My quest started online but I had some questions...I contacted the closest store to me and had the pleasure of being assisted by Gabe by phone. His friendliness over the phone is what made me go in store. Once there, he was just as kind and professional. He answered all of my questions and was helpful in helping me pick out my bed. I love that he let me take my time in deciding what was best for me. Gabe even called around for a bed for me since it was not in stock at his location. Mrs. Gayle was very friendly and helpful as well. She made sure I was well informed about my new account and that I was satisfied with my selection and service.

I was immediately greeted upon arrival. Antonio was great detailing the different mattresses characteristics. Once I made a decision, the check out was quick and painless. The delivery is in two days which is awesome. I cant wait for a good nights sleep on my new mattress.

We were very happy with our experience today. My husband, two girls and I were shopping for new mattresses due to my daughters current mattress having the springs coming out of them. With the great deal we got we were able to upgrade her to a full size and get another full size for her sister. Amazing customer service and we were able to pick up immediately. The entire process took less than 30 minutes and the girls could not be happier! Also had great experience with the warehouse while we were strapping them on top of our Dodge Journey. 😂

This experience was something I was dreading to be honest with you at first. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed very quickly and I did not feel pressured into any sale. It was a very easy process I was able to try a few mattresses and decided very quickly on a mattress. We were in and out between 20 minutes and a half hour.

I’m not typically a “reviewer”, however I felt that it was important to share my experience with Jonathan (Jon) Jones at this Mattress Firm location.First of all, upon entering the store we were met with a very friendly greeting and were encouraged to look around as Jon took a few minutes to wrap up a phone call with another customer.Once Jon turned his attention to us, he was patient, knowledgeable and answered our questions in a friendly way that was not pushy or trying to quickly get a sale done. We did purchase a mattress & box spring and were very pleased with the experience.Because our experience with Jon was so positive, several weeks later we went back to purchase another bed. Again, Jon handled the sale with care and professionalism, and once again we came away very satisfied with our purchase.We scheduled the delivery of our adjustable bed on a Thursday between 9:00am-2:00pm. On the delivery day it was raining heavily, but everything seemed to be on schedule. When I hadn’t heard anything by 1:00 I decided to call Jonathan and see what was going on. Evidently there was a breakdown of the truck, with several other deliveries besides ours, that caused the entire schedule to be upended.That is when Jonathan went into high gear to make sure that we received our purchase. He made several calls with the delivery drivers to ensure that we received our bed, as promised. Jonathan apologized several times for the inconvenience and even waived our delivery fee. He stayed at the store and wouldn’t leave for the night until our bed was delivered. I truly appreciate Jon communicating directly with me, and “going the extra mile” to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. It was 9:00pm when it finally arrived. I can’t thank Jon enough for making us feel TRULY VALUED as a customer. I’d like to think that other companies would treat their customers as well as Jon did us. Thank you, Jon!

We were shopping around for a mattress for my daughter and came across mattress firm. The mattress we chose based on how it felt in the store seemed decent for the price. The sales agent sold us on a Hampton Rhodes since it was your brand and we can source better materials at a lower cost to you. The purchase was quick and painless and the guys at the warehouse were very helpful loading the mattress and box spring up with us. Service was never the issue, it was the mattress. Upon getting it home, we noticed it felt nothing like the one we tried in the store. The foam mattress with memory foam topper was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. My daughter was up multiple times in the night because it was like sleeping on a board and the weight of her body was just not enough to experience the memory foam. So the next morning we decided this mattress would not work for us so I called to start the return process. This was a quick and somewhat painless process as well. The sales agent tried very hard to get us to choose a different mattress and do an even exchange, but I had found a mattress at another store that suited us much better. The only complaint I have was having to pay a $70 restocking fee on a mattress that we were completely dissatisfied with, that we didnt even have for 24 hours. I think I will stick with stores that offer that 100% satisfaction guaranteed that do not charge the restocking fee.
