Excellent service. Ordered HVAC condenser fan motor online and chose to pick it up at this location and under 24 hrs later, got the part, the right part, and fixed my problem. As I walked through the front door, my phone rang and it was grainger calling me to tell me the part was in. The guy behind the counter that I spoke to was intelligent and understood my situation without having to use simpleton language. Will definitely be buying from grainger again with this great 24 hr turn around. I thought it was not open to public but I was wrong. Anybody can visit grainger and make an order. Im satisfied greatly with my first experience.Review readers must understand that people rarely comment on when they have a good experience but really want to slam a company when theres a bad experience! These guys were great to me.

These guys are straight up rude. For a way cheaper price, you can find the same products elsewhere with a smile.

They are committing highway robbery if you dont return it takes them 8 to 14 business days to return your money and that doesnt seem where I went up there and when I went up there he told me 3 to 4 business days and its the 4th day and its not on my card so I called headquarters and they let me know its 8 to 14 business days nothing about this is correct.
