I have bought from this company twice at gun shows, once for S&W J frame revolver and the other for a S&W Shield. Both are several years old now and I have never had a problem. The service at the show was excellent and it made a return customer. Both holsters fit my guns perfectly and leave no marks.

I give these people a 5 star. They responded to my order each and every time. I made a request to drop ship to another address after I placed the order with no issues. The gear came in as they said it would and the workmanship was a 10. On that note I will recommend to others and re-order without reservation from these good people.

This company sells a terrible product. I bought a holster from a gun show in Richmond, VA in 2014. Within six months, the gun would not stay in the holster, as promised it would. I was also told it came with a lifetime warranty on the workmanship of the holster. The IWB holster has a rivet that acts as a hinge between the holster and the belt clip. This, and the stitching around it, quickly comes undone and causes the weapon to dangerously slip down to the point where its aiming upwards. Incredibly poor product, would not buy again.

I dont know why these people had so much trouble. I didnt. I ordered a Fusion Paddle from Wild Bills in mid January and received it in about 9-10 weeks.When I saw the excellent workmanship & quality, I was happy. Good things come to those who wait.I would have given them 5 stars, but, as mentioned in other posts, the woman who answers the phone has a hard time being nice. I assumed shes an owner. Otherwise, I would figure theyd make a change. Good customer service is HUGE!Youll see a whole different disposition if you contact Bill on Face Book. I did and gained a lot of confidence.

Ordered my holster, belt, magazine pouch, and waited over a year. Understood for quality custom stuff...if it was quality or custom when received. The leather looked like it was dyed with a marker. The holster had lines cut in it to show the shape of my firearm, but the leather was not molded for it. I couldnt even begin to get the pistol in to begin break in. The magazine was not what was ordered. I attempted contact and was told after several tries that a teenager had made my order. Then, no more contact after several more tries. I keep the stuff and take it with me to schools/shows to warn others. DO NOT BUY.

Ordered from this scam artist in 2006. I contacted him repeatedly for a year... nothing. What amazes me is how many people over the years get ripped off by this guy. There is no way to rate this guy, but the comment requires a least 1 star to publish... Wonder how he gets away with it year after year. Bill, if you read this and want a retraction... refund my money. I have the original order STILL. You charged my Visa before shipping... still have that record too.

Bought a leather IWB for a J frame from WBC at a gun show in Raleigh in 2012. It seemed well built. Buy after following his break in steps the retention quickly became unsafe and made the holster unusable. I gave up trying to get hold of anyone at WBC and now its just junk in the junk drawer. Ill probably repurpose the leather and clip for something else. Dont waste your time or money on WBC!

I visited them at a gun show on 5/6/18 and paid in full for a holster. They promised i would receive it in 6-8 weeks. I waited my 8 weeks and tried to call them. I called them repeatedly for weeks with no return call. Finally on July 20th (11 weeks after ordering) a woman answered the phone. She promised to have it shipped out by Monday July 23rd. I still dont have it. I have left several messages this week and have had no call back. I am hoping that they will read this review and care enough about their customer to give me a call back.

If i could it would be 0 stars. I been waiting 4 months since I order off these guys from a show. I Ordered a left hand concealed holster and a right hand mag holder that was supposed to be black and was to be not concealed. The guy said no problem well have it done fast for me. Finally got the holster but they forgot the mag. Another month goes by, Today They sent the wrong mag holder that was tan and was for concealed only this is not what i ordered at all. They were late and wrong with the order, also its hard to get ahold of them cant call bc no o e answers so you feel like they dont care about the Customer.

I had a pocket holster from wild bill. The holster is decent but nothing special. I dont like the fact that it is hard to contact the business and if purchasing the product through a dealer you can not return to the dealer under a 30 day trail

Bought a belt from him a few years ago. The nickel playing on the buckle tarnished. Called him and I was told “you can buy another belt”. After some words he agreed to give me a new buckle but I had to drive to his home to get it. When I arrived, multiple cars were in the driveway and I call him. No answer. After a few more rings he answers and says he isn’t home. I was told he would “take care of it” and 3 years later, I still have a tarnished crappy concealment belt. Update: glad to see people have also slammed this company. Crumby products, crumby customer service. Everything about this is a POS. I believe they just thrive on selling their crappy holsters and gear at the crappy gun shows.

Gun show salesman. Very poor customer interaction and poor product. The rivet for my holster broke ON THE FIRST DAY OF USE. I have contacted him now to see if he will correct this or refund.Update: they sent me two working holsters that have stayed together for heavy use. Im changing my review because they made it right, even if it was disappointing at first.

Went to the Harrisburg gun show here in Pennsylvania, going in looking for a decent IWB concealment holster. I knew I wanted leather preferably over Kydex. After looking at a handful of holster vendors I came across Wild Bills. The rep was very knowledgeable, very interactive, and extremely nice. I ended up buying the Covert Carry IWB from the vendor. I am extremely pleased with it for appendix carry, and the leather is breaking in very nicely.

I ordered a owb holster and have to recieve it I have called and left several messages in hopes to get a return phone call back and there have been no response, but they have already charged my credit card for the payment, this is a terrible company to do business with and it doesnt seem as if they care about customer service or reviews because they still are not trying to make right what they have done wrong. These people have given me a bitter taste in my mouth about doing business with NC companies definitely will not do it online again......WILD BILLS CONCEALMENT YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE AND YOU GUYS ARE THIEVES!!!!!

I bought a OWB holster in person at a gunshow in 2016 to fit my Glock 23. Initially it fit great and one of the selling points was that you could insert the gun and hold it upside down and it would retain the gun. Within a few months however, the leather began to stretch to the point where the gun was able to be moved around inside the holster. It was beyond loose and shortly thereafter the leather began to crack even though I was applying a recommended leather balm. Its now so loose that I dont wear it at all because of concerns of it simply falling out. I really recommend you looking at other options if you want a leather holster. Galco, Bianchi, or DeSantis will possibly cost you more, but buy once cry once. I think I paid over 50.00 for the one I got, and it was a gigantic waste of money.

I have waited weeks for my order, have called 4 times and finally got an answer. A women named Faith who yawned I my ear and knew nothing about any orders, shipping or apparently costumer service. I ordered via the internet so they have my money and I have no holster. Last time I checked thats called fraud. The web site said 7-10 days shipping, and also all calls and e-mails will be answered within 48 hrs. Neither statements are true. Thats called false advertising. Going to give it another week than contacting friends in law enforcement.

THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS. Dont do business with WBC, trust me. Read the other reviews too, I wish I had before giving them my money. I placed an order on their website January 19th. In mid February I called to check the status of my order and was assured that it would be shipped the next day. Clearly it wasnt because by February 20th it still had not even shipped (mind you this was a simple holster for a very very common gun, not a custom order) so I called and cancelled the order. Here we are March 15th and I still have not been reimbursed. I message them on facebook and they read it and dont respond, I call their number and no one answers and not only that but their voicemail is full and will not accept messages. What WBC is doing is not only unethical but also illegal. This is not how you run a business, they may have been able to take advantage and steal from people in the past, but not me. I have already contacted the BBB and the local authorities. The only thing they are good at is charging your credit card.

I ordered a holster, belt and magazine holder as a set and the belt was too small. I immediately sent it back requesting a larger size. I never received the belt and called the number several times and even emailed them. NOTHING. Still waiting for a call back and my belt. This has been very frustrating. Ordered a belt and holster at gun show in Greenville SC on 4-23-17. Was told the belt would ship within a couple weeks as it did not take much to make. Holster would ship in 4 to 6 weeks. Called July 5, 2017 and told he (either Gene or Dean, bad phone connection) would place it into production that week. Now 9-21-17 and no belt nor holster.
