We really enjoyed working with Carla to discover lighting and fan solutions for our new home. She really knows her products and thinks outside the box to find the right fixture. Weve visited other lighting stores in the Triangle, but will return to Lights Unlimited of Garner.

Carla was both knowledgeable and patient, giving her input on an as needed basis while respecting our tastes. I definitely recommend her and Lights Unlimited! Prices were reasonable and they have a huge selection as well.

I work for a builder and we buy all of our lights from Lights Unlimited. We always work with Matt, who is super helpful and really good at what he does. Unlike a lot of people in the construction industry, they are good with technology and quickly email detailed quotes after you pick out your lights. Matt has always been great about knowing what light well need where by looking at the blueprints of a house, which makes the process a lot easier for me. And he will always help keep you within your budget, which is very helpful! Their website is really useful as well. Highly recommended!

She was so knowledgeable with our specific project and the products that would work well that she made our lighting selections a breeze - and we are blown away by the results!Carla was prepared when we arrived with all of the documentation for our new-build. Pair that with how quickly she picked up on our style and we had our whole selection done in 1.5 hours without any stress.It was an awesome experience.

The store had a nice selection. I would have liked to have seen more finishes. There seems to be an abundance of brushed nickel. This is a good alternative to Lowes or Home Depot. If youre like me and you dont care to see the chandelier you hung in 10 other peoples houses, then this place is for you. I thought the prices were reasonable on the number of their chandeliers. Dont get me wrong you can spend a great deal of money in this store. I wouldnt recommend you going there for vanity lights or sconces as though those did seem to be unreasonably expensive. Sadly you may be forced to go to Lowes or Home Depot for these items or perhaps online.

I believe this is the best lighting vendor in the Triangle. The team at Lights Unlimited is knowledgeable and professional, and they will work with you to design a solution that fits your needs. We repair and rehab homes so we frequently are working with limited budgets and existing fixtures we are trying to match. The sales team patiently works to understand what we are trying to accomplish, and truly works as a partner on the project.

The people that run this place are very friendly. They have a large selection of Lights. Unfortunately, what they dont have is power to many of these lights so you cant actually see them turned on. I asked to see a light and one of the gentleman helped me, and was very friendly, but said that its a 30 year old building an the lights cant be turned on. So, Im not seeing the point in paying more here if you cant see the lights! I can buy online for cheaper so I will.

Beautiful lampshades never see you increible

We just closed on our new home and chose Lights Unlimited for the lighting needs. Brian at LU took unbelievably good care of us, spending plenty of time providing us fantastic guidance on colors, finishes, and sizing. The result was a home where all the lights look great and are the right size for each space. His knowledge of the different companies and their product lines is amazing; it allowed us to pick light fixtures that you wont find at mega block stores like Home Depot or Lowes. The installer did damage one of the lights during construction and Brian stepped right up and ordered us a replacement at no cost. If you are looking to find a lighting dealer that offers great customer service and a lot more selection than the chain stores then look no further than Brian at Lights Unlimited.

We recently built a new home, and Lights Unlimited provided us with all of our lighting, and did a stellar job!! I worked with Brian, and he was not only knowledgeable, but helpful when I struggled with a choice. To do that, you need to get to know your client, and although time consuming, he did that. He was always willing to take my phone calls, answer email questions or concerns and was very accommodating. He is professional and courteous, which was a bright spot in the entire building process. I would use them for my next lighting need in a heartbeat!

Brian Howard has been wonderful throughout our entire experience with Lights Unlimited of Garner. Our house was built new, so everything was installed by the builders and their contractors, but any time weve had a problem with a light fixture or ceiling fan, I have always been able to go back to Brian for help, advice and replacements,. He has been the best manager Ive worked with on our house!
