Not only are their donuts amazing, but their customer service is unmatched. Such wonderful people!! We love coming here every opportunity we get. The kolaches are also excellent. It’s always such a great experience all around.

I visited with my two small kids and it was an amazing experience. My kids are donut connurseuirs so they know a tasty donut when they have one. Their croissant for their breakfast sandwich is wonderfully light and flakey. I just wish they had a bacon, egg and cheese version. Their donuts are very fresh and tasty.

Moved to a nearby neighborhood recently and had to try out this local donut shop as per my cravings. The donuts and sausage rolls were prepared exactly how I expected them and tasted great. Whats better is that the service is top notch; I mean the lady there was just so sweet and fun to chat with. Definitely check this place out!

I have never been met with anything other than smiles and laughter here. The customer service is top notch and the owners/employees always brighten my day. Any opportunity I have to go here I take advantage of. On top of all that, the donuts are absolutely delicious. 100% the best in the garland. If you’re in the area, you HAVE to stop in.

Best place for sausage rolls. They have at least 6 different kinds. Nice selection of donuts and they fill donuts too. The staff here are super friendly and very nice. Never a long wait either.

Best Kolache’s and donuts! I live in the neighborhood behind this shopping center and when they first opened I would drive by since I’m not a breakfast person but, since my family kept telling me how great the Kolache’s were I had to give it a try and now I’m hooked lol. The owners are friendly and very generous! One of the nicest people around!

I heard about this place from a coworker who said they opened up recently. I decided to check them out since I was in the area and wow they were a lot better than I was expecting. Most donut shops I go to they have this weird artificial taste to them but these donuts tasted really fresh and natural. They had a large selection too such as your standard glazed, old fashioned, cake, multiple glaze flavors, cream filled, cinnamon roll, and a whole lot more as well as a wide selection of sausage pastries. The staff there was really friendly too and even went out of their way to make some white glazed donuts for me since they were running low. Ill definitely be stopping by here again the next time Im in the area.

I echo the other reviews so I wont repeat except to say they are such great people. I luckily can walk here in 5 min from my house. This area for some reason has a great collection of top notch local food places. This place is literally just icing on top.

Great food. Owner lady always welcomes with you smile. They always gives us extra, if my kids are with us then she gives us extra donuts for them plus mini donuts. I always buy pig in the blanket(kolache) from here for my work party.

This place is great! The donuts are light and airy, and the kids love them. The best part, though, is that the owner is such a nice man! He gave us some extra donuts, and was smiling the whole time. You can tell he really cares about people, and loves his job. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Great little doughnut shop. We have been waiting for them to open for months! Their doughnuts tasted very fresh and airy. They had a good selection of doughnuts, kolachies, and breakfast sandwiches as well as a few different refrigerators of drinks. They offer standard coffee with various sweeteners like hazelnut and French vanilla.The inside was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend you stop by!

Let me start off by saying that I love this place!!! They are super nice and the donuts/food they offer are amazing! Ive been to many donut places and have tried a lot of different types. I absolutely love this donut shop, the donuts are airy and soft, not stale and thick. The bread for the kolaches is soft and buttery. The croissants are soft and delicious. Everything is good here!I made the mistake of going to another donut shop because they had a drive-thru (I was running late, it was raining, it was a thing, lol). From going to the other donut shop is when I actually realized what great quality Sun Donuts had. The other donut shops stuff was stale and bland. The donuts were thick and just not good.Go to Sun Donuts you wont be disappointed!!!The lady is super sweet! My toddler always takes her a drawing she makes and the lady is so sweet to her!We are regulars and really love this place! GOO!!!

The best donuts in all the city. My husband used to frequent this place when we lived in Garland and bring home lots of delicious fresh donuts. Miss Sun is also as sweet as can be! We moved to another state in January and we miss this place so much!

This is exactly how I remember a mom and pop run donut shop. The place is clean, the owners are polite, and the donuts are delicious. I ordered 4 pigs in a blanket and the sweet lady warmed them up for me (I didn’t even ask!). That was very thoughtful of her. A dozen donuts go for $6.90. They do stick with the basics and do it very well. Y’all do yourself the favor and check out this neighborhood gem. I will be returning.

Very good food, decent prices and the staff always greets you with a smile. The maple frosted donut topped with bacon bits is just simply awesome, especially warmed up a little. It isnt on the menu so you have to ask her for it.

This place makes excellent old fashioned buttermilk donuts! As a baker, I know that they fry these donuts 25 degrees lower than the rest of their products so that the middle gets done all the way! Same with the other cake donuts. Delicious jelly filling on their long johns. 😋 Great job!
