Surprisingly impressed with shop. Very organized. Good assortment. And free stones for first time customers. She had some sound Bowles(not sure what they are called but you know what Im talking about) that were very nice. Want to go back for one for my daughter who is into all that.I will be returning soon.

BAD VIBES BUYERS BEWAREIf I could give zero stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! The woman I spoke with on the phone kept cutting me off and then hung up in my face twice. I live 45 minutes away and told her I was more than willing to make the drive if she could give me a price range estimate on a particular crystal. Instead of letting me finish my sentence, she immediately responded with no. I asked why she couldn’t..I just wanted to know approximately how much something would cost before driving that far. That’s a pretty reasonable request. But instead of being an adult, she chose to act like a child. She was extremely rude and seemed very nonchalant. “I have customers right now you’ll just have to come in. *Proceeds to cut me off* Just come in!” And hangs up. This happened twice! I understand it’s a busy store but I was willing to wait on hold until she could give me that estimate. Unfortunately I won’t be shopping here due to the lack of professionalism. If you’re interested in purchasing a crystal, I would shop else where like Silver Pyramid or Rock Barrel in Richardson. Both stores can give you price estimates over the phone (even when they’re busy!) and have no problem treating potential customers with the utmost kindness and respect.

I dont think I am EVER coming back. I own a big collection of crystals and stones. Everything is WAY overpriced. I have NEVER seen prices this bad for rocks. The quartz in the photo I bought was $10 and it is very cloudy and low-grade. It should not cost that much for the quality presented. The lady was nice, but she definitely is ripping off people on the daily. The kambaba jasper I bought was raw and $5, but somewhere else I got a big chunk of kambaba jasper that was higher quality, quadruple the size, and also polished for $12. I do think that the incense I bought was a fair price. If you like rocks or are getting into your spirituality, go somewhere else, you can get so, so, so much more. This lady with her prices are gonna scare new spiritual babies away.

Deb was totally awesome. She took the extra time I needed today. I bought my 1st Tarot Deck from her. I loved Shadow and Merlin. I’m sorry I forgot he other fur baby’s name. I’m Blessed to have found Deb today. I will be going back. I felt wonderful and full of energy when I left today. My husband even felt my energy and excitement when I got home. When I need a pick me up, I know where to head.

I respect the company because they are a family owned company. But all their rocks/crystals are WAY over priced. Like beyond... And Im very familiar with what crystals should cost.Another thing is I personally prefer raw crystals and almost all of theirs were tumbled/polished. But my star-rating is not based on that:)

My daughter & I had the BEST time in this beautiful shop today! Owners are so sweet & knowledgable about each & every stone! We learned while we shopped which was a special treat. Place is great. First time going there. It felt like home. The Cats are adorable. The owners, very nice. We were able to go in, and enjoy everything in the store. Any questions, they were answered. We will be back for sure. Soon.

I came here once when I was traveling through town (20 minutes away) and my first experience was wonderful! However I came to the shop tonight with my 7 year old and they wouldnt let her come in with me...I understand that there may be naughty kids that have irresponsible parents, but the abrasiveness of judging all children the same does not seem like the metaphysical way in my opinion. Ill take my business to a kinder shop from now on...were both very disappointed. ):

Im not into this type of stuff so Im biased. My daughter is into crystals and all this type of stuff. Yet there price points seem kind of pricey for a rock. Little shards was $5, and they was small like the size of my pinky nail.

This was the first store I purchased crystals from, literally experienced such a paradigm shift after being here. I was able to come in and just talk to the owner Deb. She held a safe space for me. She has a very caring spirit. I really enjoy shopping here. She is always so helpful and there are papers for each crystal that tells you some if not all of their properties. This is a great shop. And it’s off a bus line.

The service was amazing. The owner was very helpful and stopped to explain everything I asked about. The prices are fair compared to the over priced Silver Pyramid. This is now the only shop I go to. Highly recommended!!

They turned my 6 year old away without knowing what the circumstances were with me bringing her! I would not recommend this place and the vibes were off. Will never come back here EVER

Very nice Staff, who helped me find what I was looking for. Good selections of cone, stick incense, scented oils, candles, stick or cone holders and such. Also has selections of crystals, geodes and other collectable mineral type stones for sale that a person might display in their home or place of business. There were lots of items a person might determine they need. Using Google Maps, it was easy to find and The Metaphysical Way had good access and parking.

Very friendly atmosphere. Large variety of different stones, crystals, and other useful things. I bought a couple of crystals from them and will be going back in a couple of weeks to get more. Highly recommend

I was really excited to come here with my friend. As we walked in the owner’s were not wearing masks. It’s fine, me and my friend have on mine and we are minding our business.. the part that irked me was when the owner walked up to my white passing friend, and said that she did not have to wear her mask.We were both wearing masks...Just seemed like a micro-aggression. Also why loudly object the mask as if it is not there to keep everyone safe? Me and my friend quietly left. We were both very uncomfortable and got weird energy from the place. But I wish all the best to this business. It just wasn’t for us, and that’s okay.

We drove all the way from Forney to spend money and give them our business because we saw the phenomenal reviews. Unfortunately my six year old daughter and I were turned away because they have some bias against children under 13. There was no one else in the store and I was prepared to spend a lot of money, unfortunately they’ve lost my business for good and I’ll never return. Children are not curses and they should not be treated any differently than anyone else.

If youre needing crystals, this is the place. Excellent selection, good price. I make jewelry and found most of my pendant needs there.

An unfortunate experience.I have been hearing about this metaphysical shop in my home town for a while. Why I havent found the time to go and instead go to just about every other metaphysical & Crystal shop in the DFW metro plex makes perfect sense now. Before my 9 year old daughter and I walked in I saw a sign in the window that says nobody under 13 allowed. I still walked in and looked for someone to confirm this. Im assuming the couple in the office are in charge so I approach and ask if my daughter, who has been allowed since birth into every metaphysical or crystal shop and gallery in the 20 states weve visited over the years. The woman told me it wasnt just some whim that decided this rule.... How does a business profit from turning away people with children? I might better understand a children under 5 policy. They said she could wait outside the front door that was open while I looked around. I had her step out where I could see her while I scanned the room. At this point I felt very uncomfortable and I felt spirit urge me out. Guess this place isnt somewhere I need to place my energy or spend my money and Im fine with that.

Small metaphysical store. Items are highly priced, but have your basic starter kit for beginners such as Crystals, sage, singing bowls, tarot cards, candles and oils. If youre wanting bigger Crystals, this is not the place. The owners are nice. Dont expect any discounts.

I looked at other reviews which said there is a sign posted stating only age 13+ allowed in. I apparently missed that and was told my daughter and I couldn’t enter. Owners weren’t wearing masks. Read other reviews which really calls their character into question. Glad I was turned away and didn’t give my money to this place and these people. They really said “negative vibes only!”

It was my first time going there and it was so relaxing and the owner was so nice and it felt like i was actually home and the cats were so adorable and i will definitely be going back and it also smelled very good lol:)

Such a neat little store in a quaint part of Garland. I was pleased with the selection of stones and crystals as well as the incense and tarot/oracle cards they had. The owner was very kind and informative and they have little information slips about each crystal to not only aid in selecting which one you may need but to also help you identify it later by taking a picture of the info card next to your stone.

I love this place!! They are just the sweetest people ever. They have a really nice selection of crystals and stones. They offer a variety of tools for energy cleansing and spiritual healing. Matter of fact, I am going there today 😉 cause I cant get enough ❤️

I was excited to explore a new shop but unfortunately I was met with a rude, over priced and unwelcoming atmosphere. Just a few minutes away in Richardson you can find a much better shop with incredible prices, more products, great customer service from the owner and staff.... I would skip this place and look elsewhere. Also, the shops in dallas, carrollton and the colony are far superior to this place, dont waste your time here.

Did not know I would find such a great shop with such a calming experience. This place is fairly price, the people who occupy this space is a joy to talk to, and keep a look out for Shadows smile. After seeing their webpage - its incredibly negative...not something you want from a metaphysical store - I wanted a cleanse after clicking on their website - wouldnt want to purchase anything from them...and the come across as anti maskers too - not what I want from any shop right now.

They ALWAYS know how to help guide and advise people about the Crystals, Spiritual growth and tools, anything you can possibly think of for Help in all things Spiritual. They have the best prices Ive seen so far and they always have special people come in for readings and classes about growing in a persons Spiritual abilities. I love the energy of the store: its small, quiet and feels like coming home to visit some of your favourite relatives. I have been going to this store for a few years now and I will gladly recommend this store for crystals, readings, and some wonderful Healing Hugs.

Amazing! This place is so welcoming and peaceful. You could stay here browsing items for hours and lose track of time. The items are fairly priced and the owners are very knowledgeable. Deb has such a light about her and her spirit is contagious. Im definitely a new customer!

Ive been coming here for over a year now. They have a great selection of stones and pretty reasonable prices. They have added more Santeria supply as of lately however their Santeria items are a bit overpriced. You can definitely find them cheaper... but everything else is cool. The owners are friendly and helpful but can be a bit hoovering. Nonetheless they really are nice people so I assume they have good intentions. I also really enjoyed their speaking with spirit class. I wish they held that class and maybe adding a few others more often.

Somethings wrong with anyone who gives them less than 5 stars. The lady was supper nice and she even gave me a hug when I left 😢. I was going to purchase about 3-4 stones online for about $35 including 9 day shipping. I ended up going here instead and purchased 17 stones for $33. They also have really big and expensive stones but I kept it small and simple. I got so many stones I just couldnt be happier! I got Red ones! Blue ones! Dark ones! Green ones! Pink ones! Clear ones! As for the lady her energy was incredible! When she gave me a hug I literally almost melted in her arms. I swear my knees almost went dead, I just wanted to drop to my knees and kiss her feet. She has to be an angel of some sort. Im convinced of it.

The atmosphere was nice, really good energy. It felt like a comfortable family setting. The owners were very friendly and approachable. The stores little mascot is adorable! You must say hi to him if you stop by, hes always there with his owners and just as friendly. Large selection of crystals. Prices are reasonable. Cant wait to try the oil we purchased! Overall the store is great for a lift in your energy, a very nice selection, friendly and helpful owners and worth the drive we made.

Wonderful place with positive, loving energy! The owners are interested, caring and very knowledgeable. Not the place to go for spell casting or negative activities which I was very excited to find! They have a great selection, and are always willing to answer questions and pass on their knowledge. It was well worth the half hour drive. Went for smudge sticks but came away with much, much more! Make the drive, even if its just to look and learn!

Love it lot of positive energy

I have been to metaphysical shops all over the DFW area and in many other cities. I am a vendor at many metaphysical expos all over the country. Although I feel the owners were overall friendly, I felt the energy block that was put up when I presented myself as a sales person. Visually, I feel more time could be put into making the inside more inviting. Items are displayed on old dusty cardboard lids. The table cloths were dusty and full of rock sand. The amethyst looked faded and again.... very dusty. Low lighting made the area feel darker than I have encountered at other stores. There was a decent selection of items at competitive prices.

Deb, Larry and Jason have turned this curious skeptic into a total believer! My life is now richer, more meaningful because of it. They are so caring and genuine they will earn your trust immediately. They can answer any question on any subject. They are motivated by love for the higher good of all who enter.

Im from out of state and was in the Dallas area visiting family. I walked in to the store and was immediately greeted with a warm friendly smile and treated like I had been there many times. Spoke to Deb and Lari both. They were both very helpful and even offered to help by allowing my friend and I to order things from them and have them sent to us. The prices were very inexpencive. I cant say enough good things about this place and the people who own it.

Well worth the hour and a half drive. There are very few metaphysical shops in Fort Worth and I do not mind driving a far distance if the shop is worth it, and this one is!! Very helpful and knowledgeable with a pretty amazing selection of magical goodies. I would love to attend one of their classes or readings.

I absolutely loved this little shop. The proprietor was a beautiful, kindly woman - i think her name was Deb? - made me feel immediately welcome. I even lost a $100 bill there, and when I called them half an hour later, she found it for me and I was able to retrieve it. Amazing. You dont see that kind of genuine, love thy neighbor behavior much these days. Also, they have just about any kind of class/cleanse you can imagine. The gemstones were a *little* pricey, which is the only reason it gets 4 out of 5.

I really love having a metaphysical shop just minutes from my home. They are so extremely nice there and helpful. I purchased my first pendulum there and she took the time out to tell me briefly how to use it and directed me. I really felt like she cared. I feel bad for not remembering her name but Ill definitely be back. I have my eye on a few more items.

The first time we visited this place was apparently on their anniversary so we all got free gifts because of that and also because it was our first visit, we looked around and actually ended up buying some crystals. Spent $75 dollars but could have spent more if it werent for those free crystals they gave us, the lady there is very knowledgeable about her things and to be honest kind of scared me at first but after talking for a while was alright.
