Today I went there to get a switch for my hood. Person at part was very great and very helpful. He found one that matches mine but one of the leg was bent on the switch so he’ll let me have it for no charge. I just want to say Thank you.

These people are liars and thieves. Dont employee them! Save yourself the grief. There are other people that do repair work. Find someone else. Boer brothers does a great job. Call them.

Great technician, very knowledgable but horrible communication from office. Told they would come out today by someone in the office. I call and they tell me they are 2 days out for service. Anyway great service they knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Whaley is absolutely the worst service company I have used in my 28 year career in the food service industry. The trip charges are absolutely ridiculous!!! They quoted me almost $680 for a simple oven repair plus the initial $175 trip charge. When I called and questioned the estimate and trip charge they were extremely rude. As a first time customer I told her we would never use them again. Her reply was thats probably for the better and hung up! I had another company come out the next day and the total cost of the repair was $220. I showed them whaleys estimate and they said that was a total rip off. Beware of this company!!!!

Ok so since when do you have to have a credit card on file for them to even come out and repair a piece of equipment, when Im paying COD? Why do they need to keep all my personal info on file? in case my cash is not green enough? Dont get companies today... i asked if they were insured against a potential hack to their system, response was i dont know....... Yeah let me give you all my info then....NOT

I would NOT recommend this company to do service EVER. Leave your equipment broken before doing business with them. After waiting 2 days to get a repairman out to my place, he doesnt have the common part on his truck, even though I told the lady that took the call I thought that was what it was (and I was correct). Another repair guy comes 2 more days later at the exact time I told the first NOT to come because we would be busy. 15 minutes later he has the repair complete. Now the bill- $133 to travel 21 miles. $99 for 15 minutes worth of work as the labor cost and $62 for the part that I could have bought on Ebay for $12.50 with free shipping. After talking to their manager, apparently they do not feel that this is unjust. He made no effort to appease me or offer any kind of refund due to this unjust charges. He just told me about how much it costs them to do business, which I can appreciate, but highway robbery is highway robbery. If you rape your victims, I mean customers, they will never come back to do business with you. I would only recommend this company to do business with if you are uber wealthy and can just throw money away to have them service your equipment. Unprofessional office staff. Unprofessional managers. Not customer focused in any manner.

Absolutely the worst service call you can make, over the phone they told you 80 cents per mile which is ok, on top that they charged 165 for service call, I been restaurant business for 20 years never see 230 dollar just for service call, and 110 dollars a hour for a guy tell you they can do nothing, paid almost 400 for nothing, be really cautious about this fraud

Bad service, I had to give them my credit number for them to come out and I had to pay $100 per hour if the warranty didnt cover the repair.
