I drove 2 hours to buy a truck today. The salesman, Dan, made the trip completely worth it! I found the truck online, contacted the business and he handled everything quickly and made the process super easy. The truck was washed and cleaned before I arrived, he treated my kids so great and was very patient and very honest. I had an all round great experience! ****EDIT****These people sold us a LEMON!! The whole engine was bad! We spend 6k cash on our car and had to spend another 4K on repairs and it still wasn’t enough!! When we found out that the engine was bad we called them and they said there was nothing that they could to do fix the issue other than use there mechanic for a discounted rate!! These issues occurred within weeks of buying the car! We ended up having to sell the car for 3k. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!Bo was super informative on our car purchase! There was a issue with the air conditioner fan and he made sure to get that taken care of before we left the lot! He went over all the paperwork and handled our tags, inspection and all the other small hassles when buying a car! The price was excellent for the car and it was clean and well maintained. He offered a free CARFAX as well! I highly recommend Shock Motors to anyone on the market!

They sold me a 2011 Nissan Maurano knowing that the transmission was bad. It cost me over $4000 to fix it. They also promised me a gift certificate if I give them good reviews but they never fulfilled the promise as of today. Theyre con men. Dont be fooled by their smooth talk.

Sooooo my husband was in need of a truck, and did weeks worth of research online. He found a great price for a f-150, and made sure to check out the places reviews (I mean, who doesnt). Horrible dealership. Horrible. Bought a car from them transmission went out after 5 weeks, THEN I give the car back and someone is driving it around with MY tags on there that I PAID for and racking up toll fees. So Im stuck paying fees AND late fees for which they have said for 3 months they would pay,, which arent mine. Terrible customer service, liars and thank god I keep all my documentation and texts...They have been nothing but a headache and bad experience.Will be suing this dealership and dont recommend. RUN!!
