Love the karaoke..wish they didnt have the smoke machine this last time..bartender fixed a 57 Chevy for the first time and he gets 5 STARS ALONE!! VERYLAID BACK AND DIVERSE CROWD..I LOVE IT

Lively atmosphere, plenty of pool tables and dart boards along with awesome staff.The karaoke was uh... fun to listen to while throwing sharp objects at a wall during a night of drinking lol.Will definitely be back, especially since Time Out shut down...

Missed this place. Great place to play pool, and the food is pretty good. Bar tenders are all nice and crack a few jokes and the drinks get better lol. 80/20 mix is always good. Not too crowded and the other people around you are here for a good time too. Met a few cool peeps and it makes me remember why I was brought here the last time too. Good times. I will definitely come back here soon!

I always have nice time at Scooters Bar& Grill. Great company, drinks and food. I can do karaoke, play table games and the DJ stay is always live and plays the best music. Absolutely by far one favorite hangouts

My fiance and I finally got a date night away from our 3 kids we came in and sat at the bar for about 15 min or so while Tyler the only bartender at the bar we sat at was constantly bombarded by people. My fiance and I both have worked or do work in the industry so we were very patient. Buddy the manager saw that we had been waiting and came over and took care of is himself dispite his boot/twisted ankle. He was so kind and attentive and made our experience better than when we initially arrived. We had a great experience and throughout enjoyed ourselves!!! We will be back.

Fun place to play pool. I like that they have the quarter tables. The drink prices could be better

They do not care about people with disabilities. I was pushed out faster than I could physically move. They threatened me and blocked the only way to leave. When leaving, I brushed up against one of the employees because because they were blocking me and said my group was never to return. If you have any type of disability, this is not the place for you.

It is a pretty open environment as far as people who come there which I love. But if you dont like cigarette smoke this isnt the place for you. They have pool tables karaoke events and below average drinks.

This is a Bar/Pool Hall....Small Town Vibe of a Place!! Where everybody Knows Everybody and Watches out For Each other!! There is also a kitchen here. Although I have never eaten here, so I cant comment on the food AND I dont know which time the kitchen Closes. There is also a DJ on Certain nights. And Some What of a dance floor! They also have pool tables and darts! The restrooms are decent for a bar!! You are allowed to smoke in this establishment, although on super busy nights it can get pretty smoky!! I never feel as if I HAVE to Dress Up to keep up with the crowd, if you will! Its a Very Casual Neighborhood bar!! All in All its a great place to hang out drink a couple of beers and just HAVE FUN!!

A chill place. Everyone is welcome. Cheap drinks, decent food, and music playing. Karaoke on Saturday nights is fun!! And one of the very few places where you can still smoke inside ... a cigarette, or in my preference, a cigar!! Came here a week ago ... and have already come back 3 times.

A wonderful atmosphere the people working the bar were very very nice and very professional the rest of the bar could use some major wiping and sanitizing maybe disinfecting but overall my experience was great they have a wonderful karaoke area with a website and a schedule for sign ups signing up for karaoke is free they do karaoke nights two nights a week and the place seemed fun the patrons team well behaved and the food smell good I didnt get to order anything but I probably should have and I would more than likely recommend this bar to anyone and everyone

Ive been goi g to scooters for years. The food is great. The waitresses have great personalities, and the brightest smiles. Ice cold beer 24/7man, its with out a doubt my favorite pool hall. Just wish theyd bring back poker night.

Its a nice place to shoot some pool and hang out with friends. They have a small dance for, a digital jukebox, a DJ, and offer karaoke.they have a small menu of food you can order from which is pretty good, dont recommend the fries though.

Great atmosphere with bar food just ok but, cheap pool and the drinks aren’t being skimped out on. I would visit again! Good owners nice little store inside with great info. Everyone knows everyone (locals). Overall nice place

This place is finally remodeling. Great changes are being made. I dont understand why the bartenders are expected to work in one station because the jiggers and bar keys are chained to the bar, its quite inconvenient and honestly embarrassing because both of those bar equipment prices are cheap.

Tons of pool tables about 5 dartboards and a night full of fun. Walked into this place initially because theres an honest to goodness dart store in the bar!! Now this isnt a locked cabinet with some overpriced flights and shafts it was abreal dart store. Went in to buy some 2 dollar flights walked out 15 mins later 100 lighter in the wallet. If Good prices and fair deals are your thing give this place a shot. You wont be disappointed.

Been here many times in the past 15 years. The wings were really good. The gentlemen that owns the pro shop is very friendly and helpful.I understand that it is during a pandemic, so of course there were 2 ladies working foh alone. But, they were in no hurry at all to get you taken care of. We were there from 5pm - 2am with 3 tabs going of food & drinks. I spent $20 on the jukebox app alone. The sound system was practically nonexistent where the dartboards are set up. The 1 younger lady did not know how to make the mixed drinks I and others in my group asked for, a margarita, for instance. Another instances they were both sitting out from behind the bar looking at their phones. My friend went to order drinks from them & it took the gal a good 3 minutes before she decided to get up and make the drinks. We also had a problem with the pool table when we switched from darts. All the balls werent coming out. It happened twice. Same young lady seemed to be put out by us disturbing her about it. Despite all that, I put a 20% tip on the tab. Times are tough! But that gal needs to take care of customers if she wants to be taken care of. I hope management is paying attention.

Pretty cool place the dj is nice the staff is awesome but the drinks could be stronger especially that jolly rancher shot turn down the sweet a lil bit and increase the alcohol I will be back to visit tho🥃🥃🥃

Bring your a-game when coming to here. Seasoned veterans at pool all around. Kept the place entertaining! They also make good drinks too! No difference from Jack and wells it seemed like! I really seggest this place to go to!

Went into scooters Monday night 1/27/2020. The bar person and waitress saw me come in and sit at the bar. It wasnt but 11 people in the bar before I seated myself. I sat at the bar for approximately 10 minutes the waitress nor bartender never acknowledged me not once but acknowledged every other person that approached her bar. Mind you it was myself and one other person of color in this facility and he was playing darts. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless of course youre still living in that era.

My overall opinion of Scooters is that its an enjoyable experience, with what seems to be great people of all ages and ethnicity, bartenders included. Karaoke really makes for a great atmosphere. I love watching people embarrass themselves to good songs! :-) I see cars filling the parking lot almost every night I pass by, so something must be good about Scooters! They could work a little bit on cleaning, like wiping the bar top and clearing empty containers on tables. Tonight I had my glasses grabbed from the bar top and cleaned right in front of me to pour our fresh beer into. Maybe its just me?Other than what I mentioned, I have really been happy coming here and so has my gf. I would definitely recommend Scooters to anyone looking for cheap drinks, pool, and karaoke good times....

The floors are so wet from humidity they are like Glass. You may get greeted by waitstaff but finding them later is impossible. There are no table assignment ts for server so waitstaff just picks who they know to greet. For 6 months I was in there and had to get waitresses attention after she dropped off drinks to guys on our tables. They had no interest in asking if we need anything. It has gotten a bit better or at least for me, but not sure for new guest that come in.

I cannot WAIT for bars to open back up!! My husband and I moved to the area several months ago and found this place fairly quickly. Its a great atmosphere, great pool, smoking allowed, great food, and karaoke nights are always good fun!!

Had a lot of fun! Plenty of tables, but get there early otherwise most of them are used for leagues. Beware - it is a smoking place, but I never felt completely overwhelmed by smoke. Bar drinks were good and service was smooth.

Cristina is an awesome bartender and great at remembering customers regular drinks. Its a large bar with a ton of pool tables and regulars so thats an awesome thing to find. Her personality is bubbly, welcoming and is always there to put someone in a great drinking mood.

Service could be better if appropriately staffed. However, food is good (slightly pricey for bar food). Also, some employees go above and beyond and that is an amazing thing to have in a pool hall / bar like this. Its rare. Lots of pool tables and fun!

The owner needs to upgrade the heating and a/c. Everyone complains about the temperature in there. And the ventilation system is never on and should be since smoking is allowed. But I play pool here 2 to 3x a week on a league. So if people keep coming and hes making money I guess he, the owner, wont fix it 🤣😂 and well just keep b!+ching about it.

I used to go here a lot back when I was single. I went back recently and BOY! Did I stare at girls from a distance just like my single days. Its one of the best dive bars in Garland by far! Not for everyone.

Their atmosphere is great and I only used the bar as needed. Normally I just go play play pool with my friends. Their fried pickles are great and the portion size in generous. We go here about once a month with co-workers.

Decent dive. Very Smoky. Good felt on the pool tables (lots). Dart boards looked good. Fried pickles were surprisingly crispy! Draft beer could be colder.
