First time visiting this store as I usually purchase my yankee candles from Kohl’s or Target and I have to say I absolutely love the excellent customer service provided here. The 2 young ladies were extremely helpful and very nice. They put me in a way better mood then i was in. I will definitely return to buy more from this store. Huge selection as well. I recommend the cashmere 😍😍

Absolutely LOVE this location! I had never shopped at Yankee Candle before I stopped in here the first time. The only reason I went in to begin with was to receive kicks on my Shopkick app. It smelled AMAZING so I decided to look around, turns out they were having their semi-annual sale! I found the November Rain collection and the Turquoise Sky, both smell GREAT! Then I discovered the Emelia! I had to have it! Turns out they only brought those out for this sale and they only had a few left. I didnt have my wallet with me as I was not planning on shopping but the nice young lady Abby was so sweet and helpful, she put the last few of the Emelia back for me! I was able to go back later and buy them ALL! Their products are AMAZING and the staff was GREAT! I have been back twice in the last 2 weeks. I am going to go broke from this place...but at least my house will always smell good! :-D

This particular Yankee Candle is really great. The customer service is excellent. Its the only store I go to for candles.

The only redeeming quality for this store is the myriad of aromas emitting from its doors and as you walk in.Thereafter, though, be cautious. The salespersons seem to be focused on just making a sale, even if that means lying.In my experience, the young sales women told me the store was having a special - all candles were supposedly on sale - buy two, get two for free. I proceeded to look at a few of their more expensive options. I selected four - thinking Id only have to pay for two and two would be free. At the register, the girls changed their stance and, suddenly, the sale was no longer for all candles, as they previously represented. They rang each one up, seemingly hoping that I wouldnt notice the bait-and-switch.Im disappointed that I have to be cautious of even smaller establishments now.

This store is amazing and the product is excellent!The staff of extremely friendly and helpful. Ask for Amy and you won’t be disappointed.

My experience was lovely at the store. The selection and displays were awesome.However, the very expensive large jar (1292510) I bought as a gift to give tonight with a candle broke, when I lowered the jar candle into it for wrapping. I feel this item should be less fragile or the jars less heavy or the sales associates should warn the being of the fragility of the glass in the jars.

I had the best time there when i went the employee Chrissa was SUPER nice all of them were nice but Chrissa bought me a 12 Vanilla Bourbon sented tea light candles and a coconut bay candle for my cousin and she was just such a help and i felt like the staff were my best friends amd i felt like i was home when i was there i was also there for 2 hours because i loved it and i recommend it 1000000000%
