Showed up at 09:30 for 10 am live unload. In the dock before 10 am and out the gate by 10:45 am! Ladies in the office are helpful as well as security.

Appointment at 6 arrived at 530. Line if trucks were down on the street. Line didnt move until until 0715. Didnt get checked in until 8. Now waiting on a door...... long day!

I hate us foods and this place is no different, actually worse. Literally only 2 pallets, arrived at 7am for 9am appt, thats fine I dont mind waiting. Got a door about 8, still sitting at the door and its 11am. And they havent even told how much they will charge for the Lumper.

This used to be a very time efficient stop to schedule. For whatever reason, they have turned into the slowest, most unorganized stop I have I have ever experienced. Every appointment is a complete hassle. Toilet is often broke. Good luck washing your hands in a waterless sink. It’s just an absolute breakdown of gigantic proportions with a healthy dose of disrespect to boot. They need to start over from scratch.

This place deserves zero stars honestly.A literal hazard as theres a back up most days all the way out and onto Shiloh Rd both north and south bounds.Avoid like the plague and maybe thatll give this facility motivation to either get their act together or close down.

45 minutes to get through the gate.5.5 hours and still waiting for them to finish. Best part this is a partial load. Lazy high school drop outs unload here. I’ll never be back.

Extra slow as heck but at least they have a in door clean rest room for truck drivers...

Slow at everything. Takes them longer to give you your papers than it should to unload and have you out all together

Arrived at 515 for 530 appointment. Received a door from guard. Out by 715 with truck load of water (easy load). Satisfied for being first time.

Really bad place, the wait time is excessive, I came for an appointment at 8 am and int is 11:30 am and they havent finished yet 🤦, worst place

Slow to get on to their lot (30 mins.), slow check in at receiving (45 mins.), slow to unload, still waiting to get unloaded after 4 hrs sitting in a door! Bad place to deliver to!!!!!

Their address is 950 S Shiloh Rd.The place is mess and very unorganized. Lazy and don’t care about your time. WILL NEVER PICK THEIR LOAD AGAIN!!!

Appointment at 8a.m. got here at 7a.m. still here and it’s 4p.m. lack coordination skills they will blame the night shift.

What a joke arrived at 630 for 8am appointment guard shack at 9am receiving window at 930 started unloading at 1045 called at 1230 told $184 for unloading service 20 minutes to get paperwork and 15 minutes to get out the gate

Too slow for unloading + they charge a lot if youre late
