We walked looking to purchsse approximately 2500 sq ft of flooring. Nobody was in the building to assist us. We walked around for 10-15 minutes and even called the store. Nobody surfaced until we were back in our vehicle and saw someone walk by the window. I wish ideal floors the best but we will not be doing business with them.

Fast friendly and considerate. I bought 76 boxes and hauled in my truck the boxes were heavy and the employee suggested I make to trips instead of hauling all at once due to the weight. Which I did. They moved the items from warehouse to another for convenient pick up. They have a huge selection of pretty great looking material. Will definitely used them again in the future.

We found exactly what we need. Were redoing our walk-in closet and needed a large carpet remnant. We found the perfect match for the existing carpet in the bedroom at a fraction of the price that Peeks quoted, even better than Home Depot. We purchased Shaw carpet in a light beige. They also have installers they reccommend.

One tile cracked due to instillation and Maria refused to take responsibility and wanted a lot of money. With lots of calls and insisting they finally fixed it with no cost. They always have more of the flooring that I use we have a business and as we are moving shelves we are replacing the vinyl plank flooring and we are short on storage space so for a year and a half I have been get a couple boxes at a time it is very convenient for us that they keep in stock what we are getting and they are very nice
