Busy. That is the word used to describe this particular location of Party City. I do not know if its because of the convenience to 70 White Oak and Garner area that contributes to it being overwhelmed as the nearest one from here would be indeed in Raleigh. However this establishment is busier than most Party Cities Ive been and it is relatively smaller than most Party Cities Ive been in. Does have a semi okay selection but I digress this is probably due to size of the establishment.

Purchased a few balloons Saturday, pickup time was 1pm. By Sunday these were deflated. Thank goodness they were up for the party Saturday evening, but do not buy balloons too far in advance or you will be disappointed. Dollar Tree balloons last longer.

Best place for all your party needs! They have boy, girl and gender neutral birthday decorations. Friendly staff and they even offer curbside now!

Just left there from getting my daughter a little something to wear for Halloween. They are expensive first off. After we left and she tried her wig on and it didnt fit, they informed us they dont do refunds only exchanges. They didnt have much left so we were left scrambling trying to find something else. They should be more clear about their policies.

I have been in this location multiple times. Every single time I walk through the door I am welcomed in by the staff and everyone is always willing to help me.It is always clean and organized. The assistant manager Jena is always willing to help with a “smile” on her face. Every single interaction I have had with her has been a pleasant one and makes going in the store that much better. She has helped me plan a bridal shower a gender reveal and now a baby shower and made me an absolutely jaw dropping balloon bouquet she is phenomenal with balloons. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell they all love their job, there is so much positive energy coming from them that it makes it even more fun to be in there shopping. They also have added music to the store and it makes a great addition to the already beautiful store!

Im really glad to see Party City open again. Its very clean and organized inside but the options are kind of limited, hopefully they will expand their selection soon. They also need to train the staff a bit more on how to properly fill balloons. Both times I have been there since they reopened they were popping balloons from over filling them.

Employees were extremely nice. Felt welcomed in the store.

So many things to look at here that you cant get anywhere else!! The themes are endless! They had products to add to your parties that I had never even seen before. Staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely worth the ride to Garner.

First of all, I’ve never met a Party City that I didn’t like! that being said, this Garner Party City at White Oak is hands down the best, friendliest, most efficient and knowledgeable staff i’ve ever come across. These girls not only have a very positive vibe but they want to make sure every last customer is squared away and has what they need.i loved when we walked in and they cheered “welcome to the party.” it’s truly the little things in life :)I brought my 11 month old baby in her stroller and one of the workers, Esther, was diligently working to put helium in our balloons she noticed my baby girl and went out of her way to give her a mini blue balloon on a stick. Needless to say this made both me and my husbands day and my baby was soooo happy!This was truly the sweetest gesture and talk about creating a positive experience for the customer.Thanks again Esther!

On May 29,2021 I had a graduation party for my daughter and ordered balloons to be delivered to my home which they were but the issue was they were all not there and I had to go back to the store and get the rest. Well that was not a good thing but when I got there the manager Ashley made everything right so I thought. I got the rest of the balloos and when I got home the main one deleted within 20 minutes with all the rest. Had house full of guest and could not go back and get them to fix the issue.

I love party city. They get me right for every occasion.

This location closed, then decided to re-open after a layout change. Seemed like over 1/3 of the store was empty as they await their Halloween decorations to arrive. They really could add a lot more party themes and supplies.

It was heartbreaking because we just re-located here and things were just opening back up. This store has been here for 20 years from what I heard. The employees were amazing despite the closing. They greeted customers as they entered and 3 employees rushed to help me as I was buying several costumes which had masks in the back room. I was impressed with Tom the cashier. He was so polite and upbeat. You would never guess by the way employees acted that soon the sotre would be empty. Fairwell, and good luck guys and gal. Thank you for the best customer service! This store and the people who worked here will definitely be missed. I will say, I wish the people at other stores were this efficient and polite. You 3 set the bar high. God bless you!~

The after Halloween sale was great! I love that you can get costumes all year round. They have just about everything you need for a party but watch our for the prices. Geez. Plus employees are only plentiful during holidays.

Hed fun! I did a lot of my Granddaughters Tea Partymyself. When it came to party favors and a few good sweets, it took a little longer than I thought it would. Because youve a long long isle with a million and six choices of single items. SORRY-I meant that in fun. Thanks for having such vast amounts of single items. And great selections of sweets.

I went there for gift wrapping items and batteries. No batteries and not a great selection of wrapping items. They do have a great selection of balloons though.

I went in for a career based costume for a 6yr old. They had one fire captain costume left supposedly with 3 pieces [coat, pants and helmet]. The helmet had to be asked for from the employees [which was not advertised that way we just guessed we should ask] but when they looked in the back there were no more. The lady at the front gave us 30% off since it was advertised including a helmet... I was thankful but still wanted a helemt that was free instead of $10 sold separate

They have everything. Some things seem pricey for the quality. Staff was great.

Its a nice store with a helpful employees. I gave 4 stars because it seems that when we come to get aluminum pans for cooking/baking they are out of a them. Please order 9x13 pans, thank you.

If I could rate this store lower I would. I stand in line for a good 5 minutes to return unopened merchandise only to be told they will not take it. For the quality of the items that are being sold, and the help that is not given this store deserves a much lower rating.I will never shop at this store again.

Halloween selection

The employees dont know their stock, I asked one about a seasonal item and he said they didnt have it. After Id shopped some more I found it, it was in the store. Good people, they want to be helpful but they dont know their stock but maybe hes seasonal help.

Dont buy any of the rose gold large number mylar balloons; theyre defective and management refuses to take any responsibility for them and basically tried to tell me I ruined the balloon. Had to purchase the same balloons twice because they both got a hole in them in the SAME spot but oddly enough the other balloons I bought with them were fine. Those balloons are already ridiculously overpriced, and to have to pay for them twice was a complete rip off. Never shopping at this location again.

I purchased the numbers 1 & 6 for my daughter’s 16th birthday last night. They’re very expensive at $10 each for someone on a limited income. After about an hour the 6 balloon popped and a huge hole was in the top corner. I don’t know what caused it to pop like that, but it was too late to call the store at that point as they were closed. I took my daughter there with the balloon and receipt the next day to get it replaced because she really wanted the balloons that were her favorite color, pink. She was told she would have to buy a new balloon, that it could not be exchanged. I personally know that they have replaced such balloons for other friends of mine when they have been defective and they had the receipt, so I am livid that we were turned away and that I lost $10! Terrible customer service! If corporate office sees this, I would like a refund or gift card in the amount that I lost in this transaction please. I still have the receipt.

Rip off!....bought balloons for my sons party online, took them to the store to have them blown up and now here comes the fine print. Latex balloon cost 1.29 per balloon even if u purchased a bouquet of balloons...only the Mylar balloon is free. I shouldve just went to dollar tree and got my balloon and it blown up for $1. Overpriced waste of time

This store is absolutely horrible . I called I a order for bridal shower balloons and came to the store they was not ready and not only that. They had not even started on them . Then I was told it would be a fee to blow up the balloons. Which I was not told on the phone. Proceed to get a refund and the manager messed that up . Absolutely horrible . Bad customer service. All the way around
