Evan is so incredibly helpful every time I come in for new shoes

There’s a girl there with blue hair. and she is amazing! she went above and beyond to find a shoe all over texas and even different states! love her hard work would definitely come back! keep up the work!

The manager was very rude and refused service to us. i went here the other day with my uncle and we cannot wear masks due to health issues. she told us we have to go online to shop but we were looking to buy some shoes. kinda hard to try on shoes online but she didnt care. there are lots of other places you can shop i recommend the old boot factory they give you free beer and the employees are very nice

I enjoyed my visit. I just think it was hilarious, when they were trying to sell stuff I didnt need or care for. Overall, I like their energy and attentiveness. Will most definitely visit again and will definitely enjoy the extra stuff they try to sale me. (Which I will not buy)

I purchased a gift for my brothers birthday here. They have incredibly friendly staff who were willing to help me locate a particular item. Unfortunately, this store didnt have it, but they called another store and made sure that it could be held for me. I was pleased with their service and kindness.

The staff is polite and friendly. Great options and if a color or size is not available they will order it for you.

Helpful staff, they didnt have my size but they were able to order it and have it shipped to me. Everything arrived about a week later, no problems. The prices are a bit high and the inventory is limited.

First time in this particular store today. The wife wanted a pair of Doc Martens. They had her size in the back and the staff was helpful and friendly. They carry Addias, Converse, New Balance, Timberland, Docs, Filas, and maybe a couple other brands i didnt see.

Ive never seen someone shopping that actually bought what they came in for. Every time you find what you want and ask for your size they go in the back and fumble around for a few minutes then come back with 3 or 4 boxes of what you dont want because they never have it. Every other customer in there asks the same questions and gets 3 or 4 boxes of what they dont want and eventually leaves. They need better stock and better staff. The kids working here dont care about helping you and have their own conversations in front of you and expect you to wait for them to finish before you can ask a question about a product. Wont come back to this location. Id rather drive across Dallas to a different one.

The missus and I visit here at least once a week & we enjoy it a lot. Service is friendly and the employees are sincere.

The store was very clean and the staff was great. They assisted me with smiles on their faces and I was in and out without a long wait.

Shout out to Becca for amazing customer service...not only did she go above and beyond to make our entire experience with her store great, she was able to accurately guess my childs shoe size just be looking at her, helped correctly fit a new pair of shoes, and got us checked out and on our way quickly. In a world where customer service in general can be lacking, I will happily shop at the Firewheel Garland location again! Thanks again Becca (hope thats how it is spelled) :)

Went to return a pair of shoes and the customer service was horrendous. The woman asked me if I was going to exchange them multiple times even though I said no each time, then had the nerve to give me attitude since I wouldn’t exchange them.

Two different shoes (Vans) I asked for a size 10 in, they literally said they only have up to size 7 left. In all Vans! I went to Zumiez. Awful inventory.

Clean with good selection and service

First time in this particular location. Customer service was on point, and we were able to find what we needed.

They were nice there at first, but then they started to act like I was going to steal their shoes because they kept asking if I needed help and asked if I was done, I felt kind of rushed and they made me feel nervous 😅

Service horrible did buy shoes and tried to return them but because I threw the box away, I was unable to return them. Will never go back, even told other possible customers, they didnt even go into the store, woo hoo!!!!
