They are all about safety. Wouldnt let anyone into the building.had to call and talk to the clerk to ask about my lumber from outside the door....but inside no one had on masks ...go figure...however they were nice people and knowledgeable even if they didnt have any thing I wanted. Or anything thing in stock...nice people wasted trip..

Rude, not helpful, bad business ethics. What business doesn’t do a return, had my original receipt, extra merchandise (brackets) in original shape and “guy” at the front was not helpful at all. Just go to Home Depot or Lowe’s... same lack of basic customer service for the most part there as well with all the young kids they got working there but at least it’s cheaper and better lumber.

Very rude. I called to get pricing on Zip panels (½ thick). Was told they dont make them, they only come in 7/16. I assured him they do make them as well as 7/16 & 5/8. They hung up on me.If you dont carry a product, just say so. Wont be interest in getting pricing there on rest of the house were building either. :(

I work with Thomas on a regular basis, hes a champ, gets us our materials promptly and goes the extra mile. Some materials were missed on one delivery and he personally took them to the site on his way home from work, when he could have just scheduled it for his delivery driver the next day. Love working with him.

Worst place to get help from these people. Front desk guy acts like hes employee of the month by giving you rude remarks if you have questions concerning what hes suppose to help you with. Dont waste your time with this place.

I will start by saying I have never gone to the trouble of posting a negative review of a business. I usually just dont do business with them anymore.This was a terrible experience. Guy behind the counter seemed to be intentionally making (what should have been) a basic conversation difficult. Tried to get some help ordering a support beam and, after talking in circles for ten minutes, I gave up. There was another associate there who seemed to want to help, or at least correct/clarify the first guys misstatements. It seemed he didnt want to be rude and interrupt the first guy. After an uncomfortable few minutes he retreated to an office.I have always had much better service from building supply houses and was very disappointed by this store. I wonder how many other customers come here and are run off by this salesman?

Waited 45 min, then had to pick and load my own lumber. Ridiculous. Time is money, and they cost me money. Plenty of other lumber yards around.

Brett sent in the wrong measurements for wood that we brought to him from our shop to get a match, and he measured it him self.My parts manager called. In on march 29th to set up exchange on march 30th because it was the wrong size in width.We Come back into store Brett is on phone a service rep did his best to but could not because unknown to us it was a special order.Brett was told we where needing to talk to him. He walked away to go the bathroom.15 min later he comes back and started off saying he could not do anything. We had to remind him that he was the one who personally measured the wood we brought in for replacement. He said he cant remember since it was almost a week ago.Brett also walked away from the conversation 3 times and I had to reingage him to get this solved.Manager was outwardly frustrated before we got there, I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with that kind of negative culture

Good selection and if they dont have it they can order from another place down the street that usually only makes contract orders the staff is pretty friendly... I mean its a lumber store lol

Sold me a broken 6x6x16 and told me to bring it back so I drove 150 miles one way, got there and told me that they wouldnt warranty it, so I have drove a total of 600 miles for 4 6x6 and only got 3 good ones,

Professional staff, manager met me at gate verified seal put me in dock that was available b4 my appointment, and had me unloaded within 30 minutes, no overnight parking no staging area
