Both Loved The Store, Boots & MAGNIFICENT Customer Service From HUNTER... With That Being Said, Give The Dude a Raise, He Definitely Earned One Yesterday...

I came to the Firewheel location and and Hunter F was amazing! Unfortunately, they didn’t have the boot I was purchasing for my daughter’s birthday. He was amazing and courteous and very helpful and helped me find the boot online at another store. I do feel bad that he wasn’t able to get credit, but the service was top notch, better than my experiences at the Lucchese store where I normally buy my own boots at. This young gentleman should be commended for his professionalism and desire to help and truly do what’s right for the customer. My daughter’s birthday is tomorrow and he made sure I got what I needed for my daughter’s birthday. Again, thank you Hunter F. for you’re superb customer service!Adrian C.
