I started going here after I had bad experiences at almost every other shop I’ve been to. Allen always takes care of what I need. I haven’t had any disposables brake, or leak. He orders me the flavors I need and always have them in stock. Pick a shop in garland, but you’re doing yourself a disservice not coming here to see Allen.

First time customer, Allen was so nice, shop is clean, with ALL KINDS of vape pins, disposable etc,, ALOT of flavors to choice from, the best part of my experience was his personality, he answered all my questions because Im a 1st time vapor, shop here you wont be disappointed!!!

This is a great store with a good person running the store. I went in there looking for a pen battery and came out with a jack sparrow skull battery which is beautiful. It hits SO GOOD!! Best smoke shop next to Gas pipe

I came in one day looking for a cigar and the store owner Allen recommended the Java Mint cigar. It was so good I had to come back and try another flavour. The cbd herb is also amazing. Definitely a great place to shop for tobacco products and great customer service!

Great store! I came in for a quick little torch and he helped me out and showed me all of the options I had. I picked one out that looked similar to the one I had and I told him that and he explained that it’s a refillable one. He even said that if I had my old one that’s empty, he’d fill it up for free! So I went to my car and grabbed it and sure enough he filled it up! I will definitely be back!

We have been a customer for many years and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are very good. Tried some of their CBD for back problems and it worked amazingly.

Been there once and have been meaning to go back. Hours are funky and everyone wants to complain about that, but overall it’s a great store with great customer service. He even let me make sure the cartridge would work on my juul and offered me a great deal. If you have a problem with the hours just go somewhere else 🤷🏻‍♂️ It’s not that hard.

I wait to go to this store from my job compared to the one close to my place in Wilmer because the customer service is so awesome and the owner Alan always has good deals.... if he doesn’t have something in stock that you want he’ll order it for you. Great guy and great shop.

This is one of the best tobacco/vapor stores I’ve ever been too! I recently bought a vape battery for $12 from the store and it was not working quite right. I went back to the store a few days later and Alan the manager helped me out so much!!! Once we tested the battery out he let me exchange for a brand new one that works perfectly ! I am so amazed by his customer service! I’ve never experienced customer service like this. I would recommend 100/100 times to go here ! If I could rate this place higher than 5 I would !

Irregular hours. Guy opens when he wants to. Never on time. Not customer oriented. Shows up late everyday. Excuse after excuse. He will loose all his customers and he will go out of business some day and deserves to be. He should of learned the business values of the previous owners.
