Waited for 3 plus months for my daughters jacket to only learn that they put a soccer patch on and not a softball patch. So now my daughter has to send it back and wait more time. Unacceptable! This mistake was on your company and now she is having to go with out her jacket.

This location is Very SLOW. If you order here, be prepared to wait 3 months easy. I was very disappointed with the processing and delivery time. I still haven’t received my daughters ring or package I called today waited on hold for over 30 minutes for the lady to hang up on me after she said I have 6 more weeks to wait like what she will be gone what are you talking about don’t go here the worst ever

I ordered/purchased a High School Graduation Cap and Gown from this company on 1/24/2020 and paid a total of $70.36.My son then looked at it online and told me it looked cheap(the material),that he did not like it & did not want to wear it,he requested to purchase a different one,additionally,due to the pandemic,we know that Graduation this year is going to be pushed back,probably months away from the original date on May 30th,nobody has any idea when it will be,I have not received delivery of it yet,so I contacted the business via email on 04/08/2020 requesting them to cancel my order and a refund,which they refused to do.They were very rude and told me:We will not be issuing any refunds!. As a customer,who has not yet received the merchandise,I have the right to cancel my order and get a refund,if I deem that the product looks cheap/of poor quality or if I change my mind.Balfour still has the cap and gown,and will have no difficulty selling it to another student. I truly hope Balfour does the right thing and agrees to issue a refund,or I will continue on my path,and will continue exposing their very unfair and unreasonable business practices,such as on Facebook,which is a platform that the general public trusts for customer reviews,as well as Google and Yelp,just to name a few.I have been trying to cancel my order for weeks,which Balfour will not let me do, I also filed a BBB complaint requesting a refund,which Balfour is ignoring!

If we could leave no stars (OR NEGATIVE) we would. This place is scamming kids, coaches, and schools. First of all they advertise that the kids are getting a paid for letterman jacket paid for by their school. They are not, this is the package that every district pays regardless if district or school is pitching in money. Therefore the jackets are not free. Secondly their website does not work as the site literally just says to put in a dollar amount and credit card without knowing any customer info etc. WOW really bad site and WORSE YET is that the prices are absurd, if we truly got a free jacket then we just paid $200 for some sewing and emblems.

Don’t expect any assistance whatsoever in making your hundred dollars plus purchase. If you need help rectifying a mistake, their service is very inconvenient and customer service is rude. They don’t check the forms and think about what school they are selling to. I would not purchase from them again.

Wonderful place. Had three Grandkids that got rings, cases, t-shirts, goodies and senior invitations/announcements from here. Has great employees, very helpful and friendly.

My daughters ring looks amazing! I would of gave them 5 starts, but I did have a problem with my last payment, they said that I still owed the last payment for the ring when in fact, I had paid it in full the month before! I had to go to my bank and provide bank statement indicating the date, the amount, and the companys name, then i had to turn around and email it to their claims department to prove that I did pay it! I am a working mom so I had to find time in between work to manage, and had to get the bank statement on my lunch time, it was just really inconvenient :( Just to be clear, I didnt have any problems with the actual balfour Garland location, they were always courteous and professional, it was their corporate claims department I had problems with

Customer Service is BEYOND AMAZING! When something was WRONG with my order for my daughter, they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. In fact, one lady said she would wait on me to get there to fix the problem that day ... I was so FLOORED by the offer. I do admit that the prices for their graduation invitations are a bit steep but I seem to remember my Mother saying the same thing about mine.

If I could give no stars I would. Our order never came to us and never found. Second try the announcements had wrong school plus missing items. Has to go pick up right announcements only to be rudely told it was all their mistake but oh well. Still have missing items and only a week and 2 days before graduation to get announcements sent. Worse company and customer service!!! Stay away go to Walgreens they helped us the most!!

The company is scamming students. Our school was told the minimum package they have is what we have to pay for, for graduation. This includes enevelopes, a keychain, tassle, mini diploma display and more. However, as I stated, they clearly said it is the MINIMUM package. After going through and speaking to my representative, they said I cannot return it as it was made specifically for my package. How is that? The ONLY thing different from my package and everyone else is the cards with my name on it. And thats just one thing different, everything else they can return and reuse/resend for next year or someone else. I havent even used the stuff and they expect me to just let it sit there?! Terrible experience, do not recommend. AVOID!!!
