The people that work here are always there make sure that you get attended, the shoes here are also affordable and great price so I definitely recommend

They help you right away and were very helpful even tho sometimes it does get crowded on close to holiday days and is very understandable but other then that everything was good.

I ordered a $200 pair of shoes for pickup just to find out that they are closed and I needed those shoes for tomorrow 🤷🏽‍♂️ Champs needs to do better with communicating with their customers.

Employee / manager - lacks the proper training to handle simple customer sales and attentive customer relations, and most importantly, seems to be no willingness to correct or address problems that have become all to common place over the last year. Overall experience, and observation during my last several visits - FAIL !Inattentive, unmotivated, distracted, and seemingly lost on how to resolve customer issues/sales.Its apparent at times, that employee social interaction with friends and overt flirting, all comes at the expense of customers waiting to be assisted.Not sure if store management is aware of how transparent this behavior is, and continues to be, but, in a heavily competitive market place, with so many options near by, my hope would be that they pay piticular attention to there employees and training shortfalls. Long time customer, no more !

Great selection but they didnt have the shoes I wanted in my size.

Never open when they say they are open!! Made multiple trips just to see that they are closed mid day. This location is ran so horribly.

We are customers of Kedrick!!!! We followed him from Collin Creek to Firewheel. We love the way he takes time with our grandson, he listens to the little and allows he to choose. We appreciate that so much. Even though hes 5, Kedrick treats him as a paying customer as he should be treated. Thank you Kedrick!

My son loves this store.

After receiving a coupon on the recipient I was told I didnt have to have it as long as I took a picture of it just to get there and have them tell me its better to have the receipt because the picture doesnt scan. So needless to say I didnt get to use it. They shouldnt tell people to take a picture then unless thats their scam to not give you the coupon in the first place. How unprofessional.

Staff is not helpful! I was trying to get an employee who was propped up on a display to assist me, he wouldnt fully turn around and speak to me, told me to go find a shoe myself without offering to help, and the kids shoes are in the WORST spot! I was asked to move at least 3 times while looking so they could go in the stock room.
