Love the merchandise, the service at the check out counter no so much, the lady was rude, I almost walked out, and they didnt place the jewelry in boxes as before, she just dropped in bags and that was it. When youre paying over a hundred dlls for a bauble at least you could have it wrapped ad boxed.

Been shopping here for years. Went last Friday and sales rep was very nice and helpful HOWEVER the Manager interrupted us twice about going to help other people. Really? Only me and 2 other ladies in the whole store. I wasn’t being a sales rep hog!! I’m in customer service as well and even tho I wasn’t spending a ton of $$ that day.....that Manager was so overbearing I told the lady helping me...There is no way I could work for her! I should of said something to the Manager but I didn’t. Manager needs to know customer service is about the whole experience and the way customers feel walking out the door!

This Brighton store has very helpful and friendly staff. I buy something for my wife here at least one or two times a year and they are always happy to help me explore options, even if I take forever 2 make a purchase

My sales lady Chrys Ramos was very informative and knew exactly what I was looking for made my shopping time nice and quick for Christmas gifts.

Was disappointed for the first time ever in my trip to the Brighton Store at Firewheel Town Center in Garland (TX) tonight. Spent $40 + tax on a key fob for a birthday gift for my daughter and asked how much I could purchase one of those heart shaped tins for to put it in (I explained it was a gift) and was told those werent available for my purchase. Really ????? Heres my opinion: Brightons stuff is not cheap and Im fairly certain Brighton doesnt have to pay much for those tins to begin with...is it really worth running off a customer over? She (Teresa) then told me that the little cardboard box was what came with my purchase and she proceeded to put the fob in there and it was too big for one end to close so it protruded out one end. I will remember that trip. Brighton employees always act so eager to offer water and cookies to seem all customer service oriented but what would have made a better impression on me would have been a small concession like a tin that I asked for. Right after she said I couldnt have a tin she offered me a water to take with me !!! HOW BLOODY NICE !!!

Terrible first visit. was followed and stared at the whole time after saying we needed no help. breathing over a costumers back doesn’t make us want to come back ever. thank goodness we walked out and didn’t spend one penny at your store . :)

Brighton at Firewheel is an awesome store with awesome saled staff. Makes you feel like family!

I dont recomend Brighton to change your battery from your watches. I turned mine in and when i got it back the watch wasnt working and it was scratched from the glass. If you want to trust them i highly recomend that you check your watches before and after you take it!
