This is the worst, customer services I have contacted in my life. They did not let you explain the problem when they hang up the phone. The person whom is answering the phone so rude and they almost obligate to you to pay even has not provide any services. I do not know why this type of company is in the market offering this sensitive service.

When we called we were quoted $100, which I thought was a little high, and then when they got to our storage unit to drill a hole in the lock, the price went up to over $400 because of the lock type, which is BS because its a $15 dollar lock. Stay away!!!

I was quoted $30-$40 and instead had to pay $188 dollars. I specifically asked how much it’ll be and if said price would be it and they confirmed that it would be. This place is a scam. On top of everything when you try to contact customer service you’re on hold for over half an hour and just get pushed from operator to operator with no end in sight. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Best locksmith services in Texas!!I got locked out of my home some days back. So I contacted these people for help and they arrived immediately for damage free door opening. They also provided me with a duplicate key for my lock.

Scam. They use 3rd party technicians even though they say they work for the company. Then the tech gets there a quotes a price 6x more than on the phone, they think since it is an emergency customers will just pay it. No thanks.

They find 3rd party locksmiths to complete the calls so this means they charge ridiculous pricing in order to make a profit. Just call a legit company directly and save yourself a ton of money! They were very secretive about pricing and would not reveal it on the phone. Not even a ballpark range. Charged $175 for 5 seconds of work that did not even involve picking a lock. The 3rd party guy was nice that came out and he was nearby so it was fast but I would have been better off waiting for Pop-A-Lock or somebody else and would not have been ripped off.

Horrible, quoted me $530 for a Mini cooper key fob, when the dealer only charges $309. What a scam! watch out yall!

Don’t believe these fake reviews. These guys are crooks. Tell you one price knowing they will charge you more at the end. Or they will put you on hold for an infinite amount of time
