If I could give this company 0 stars I would.... Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We canceled our account with them months ago and they have been charging us MONTHLY for tanks we no longer have (for the last 6 months). I have made several calls about this and I keep getting the run around saying We will have our cylinder dept take a look at it and we will call you back. Never get a call back. And they nickel-and-dime you for everything. Never recommending them to anyone. Dishonest, greedy and rude.

Went in there looking for a certain part. Pretty sure it was the manager that took the time to find exactly what I was looking for. A part that I was told by the guy at another corporate welding shop that didnt exist.Ive exchanged cylinders here and bought other welding supplies here. Great shop. Employees that actually know what they are talking about.

This place will totally rip you off. Charged $52 for 40CF of Argon, paid $22 three days later at Metroplex Welding Supply(who I highly recommend).

I called these people asking for HyP+ rod. I didnt think 7010 was uncommon but was informed that there was no such thing. They should let Lincoln Electric know.

Purchased a complete torch kit and tanks from Rockwall location. Next day dicovered we were given empty acetylene bottle. Called the store to tell them.

Good service ok selection

Did not make in the front door. 30.06 and 30.07 signs on the doors.
