The store was cleaned...had enough employees available to assist you. The young lady at the register was very nice..they had an awesome sale that allowed you to use a coupon. Awesome buys!

Great selection of childrens shoes, far better than their local competitors. Large range of sizes and styles for boys and girls. Reasonably priced. Staff are helpful and friendly.

The cashier was super friendly and helpful, and although I wasnt absolutely sure about the shoe purchase I was making (and for shoe prices these days you wanna be sure), but she made me feel much better about it, and honestly, she was right and its a week later and I really love them now!

Nike centric but have a variety of shoes. The return policy is outstanding and service is good. Parking isnt the issue, its the volumn of traffic and confusion of travel to get to the store. We need a Shoe Carnival closer to Raleigh

Ive Been looking for shoes for at least a month. Problem is finding wide shoes that are comfortable. Shoe Carnival had the best selection of wide width shoes that dont cost a fortune. Had to come from west Raleigh.

Went today, drove half an hour and glad I did, they held my order until I got there and was VERY helpful when I got there.

There selection is pretty good. They have all the big name brands and even some non-name brands shoes. There prices are pretty good as well.

I realize I may be alone in this one but I dont care... I have yet to visit a store and left with a satisfied purchase. Every store I have visited included this one is neat and clean and the staff is courteous and helpful. But I find that the shoes are lacking in appeal, style and price. I saw a pair of shoes that were $40 that looked almost identical to a pair a shoes I saw in Wal-Mart for less than $20. Im just not impressed...

Good selection of high-end running shoes. Problem is I just wanted a $50 pair of knockabout trainers for jogging in muddy conditions.

The online store, shoecarnival.com have not refunded me my money back, I was on hold with customer service for almost 3 hours with no answer. I’m owed $142 plus UPS tracking confirmed Shoe Carnival got my package. They suck - never order online from them. I have to take legal action soon.

I called to ask a question about the meaning of something online and Josh answered the phone. He has the worst phone skills ever. He constantly left me on hold by saying hold on and being gone, I had to repeat my questions three different times because he kept leaving the phone after the question was asked. Then of course he did not know the answer but at least he asked someone who did.

My childs father worked there and i can say that the management team are extremely inconsiderate to personal situations. They fired him because they wrote him up for numerous occasions for being late due to dealing with his daughter who just got out of NICU. They laterally wrote him up for being 18 minutes late because he had to be at his daughter first post surgery appointment. Like they are extremely inconsiderate of their employees. If they are inconsiderate to their own employees outside theyre inconsiderate to their customers. You can if youre not part of management they dont care about whether you got family issues or anything pertaining to your outside life. Its all about business and not the consideration of their hourly employees.

No less than 10 customers without masks on a Sunday. I left without purchasing and when the greeter asked if I found anything I wanted, I said I can’t stay because you’re not enforcing the posted mask policy. Thanks for spreading Covid!

Shoe carnival is shoe carnival. They are the same across the board. Never any larger sizes like 15+ in wide. Extremely difficult to find womens shoes that dont look like grandma or wide enough. They are really crowded in the isles. Not a great place to go if you have any handicapped implements such as wheelchairs, walkers, or any type of mobility issues
