Simply Brand called me when they examined my rug and pad and Linda Foster let me know that the pad was the wrong pad for that rug, which was causing excessive, unnecessary wear. I sent 5 rugs to Simply Rug Cleaning with a lot of pet urine that needed to come out. I am very pleased to say that I received them back today with zero smell and they look great! Two young men (masked and shoes covered) picked up my six wool rugs (one is ten years old, two are 20 years old, three are nearly 40 years old). Great customer service! Linda from Simply Rug Cleaning is very nice and gave us helpful tips for care of our rugs after they were cleaned. Our rugs were second hand and had many discolored areas which worsened after cleaning, and Linda told us how to recolor those areas ourselves. It turned out great!They pick up and drop off the rugs which is a great service. It was done within a week, and they delivered them just in time for Thanksgiving.Rug cleaning is expensive! I was glad for the helpful pricing on their website though it was not for the faint of heart. But knowing that our rugs are now very clean is a great feeling and I know that this is an expense that is going to allow our rugs to last for years to come without much maintenance.

This rug cleaning company is excellent. They do a complete service and at a competitive price. They apparently offer full service in terms of picking up the rug and delivering when done, but I have not used them for that as my area rugs were easily transported back and forth. The cleaning done was thorough and effective. Highly recommend their service.

I called around to several different places for a quote on by 12x10 wool rug and simply rug gave the most competitive rate and Linda provided great customer service which is hard to come by in the Dallas area. They came to my house picked up and also returned it. I didn’t realize how much dirt my rug was holding until the picked it up. Simply rugs did a great job on 5 of our rugs. They delivered them with pre cut pads and installed them in short order. I had some help to move furniture out of the way and back in place, but I knew that they didn’t move furniture up front.Great job!

Simply Rug was recommended to me by my sister who had used them for several of her rug cleaning and restoration projects with successful results. For my project, I had 2 very nice 40 yr old rugs from my moms home that had suffered storm damage this past May. One with the most water damage was restored and rebound on the edges, the other was a very long runner that was split into two and also rebound. The Suggs know the rug business and do quality work, combined with reasonable pricing and excellent customer service through friendly and thorough communication with me before, during and after the projects. They exceeded my expectations on the final results! I will use them for all my rug projects in the future!

Pet urine odor GONE. Amazing. Cat urine is one of the worst things to have but they have an awesome product to encapsulate it and remove the smell. My cats have never gone back to that area. If you feel you have done everything and it didnt work try Simply Rig Cleaning to fix it.

IMPECCABLE SERVICE. I had a monstrous 10x15 Persian rug that was in terrible shape. The people I bought the rug from must have let all of their animals use the bathroom on it 24/7. After multiple washes and pretty much having to do the whole process a total of 7 times JUST to make sure it was to their standards, my rug was finally delivered. The fringe was brighter and the colors were so vibrant. So so happy!!!!! Will absolutely use them again for my other Persians when its time.
