This place did a great job on our window tint! We had the entire factory tint removed and all new tint installed for a reasonable price. We went with a 5% windshield visor, and 25% on all the car doors to keep a flush look down the side. Then we tinted the rear window with a 5% layered with a 20% on top of that! Omar helped us out with all the details and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Omar is extremely nice and accommodating! I called four different highly rated shops trying to find the best price for replacement speakers and tint on my vehicle. He had the best prices by far and got me in same day to replace car door speakers. Knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable - can’t ask for more! Some other shops I called were charging $200+ for window tint and $499 for replacement speakers. Really glad I came here!

Came here because of high reviews yet it has been all but a nightmare. Brought in a 2021 Elantra to get all windows tinted. Looks great but had some air bubbles.Came in couple days later, they fixed it, yet its worse than before.Still have some air bubbles, window tint started peeling at a corner, and to make matters worse... they burned my car with whatever heat gun they used. Plastic covering on the outside of window has heat damage where they passed the heat gun way too close.Called to complain, even sent pictures to show damage on car, was promised a call back, and yet still no call.Brand new car now messed up because of this place. Having to go fix the burned car part somewhere else since I cant rely on them to fix it. Do not recommend.Also..... they ate in my car while installing the tint. Had found plastic ware and napkins from where they ate. Wouldnt have had a problem with it if the job was done right, but the audacity to eat in my car instead of doing a good job does not sit right with me.

It’s been about two weeks since I got my brand new car tinted at this place. I wanted to give The tent some time to fully cure and see how it reacted after three washes before I gave my honest review for people out there wondering where to get their car tinted at. I have nothing but great things to say about Omar and his teams work as well as customer service. They were pretty busy when I went in but Omar took the time to explain to me the different types of tent they have and the vinyl heat protection for the windshield. I am very happy with the work they did on the car that I worked hard for. Great price and they were quick, Not a single air bubble or scratches. I came here about 3 weeks ago to get tints to protect from that Texas sun and was happy with the recommendation from Omar and quality of the tints. While I was there, Omar gave me a good quote for a 10” sub added to my factory radio. I asked around and no other place had a better offer. Our loyal customer contacted us to figure out what was wrong with his stereo after these guys did an install for him. We opened the door panel to start checking and this is what we found. They used packaging tape instead of electrical tape and they didnt even bother to secure the speaker, again they used packaging tape and talked the speaker in place. Be careful if you go to these guys.**UPDATE**The owner response to my review follows his typical pattern if you look at the other 1 star reviews. My customer is not the first we have encountered that had issues with this place. My friends mother took her car there to get an alarm installed bc we didnt have time to get to her right then, the alarm is still not correctly working and shes had it back to them 3 times. So in response to the owner asking me to remove my comment, Im sorry Im unable to do that as I have 2 confirmed people with issues from your store. Do a solid job the first time and they will be a loyal customer for life.

I looked for places in the DFW area with 4-star rating+ and more than 100 reviews. I came across Dallas Pro and sent a chat to ask if they honored the Groupon (you may see the ad from Google maps). Omar replied back within only a few minutes explaining it wasnt necessary to purchase it and to come in to get a more accurate quote. I dropped in on a Thursday around 5:30 in the afternoon. Omar and his team set the bar with their customer service. He patiently explained all the options, pros and cons, and pricing for each. I ended up choosong a tint job on all 6 windows and he estimated it would take his team a little more than an hour. They completely over delivered with the speed and quality of their work - before I knew it, my truck was ready. Needless to say, but important to emphasize, I will be coming back to Omar and his team for audio and tint on other vehicles. This team is the real deal!

Ive been doing business with Dallas Pro Audio & Tint for several years they do very good work with great affordable prices.Usually I would have something positive to say, but the last two times Ive had not so positive experience. I had my under glow lights put on with only zip ties and when one came off they didnt replace it or reimburse me for the money I spent to get a new one. Just had door speakers installed along with new wiring and now my air conditioner wont come on and one of the wires to the control that controls the ac is broken out of the wiring harness. Ive done alot of business with them and this is the second time that Ive been disappointed in this work.

Came in as a walk in because they dont take appointments. When I came in I was told I was the next car.A man that has PAID earlier in the day came in and they hadnt gotten to his car. I called about a Groupon and he said to just come buy it from him at a better rate. So I came up and bought the ceramic tint for all the windows and even the front windshield. I just got the car so the first thing I wanted to do was get it tinted.Few hours later the work is done. I go to check it out and notice a very noticeable scratch on my multimedia screen that was not there before. I immediately go back in and talk to Omar. He says he can’t tell if it’s fresh and he’ll ask his workers, who he warned they don’t speak good English. The guy comes out and just kinda looks at it and looks nervous and shrugs and walks off. I told him I guarantee it wasn’t there because I was just changing the radio in the parking-lot at his business before I left him the keys and I would have noticed it for sure. He said hold on, to let him talk to his other customers. He was very quick to take my money and sell me on the nicer ceramic tint but very slow to address the damage they did.I ask him if he can just do something so it’s not noticeable. He then says, it’s a used car, you didn’t even notice the other door ding, you probably didn’t notice it until just now, I can tell you it’s not fresh, we don’t use razor blades inside the car, we use towels inside the car, and started rambling and got super defensive. I told him, I’m not questioning the process, but no worker is perfect, but the scratch is super noticeable and was done while at the shop. All I want is to do something where I can’t see it. He said he’s not a magician and he’s not going to do anything about it. It’s on a black screen that I look at all the time, there’s no way you won’t notice a white scratch going across the black screen near the middle that’s over an inch long.The scratch is a bright white like it just happened and it’s clearly obvious. I’ve seen older scratches before where the scratch color gets dull and not as sharp. This is a sharp, clean, bright white color scratch that Omar kept mentioning “we don’t use razor blades inside the car.” I was like “... I never mentioned the word razor blade man...”. He rubbed on it trying to make it dull and not so crisp.I paid 350 for a tint job and to be told him a blind liar for accusing his shop that I’m 100% sure they did. Look for yourself at the pictures. Tell me it’s something you wouldn’t notice. It’s the first thing I noticed because I look at my screen ALL THE TIME!!!
