Is my first thought? Oh...hes walking the yard doing a yard check letting me sit here. Ill sit here for 45 minutes. 🤔...Dollar waiting on a dime?Maybe he had a rough week. If you a tanker truck driver and have to deliver here! LET THE LORD BE WITH YOU! It is a small TIGHT spot. You have no room to make a mistake! Take your time, pay attention, GET OUT AND LOOK if needed! What make it ever harder... they have these in the way (in picture) this where it shows your skills behind the wheel.

Loaded us quickly !! Rough parking lot .

In and out quick. Nice people, but that lot is packed tight with SW trailers, very little room to maneuver ... their drivers are all over the place swapping trailers . Very busy place,,, you are going to be in the way no matter where you sit.No Overnight parking of course.

Receiving they open from 7 AM to 5 PM seven days a week and The Shipping Open 24 hours seven days If you come after 5:00pm You can park on the front of the gate so you can be the first one in the morning also they have a parking overnight parking on both side street unloading are very fast 1 hours They take you even if you are behind

Nice employees, got dock 3 hours before appointment and they took 45 minutes to unload.

Very poor customer service skillsQuick unloading but the guy that unloaded my truck was very rude and unprofessional I told him that I have a second stop and he need to leave 4 pallets in the trailer and he has the paperwork as well tell him how many pallets he need to unload but still unloaded the whole trailer and I have to back in again to get reloaded the 4 pallets … and he never even apologize so rude

RECIEVING ONLY OPEN MON-FRI!!!!Recieving Entrance driveway to gate is 1 way in & out. Will have to back out blocking 4 lanes of traffic on Miller to get out!

Great folks working here. Arrived an hour early (forgot time zone change) they were able to get me in and unloaded record time but easy on my equipment...very pleasant experience at sherwin Williams..Thanks guys.

🤯 any Tanker Trucker delivering here must first go to shipping and receiving Ill take a verse from the bible here just to let you know how it will be getting to the unloading area. 13enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction and many enter through it .14 but small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life and only few find it. 🤪 this place has no room for error.

Delivered a load here and they was pretty quick with starting unloading me. Had trouble getting in because their automatic gate was broke.

Had a 12:30 pm delivery.Checked in at 10:30. Got a dock right away. Started unloading me in 10 minutes. 5 stars.

Ive got checked in got unloaded guite fast receiver where very nice also . My appointment was at 5:30a but they didnt actually open up until 7am.

You have to call at front gate 469 number so they can open the gate . Took me like 15 min there waiting . Driveway it’s not in good conditions . A lot path holes . Inside the facility there’s not a lot room to make u turns or enough room to maneuver. So be careful . Compare with other’s facilities. Beside that unload was pretty good and efficient. Like 40 min .

Came here to deliver load, didn’t find anyone to deliver my load to cause it was Sunday. Until an older man on a bicycle with tools on it. who looked like a Mr Potato Head and had a limp, he said he would receive my load. Wasn’t sure if this was the right guy to drop my load off too but he said he took loads all day and he loved taking loads. He said that’s all he ever did was take loads. Turns out he didn’t have any room for one more load due to the fact that he had taken loads everyday he worked there. Said that’s how he got to where he was in the company

They dont have ph number to call to see where to chk in because their buzzers seem to not work union plant so no urgency to do any work thats way union has a bad rep

If ur a tanker driver this place is tight just like any other SW, but their friendly and professional. From the main St down the driveway theres only room for 3 trks so you might be spending time on the street. Give urself a few extra minutes to get cked in.

I checked in 8:15 am Guy in the office told me to park on street & wait for phone call I waited 4 hour on the street nobody called me I went back to office then I got unload the guy in the office forgot to call me

Never been here before but one thing for certain they dont believe housekeeping. The shipping dock has trash along dock doors. Almost have watch your foot placement to keep from stwpong on pallet boards and other trash..good thing its spring maybe theyll spend a day w clean up

Very nice n friendly people ..unloading was fast ..drivers as a word of advice try to contact someone there for recieving.. i had a load that was for Saturday and was gonna be there around 3pm. The security told me on the phone only till 230 pm was recieving hr. When i unloaded employee told me i could have gotten unloaded as long as it was before 5.. and even on a Sunday.. overall experience was good..just that security guard who gives wrong awnsers..

Came in with an 18 Wheeler. When I say it was cramp and tight. OMG, what an understatement. Then the place was dirty, but they unloaded me pretty fast

Sunday 11/10/19 guy at the receiving so rude, must be the owner. Him tells me am late for my 830 appointment yet I was there and nobody to open the gate till I called 469 number. He skips me and told me I can take it back if I want to.

This place is a nightmare for sleeper trucks. The backing is aka INSURANCE CLAIM!!! This place is a safety risk, dangerous, and irresponsible parking lot. The organizing of trailers and receiving is complete clutter. Good luck.
