I came into Ride N Drive last Friday to just look and test drive a 2018 Maserati Levante. I wasnt expecting to get the deal they offered me with very little back and forth negotiating. I recently purchased a 2016 Cadillac ATS V from Mike at Ride and Drive. The car is amazing and unfortunately the morning after I got it home the tire pressure was 0 on the passenger side. Turns out there was a crack in the rim. The guys at ride and drive made sure they were able to fix it and put me in a loaner until the repairs are made and all four tires are replaced. Purchased a vehicle from them around the ending of April of this year, yes I am aware this is a used car dealership, upon arrival met with Jasmine, and was she was very helpful, let us test drive the vehicle, and we did, took the vehicle around the block, no issues (Then), noticed that the DEF fluid was 235 miles till empty, advised them and they were kind enough to put 2.5 gallons in to get me home. drove the truck from Garland to my hometown in Missouri, almost 380 miles, rode nice, had some quirks but all in all nice truck, that is until the next long run in the truck and I experienced the Death Wobble and continuous cranking before start, so I took it to a reputable diesel mechanic in our area, and they found that the drag link to pitman arm, as well as the track bar, and passenger side wheel bearing, and this will fix the wobble, the other issue that needs to be repaired is an entire fuel injection system due to contamination from metal shavings in the fuel system, all in all this cost is upwards of 9,100 to repair the truck to be operational. I knew I was going to have to repair parts as the truck aged and I owned it, just didnt realize that it would be so soon and yet so expensive, so be aware, if you purchase take it to another shop preferably not one they use in their town and get a estimate of repairs before purchase.

I just purchased a 2016 Corvette Z06 from Ride N Drive in Garland TX. I do not live locally, so this was a huge stretch for me to consider buying a car over 450 miles away. I am old school and prefer dealing face to face so I can assure I am getting exactly what I want without any chance of a mistake. I reached out to them via message through the Autotrader website. I received a message back from Jay promptly and the process began. Jay called me and he was really on the ball. He was so quick to respond and really put me at ease with the whole experience. I received, pictures, videos, the works. If I text him directly, I was receiving a reply in seconds the majority of the time. I could tell he was truly there to help and support me through this new buying experience. Patience is a virtue - read whole post**initially posted on 6/19/21**I recently, June 18, 2021, was in the process of buying a $41000.00, 2017 BMW X-5D from RIDENDRIVE.The Car Fax report, evidently bogus or redacted, showed a minor accident. When I inquired of Jay, in sales, Jay told me that the rear bumper cover had been replaced and there were no issues.I paid $10,000.00 down payment and Anthony Anquiano, finance manager, arranged, financing, registration and delivery. Upon applying for insurance for this vehicle in anticipation of delivery and provided the serial number. The agent very thoroughly researched the Vehicle’s history. The Nexus lexus report lists two major accidents amounting to more than $30,000.00.When confronted, the Ridendrive General manager, Mike Dimarcio refused to return my down payment and stated he did not agree with the Nexus Lexus report.Ridendrive will not refund my down payment and deny their complicity in a deceptive cover up of severe damage exceeding $30,000.00. This is no longer a BMW but a vehicle having a BMW name plate and aftermarket parts.Ridendrive has made no effort to resolve this issue, preferring to keep both my $10,000.00 and the car.BEWARE: Nation wide there are many complaints regarding autos purchased from Rind N Drive dealers, and low ratings with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUs.They also failed to notify the credit union that the car was not delivered, and now the credit union is expecting payments for a car that is in their lot.**Updated 6-26**So more information about Ride N Drive and their admirable efforts of trying to help me work through this with the lexus report which no one can access without being a member of their services: the lexusnexis report has a lot of incongruities about the report which is really just a record of what claims *may* have existed previously on a vehicle - i say may, because digging in further i have found a massive disclaimer on their website: Due to the nature of the origin of public record information, the public records and commercially available data sources used in reports may contain errors. Source data is sometimes reported or entered inaccurately, processed poorly or incorrectly, and is generally not free from defect. Before relying on any data, it should be independently verified.That all being said, Mike and the team at Ride N Drive has been just as frustrated as I have been and have been very patient and helping me get a local mechanic I know and trust to take a look at the vehicle and us get a report so that Ride N Drive can see what may or may not have been done to the vehicle as well. I want to say Thank you to Ride N Drive for working with me through this situation and have really tried to do right by me despite the problems caused by an incompleteor inaccurate report.

I’d like to share my experience at this place. I found a 2017 F250 Platinum on car gurus. I came in to look at the truck & liked it. Bought the truck next day without any issues. I’m an out of state buyer. Made my first inquiry on the Audi back on Tuesday. Was put in touch with Tariq and then Mike. The car was a high dollar car and Mike took the time and patience to give me a full detailed breakdown of the car. He shot some videos of it showing all the specific details I wanted to see up close and then FaceTimed me so that I “could be there in person” on a walk around. After all of this we started talking numbers. I had a trade in and was also seeking financing. Within 4 days I was driving down 6 hours to complete the deal and today is my first day in my new Audi. They gave me fair value for my trade and explained to me how they calculated the figure. The showed me my cars strengths and weaknesses so that I fully understood how they arrived at that number. I was very pleased with the transparency and honesty. For a smaller dealership they are quite busy and they have a big selection of high end and high quality luxury cars. The location might initially be a surprise however I realized that for these guys it’s just one less major expense that they have to try to make off of the customer to pay the bills. Can’t say enough. I was actually referred to this place by someone else who bought from them. Truly offer peace of mind and removes the stress of buying a new car. The atmosphere and crew all seem like a family up there and they enjoy working together. They even offered me to join in on their lunch because they knew I drove a distance. I had a great buying experience! Luna was awesome! She was very nice, professional, and always replied within a timely manner. I recommend this company to any buyer. I purchased through my bank, but the dealership supplied me with a full tank of gas, 2 years of oil changes and services, and 3 months power training warranty. I noticed the tires needed changing and before I could address my concerns Luna called stating she was sending the truck to get a new set of tires. She read my mind!
